My partner spent 9 weeks here last fall. Having tried other inpatient and outpatient programs, I can say that Soberman's truly helped him discover what life was worth living for. The staff and the care they provide are top-notch. I think this place truly saved his life. From a family perspective, I really appreciated how they included me and others in his family in his care. The family support calls and the ability to do family therapy sessions helped me understand his journey better, but to also understand my role in all of this. Gallus Detox Center, in Scottsda | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Gallus Medical is a really great detox facility, from the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and professional. One nurse, Ingrid, truly stood out. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my care, and I cannot thank her enough. The care I received under her watch was phenomenal, and she truly enhanced Gallus Medical's reputation. While all staff members were kind and helpful, it was Ingrid's support that really made a difference. The facility itself is comfortable. Each patient gets a private room with a large bed and TV, and you can keep your electronics and wear your own clothes. There is a balcony for smoking you can use whenever. The detox process for Fentanyl was the best I ve ever gone through. Gallus uses a micro induction method, combining small amounts of subutex with opiates, which gradually lowers the opiates while increasing the subutex.I live about an hour away from the facility, so I was essentially told to figure aftercare out on my own once I left. After paying a substantial amount for the program, I truly believe this is an area where Gallus dropped the ball, especially considering their emphasis on aftercare during the intake process. But I guess that is because this is strictly a detox facility, once the drugs are out of your system your on your own. I called 10 days after leaving asking for help however I was more or less on my own, not something most detox facilities do, aftercare is usually super important. So 4 stars if we include aftercare however 5 stars for the facility, staff, and detox protocol.

I went to Wolf Creek about 2 years ago. I struggled the whole time I was there but it wasn't really their fault. Some rehabs like to keep you occupied/busy so you can keep your mind off of your life outside of rehab. Shocking your routine is a must. Wolf Creek does do that for sure. They like to keep you on a tight schedule. For the most part rehab to me is just the same just about anywhere. You know what the answer is already but you're just not doing it (for me anyways). It takes work. That work may not always look the same to everybody else. I like the counselors I had. I like the house managers. Some of the things I would have liked to have seen done more was management within the home. Their idea was for us to keep each other accountable which can be quite stressful when you're trying to get better. The one thing about any rehab that I've never really quite understood is when there is people there that are obviously not trying to get better and they still keep them. That's going to effect every single person in treatment. Possibly cause others around them to relapse. (I get some cases are harder then other but damn)Maybe a little bit more than $75 a week from Fry's would have nice as well. It was quite the struggle for some of the people that didn't have any extra money. So us other patients/clients would pick up the slack.Remember this was 2 years ago. Rehab is what you make it. You can choose to take those obstacles that you see everyday while you're in treatment and be negative about it or you can see it as practice. Those times where you don't get the Monster Energy drink that you want that morning. Sit with it. Realize it's not the end of the world. You're there to get better, not get pampered. Put in the work and be nice to the people there. All rehabs are businesses but the people make the place and the people there are awesome love you guys. Some tips for going--Get an mp3 player that does not have wifi access ( music saved me )- get it before you go and upload music to it.- FMLA and stuff like that is much easier to do and start before you leave for Rehab. Trust me on this. Check with your HR department at your job to make sure you know how to file FMLA properly. Some companies will give you short-term disability but they require a lot of stupid little loopholes you have to go through. That will not be wolf Creek's fault just remember that.- if you have meds already. Try to get all doctors information beforehand it will make things much quicker for everybody else in the officeTrust me I know it's hard to think of any of this stuff when you're in the dark but you got this

I am a grandmother who is retired from a 40 yr career in education who has a grandson in B2B in Flagstaff, AZ. This program was carefully chosen & my grandson was included in the final choice. I have a MA degree in education with an emphasis in learning disabilities & have helped finance his treatment there which has proven to be excellent. B2B is a holistic program which addresses individual needs with kindness, professionalism & excellent resources for learning to be a responsible adult. A resident of AZ, I am familiar with the beauty of Flagstaff, & recently spent time with my grandson & noticed positive changes in him. The B2B staff is there because they want to share their experience & expertise to help others - definitely not for their own financial gain. B2B is with no doubt a 5 star program.

