Heads up. Their case managers like James like to have people "secretly" listen into your support calls with them. They didn't tell me I was on speakerphone or identify who was listening in on my call.
And how did I know? They were literally speaking full volume. Like I am unclear if I was in speaker phone or not based on how clearly I could hear them. I heard them tell James how to respond word for word and then he would "telephone game" what he could remember.
Then when I asked to talk to the person advising him I heard "tell her you're not being advised" by the mysterious advisor to my medical call and then James parroted "I am not being advised" lol like it would be hilarious if it was a skit and not my actual life being secretly listened to.
Like I have severe memory loss but I'm retaining this memory because of how absurdly stupid the situation was, just admit someone was advising you.

Scottsdale Recovery Center offers | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This place has saved my life! Great program great staff 5/15/25 an update since first review: I have now completed the program here at SRC and its been the most amazing beautiful experience here! From the 2 week residential then to the IOP living at Trullies for 90 days, then completing the rest of IOP while I moved to sober living. Everyone from the CEO Lee to the therapist's to the facilitators, to the behavioral health staff, peer support staff, case managers, and receptionist they all work together closely for each individual patient and their case while they are apart of SRC. Each phase of the program is held delicate for the patient's, to make it a smooth transition on each phase. They offer OP (outpatient) for the patient's that have graduated so they still get continued doctor's appointments, and still are able to have therapy with the therapist that has been with the patient through out the whole program. SRC has offered my life back to me, has taught me many coping skills, relapse prevention skills, trauma therapy, communication skills. They offer job support, housing, reentry programs, medication management. I HIGHLY recommend SRC for substance abuse and mental health treatment. They have a wonderful detox center, that doesn't make you feel shameful. If you are needing help, there is no reason to look anywhere else. This place has saved many lives from experience and me personally witnessing it myself.

I have a substantial physical disability as well and my family looked for a rehab facility for weeks and nobody would take me because of the special needs I require including modifications to the bathroom and shower among other things. I also need some physical help getting around that requires extra resources of staff. After being turned away by so many other rehab facilities we tried Fountain Hills. They not only accepted me but love owners made sure that every single accommodation I required was met before I got there, including making modifications to the bathroom, putting a ramp in where it was needed, and making sure that there was enough staff there to help me with other needs.
I spent 30 days in recovery. All of the staff starting with Sandy, Paige, Aaron, Erika, Dale, Heather, were outstanding, caring, and supportive. I owe them all a debt of gratitude and for all of the other staff that I may have missed. I have been out of recovery and I have continued with IOP with Margret one of the counselors who has been which has been SO HELPFUL. I’m feeling better than I have felt in years and I am so thankful to the people I mentioned above. I truly appreciate you all!
I am extremely grateful to the owners of Fountain Hills Recovery. I have never met them but I would like to talk to them sometime to thank them personally! While all of the other rehab centers turned me away because they didn’t want to put any resources to help accommodate my needs as I mentioned above, the owners at their own expense did everything possible to accommodate so I could get there and get to the point I am at now. Thank you for your help and I appreciate you very much.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Fountain Hills Recovery! From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The therapists, group facilitators, case managers, and housing staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me develop coping skills that I use every day. My start there was a little rocky, but the staff helped me walk through my “dramatics”, for lack of a better word, and showed me so much patience and compassion. They gave me the room to come to my own conclusions, but gave exceptional guidance along the way.
The structure of the PHP was exactly what I needed—intensive therapy during the day while still allowing me to go to the provided housing in the evenings to practice what I was learning. The group sessions were insightful, and I found a strong sense of community among the other patients.
Thanks to this program, I’ve gained a new perspective on my mental health and recovery. I feel more confident in managing my emotions and staying on the right path. If you’re considering PHP, I highly recommend Fountain Hills Recovery—it was truly life-changing! I will be forever grateful for my time there and owe the beginning of my recovery to them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything!

My daughter came to Fountain Hills recovery center to seek treatment for her depression, OCD /ADHD , which caused her to become a non -functioning young adult. Sleeping most of the day and dropping her college classes one after another , which caused us a lot of distress and sadness about seeing our daughter mental ability deteriorating in front of our eyes and we couldn’t do anything. Finally and for the first time ever she asked us for help. We inquired about where to send her to, and we heard about Fountain Hills recovery center from a friend of ours. I called Sandy who was very helpful, gracious and she explained to us the admittance process and the type of treatments they offer . From my conversation with Sandy I trusted that this program could be a good fit for our daughter. We brought our daughter to the house on Dale Ave 5 weeks ago, and she stayed there for one month and now she moved to the all girls house.
From our experience so far I can tell you that we couldn’t have chosen any better place for my daughter to stay at than Fountain Hills. She is turning her life around a great deal. I haven’t seen her this joyful for a long time, the way how she talks has even changed and in a positive way. She tells me that they have the best staff and she loves everyone over there. Dr Robbie, Dr. Abraham, Page (who communicated with me many times to give us updates about our daughter), her therapist Jenny (we communicated with Jenny several timescand she was very helpful and encouraging ) and now Krista in the 2nd home are all doing amazing job.
My daughter underwent TMS treatment, 1:1 therapy session, group sessions and many other interventions techniques and is on the right medications that are helping her tremendously. She still has 3 more weeks to go and she has improved in a way we couldn’t dream of. We are finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel, and have some hope that our daughter’s life started to take a turn to the better.
I can tell you that this center is the best you can get in Arizona, they are genuinely trying to make a difference in the lives of people who seek treatment for mental disorders, addictions or for both, and they are truly making a difference. We thank God for all the wonderful staff!
Also not allowing the use of personal phones for 2 weeks initially is great, since my daughter got to isolate herself from the outside world which is full of distractions and got to focus on herself. One last thing to add is that the therapists and psychiatrist won’t brainwash your child, something that is very important to us as parents . I give Fountain Hills Recovery 10/10, and I recommend it for any parent who are reaching a dead end with their children or with a family member, believe me there is hope and is within your reach don’t wait too long!