As the mother of a client who has been part of Back2Basics for the past 6 months, I can honestly say we could not be more pleased with the program and staff. We heavily researched programs for our son all over the United States and found Back2Basics to be a top program with proven therapies and highly qualified staff/therapists. They are highly respected in the Flagstaff community for their commitment and care. Our son has made huge progress during his time at B2B, more than he has at any other program. I appreciate each and every staff member of Back2Basics. The quality of care and dedication from the residential staff to the therapists has been exceptional. They provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment where a strong support system can be built and coping tools learned for these young men to grow and thrive once out on their own. Our son has dual diagnosis issues and each staff member has worked with him making sure he has the proper support and help based on his individual needs. Back2Basics provides weekly communication updates and has therapy for the families as well which is such an integral part of the journey. They incorporate life skills into the program so that when the young men do transition out of Back2Basics, they have the tools they need to be successful. I would recommend Back2Basics to anyone looking for a high quality, professional, and caring program for their loved one.

My daughter came to Fountain Hills recovery center to seek treatment for her depression, OCD /ADHD , which caused her to become a non -functioning young adult. Sleeping most of the day and dropping her college classes one after another , which caused us a lot of distress and sadness about seeing our daughter mental ability deteriorating in front of our eyes and we couldn t do anything. Finally and for the first time ever she asked us for help. We inquired about where to send her to, and we heard about Fountain Hills recovery center from a friend of ours. I called Sandy who was very helpful, gracious and she explained to us the admittance process and the type of treatments they offer . From my conversation with Sandy I trusted that this program could be a good fit for our daughter. We brought our daughter to the house on Dale Ave 5 weeks ago, and she stayed there for one month and now she moved to the all girls house. From our experience so far I can tell you that we couldn t have chosen any better place for my daughter to stay at than Fountain Hills. She is turning her life around a great deal. I haven t seen her this joyful for a long time, the way how she talks has even changed and in a positive way. She tells me that they have the best staff and she loves everyone over there. Dr Robbie, Dr. Abraham, Page (who communicated with me many times to give us updates about our daughter), her therapist Jenny (we communicated with Jenny several timescand she was very helpful and encouraging ) and now Krista in the 2nd home are all doing amazing job.My daughter underwent TMS treatment, 1:1 therapy session, group sessions and many other interventions techniques and is on the right medications that are helping her tremendously. She still has 3 more weeks to go and she has improved in a way we couldn t dream of. We are finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel, and have some hope that our daughter s life started to take a turn to the better.I can tell you that this center is the best you can get in Arizona, they are genuinely trying to make a difference in the lives of people who seek treatment for mental disorders, addictions or for both, and they are truly making a difference. We thank God for all the wonderful staff! Also not allowing the use of personal phones for 2 weeks initially is great, since my daughter got to isolate herself from the outside world which is full of distractions and got to focus on herself. One last thing to add is that the therapists and psychiatrist won t brainwash your child, something that is very important to us as parents . I give Fountain Hills Recovery 10/10, and I recommend it for any parent who are reaching a dead end with their children or with a family member, believe me there is hope and is within your reach don t wait too long!

I ve been to multiple different treatment centers before coming to Fountain Hills, and this time around in treatment I feel like I ve made a lot of progress in my healing journey. I started doing trauma therapy with Mike in residential, and I learned a lot about myself, my trauma, and what I need to do for myself moving forward, with his help and support. Josh communicated with my mom throughout the whole time I was at FHR, took time out of his day to meet with me to discuss any concerns I had that came up, and sat down with me and helped me build a resum and fill out job applications. I was able to get off almost all of my medications that I came in on at very high dosages that weren t working with the help of Dr. Robbie. I underwent TMS treatments and ketamine therapy to help with titrating off my medications, as well as helping my anxiety and depression. Moving to PHP, Tripti has been a huge support in my trauma therapy through EMDR, as well as being a safe space to talk about very difficult things and understanding me and the trauma I have. Krista also helped me a lot through family sessions with my mom and sisters, which was very helpful in re-building relationships with them, doing some inner child work, and working on my self-esteem and self-love. Chloe and Dane, along with the other therapists, led great group therapy sessions on a variety of different topics that I learned a lot from and plan on taking with me as I re-enter society. The BHTs at the house were all very supportive, kind, and helped me through times where I was struggling. Charisse was very kind and helped me schedule outside medical appointments, along with getting us everything we needed for the house and the clinic. Matt provided a lot of support behind the scenes and did a lot to help all of us in the program. Rob helped me get to outside medical appointments and provided a lot of support inside and outside of the clinic. I appreciate all of the staff and this treatment program so much and am looking forward to continuing my healing journey in my next steps.

In this case, we are experts. There is nothing to brag about, but we have decades of experience supporting a family member through substance use dependence and mental health issues. Scottsdale Providence was the best experience we have ever had. There are several reasons this facility stands out.Compassion- Every person I spoke with cared about the day-to-day and the outcome. It was uncanny. One can feign "care," but it is quickly obvious. The staff at SP invested as if they were supporting a member of their own family.Engagement - Out-of-the-box thinking and solutions- rather than the usual fixed and firm plans. Recovery is not one size fits all!A focus on recovery, not money- This was clear, in the staff's words but most significantly in their actions. Repeatedly, I saw actions/recommendations for my family member that offered little or no return for the program.Respect- The staff learns clients and honors "where they are at." Dignity is everything in these circumstances, and my family member felt heard.Impeccable communication- From the first contact through the transition. Outrageously special and valuable.SP is a fantastic program with a healthy house and incredible staff. This was a one-of-a-kind experience for our family. I only wish they offered longer-term housing.Do not hesitate to enlist their support; you will find relief, hope, and a world of possibilities.

Taking the step to go into a place like this is never easy, and when leaving it can be kind of scary because you re going back to the destruction that you caused prior to entering. But at least you will be equipped with the skills to handle them. I m sure I wasn t the best client actually I know I wasn t the best client, but I wanna personally thank Waldo. He went above and beyond!! I never take the time these days to read or even write reviews because there s so many fakes out there but if you re reading this. This is real and This place is great!

| For people with opioid addiction in Glendale, Arizona sometimes counseling alone isn’t enough to help you overcome your addiction. In that case you could be a perfect fit for the medication assisted treatment at Community Medical Services. Community Medical Services is an addiction treatment center located in Glendale, Arizona. This organization | Treatments Programs Payment Options | The day I came to this clinic for me intake appointment just happened to be on a day where there was a company wide meeting or something going on in addition to a few other out of the norm things and it seemed at first they were going to ask me to come back another day. However, Tina, the main person working the front desk, moved a lot of stuff around and coordinated with a few other people and their schedules so that I could be seen that same day. In all honesty, I would have probably felt like they didn't care and I never would have come back if they had asked me to return another time. But, from that day forward I could tell that she really cared if I was there or not, and that really made a big difference.I had been to a similar facility a few years ago and the staff at that place (except for two of the counselors I met with) didn't seem like they cared either way, so I know the difference. My counselor, Eron, has also been instrumental in my continued attendance and interest in succeeding in the program. He is always available when I need him, and always does everything in his power too help me with what I need. He also seeks me out to check in on me.The office manager (title?) is very much so in tune with what is going on in the clinic, without cutting down the effectiveness of her staff with unnecessary micromanaging. However, when they, or one of the cllents needs something she is available, quick to act, reasonable, and helpful. The nurses are also great, and never make me feel judged for increasing. They are also quick and efficient. I am usually done at the window in 2-3 mins, but never feel rushed.Something about the system must be working because today is the first day I haven't used you know what in a very long, long, long time. Yet here I am with the energy and interest needed to write thus review. Anyone every trying to go without, knows just how big of a deal even some seemingly so small is. I am interested to see what the future will bring. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the facility is a bit antiquated to the point it just seems to be at that stage where it doesn't seem clean even when it is, and because of the strange scheduling approach to seeing a provider who seems only to see people via webcam but you have to be in the office to do it, as well as some minor administrative issues that are enough to be annoying, but not on an unmanageable level. But the sum of all the parts did result in losing that last star.

My husband (RJ) and I decided that he needed to go back to detox after he had relapsed following over 4 years of sobriety. He was very ashamed and didn t want to face anyone that he may of known being that he was working in recovery prior to his relapse. We finally got him there and everything was wonderful. They treated him with respect and made him and I feel very comfortable. A couple of the nurses remembered him from when he got sober there in 2020. This place is amazing and gave me my best friend back. Thank you so much for all the wonderful things you guys do.

I m a psychiatrist and owner of a group practice treating trauma, mood disorders and substance use, among other things. Our practice struggles to find good treatment programs anywhere in the country when our patients need a higher level of care. Finding an outstanding one has been impossible. My practice got to tour the property, speak with the intake coordinators, the doctors, nurses, therapists and even their incredible chef and his staff. They are all dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence based, personalized care in an atmosphere free from shame or judgment. Everyone on that campus is there to support their patients along their journey. Sabino has a true focus on wellness, strength building and planning for supportive future care when the program is complete. They are so vastly different from models that focus on only the illness and programs that do not personalize care. If you need help with trauma, mood disorders or substance use, (can be one of these -many patients do not have all three), please reach out to their intake. I cannot recommend a program more highly.Stephanie Hartselle, MD

First and foremost, Sabino Recovery impressed me immediately with the amazing person I spoke with after hours Sam Zimmer. What an amazing person to give me such important information while knowing that this was not going to work out. I am so grateful for the honesty and forthcomingness, and just had to write a review. I believe anyone that is lucky to go here, will be successful. Thank you for your guidance, Sam!