I really thought this place was interested in actually helping people, but I couldn't have been more wrong. After jumping through their hoops for over 30 days. Explaining we did not have insurance. The case manager, Madison, gave us an update at week 3.....we are waiting to see if his insurance is accepted here. Um, we told you he didn't have insurance and would need to utilize the block grant. Week 4 update from the case manager.....we are still waiting on his insurance approval, and someone is using the block grant and will be using it for at least 30 days (meaning they just got into the program). How did my spouse get put to the back of the line after doing all they asked for 30 days. Then, the case manager was supposed to send recommendations for other possible rehabs to his phone.....never did. Do not waste your time, energy, or effort on this place. It's a real shame, too, because the first person we spoke with was really excited about getting him in, someone seeking treatment, she even listened AND heard what we said. No one else there cared what we said. They heard what they wanted to, and that is it. I'm very disappointed.

A really terrible service provider for both physical and mental health, do yourself a favor and seek services elsewhere. Polara Health is much better for mental health services. I feel that most of Spectrums mental health clients are "court ordered" and it really effects the vibe and attitude of the mental healthcare professionals you interact with. Also they never sent my imaging referral through for over 6 week while I just suffered in pain w/ no path forward, had to schedule another appointment w/ my N.P. there Jason Rusoff to get the referral sent. Jason Rusoff is the only redeeming part of this organization, he's a good doc, everyone else there is terrible and has had a negative effect on my mental and physical health rather than a positive.

I am so grateful that my son and I were led by the Holy Spirit to attend this church. Pastor Craig's message was so uplifting. The congregation were all friendly and welcoming.

Hands down the best clinic I've ever been a patient of. From the case managers to the nurses to the doctors, they are all very caring, competent, and professional. Being a non-profit, they maintain a culture where the care and wellbeing of their patients is prioritized over profits. Compassionate and non-judgmental with responsive and courteous staff. Fantastic level of care compared to many other clinics I've been to. You can tell they want to see you succeed.

| At Guiding Road Recovery Center, we provide premier drug and alcohol treatment services in Phoenix, Arizona aimed at transforming lives and fostering healing. Our center embraces a compassionate and supportive approach to assisting individuals in their journey to overcome addiction, using evidence-based practices with holistic methods to address th | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I was referred to Guiding Road after completing Residential at another luxury facility here in Scottsdale. I was nervous and for the first time trusting the professionals who thought the PHP program here would be transformative for me on my journey.
They were 100% correct! Jennifer & Mark have poured into my life and personally taken the time to walk me through my early battles. They are amazing people! For the first time since I've been in treatment I do not feel like im just a number! Both, Jennifer and Mark are very present. They are at the clinic all day, everyday. They know all their clients personally and speak to every single one of them to check up on them. They define "open door policy".
Their facilities are second to none. Mark doesn’t skimp or cut corners when it comes to client care and our overall safety/wellbeing. I stayed in a beautiful and clean home. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Mark really thought about EVERY single detail. From temperpedic mattresses, UGGs bedding, great food, very generous toiletries to the silverware we ate with, very great quality German steel! They take us to unique outings and meetings almost everyday of the week.
Our therapist Bobby was available when any personal issue came up, he is awesome! Very experienced, friendly and caring! The house staff are also graduates of the program so it’s a positive, loving culture. I had a rough moment about 1 month into the program, I wanted to leave and started packing. Within 15min Mark, and both house managers Jared and AJ were in my room. They helped/supported me through my hard time. It does not matter what you are going through, you can literally talk to ANY staff member. They are all more than willing and qualified to help with any issue. Mark had a vision, and a standard on not only his treatment facility but his staff also. For a guy who traveled from Oklahoma they knew how to make me feel right at home.
I've been to a couple different treatment centers. Guiding Road Recovery is like no other. I cannot say enough about this place and their staff. Mark is a very special kind of person, his heart is blind. He is a man of God. Mark has a vision to not only transform lives but to get people closer to God, of course of your own understanding. Mark will do everything within his power to help you out. His actions speak for himself.
I am filled with gratitude to have ended up in Guiding Road. I am grateful for Mark, Jennifer, Bobby, AJ, Jared, and Sead! Thank you guys for all you have done for me. Thank you for being my light in the darkness and for seeing in me what I couldn't see in myself. Thank you for loving me, caring for me and for not giving up on me.

My experience so far at guiding road has been amazing and really can’t complain about anything and that’s hard because being an addict I can complain about everything… I’ve left treatment bc of “the staff sucks, the food sucks” anything really. Guiding road teaches you life skills, make your bed in the morning, pray in the morning, cook dinner for the house which teaches you communication and just helps you in life in general some people may laugh and say I can cook that’s not me I’ve always had my mom or a girlfriend cook for me, and clean. Guiding road introduces you to some people that generally want the best for you. Staff here cares and that’s rare, AJ Jared, Bobby thank you. I came in broken 115 pounds, fracture ribs, pneumonia, kids mom wanted nothing to do with me and wouldn’t let me see my kid till I got a year, I think she heard and then saw how I moved and she changed that. I didn’t want to come here at all didn’t matter what they had to offer, today I wouldn’t say that’s the case so thank you for that!
