Wonderful place to go! They really helped me get my life on track, I did the work but they handed me the tools! Everyone there is so nice and professional as well. Andrew is the greatest def had a wonderful experience during my time there!

I am very thankful that Conifer Park is still in operation. It took me a lot of years to enroll there. I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is professional. This includes the nurses, doctors and counselors.If you are struggling with addiction try Conifer Park. They will give you the tools to get your life back.

The counselors are kind, empathetic, professional, supportive, and they give help to everyone who asks for it. The first and hardest step is walking through the door. The help that you receive here is life changing and you can get the support that you need on your journey to sobriety. James, Heather, and Dr. Palmer will be there to help you or a loved one and they are only a phone call away.

I absolutely love this place and the people who work here and I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone who needs it. I went from 36 mgs at the clinic, down to 18 and now I'm at 6mgs and they work with you. So much so that I tell them EVERYTHING! This is a loving caring place where everyone seems to know everyone else. Michelle at the front desk is the heart and soul of the operation. I ve worked with four case managers and they have all been excellent people.

Me and my fianc put our son up for adoption a year ago due to the fact that we would have had a very difficult time taking care of him and we found a wonderful, caring, responsible family with the help of Lund, I highly recommend going through with them because they are super helpful and understanding!!

Lund helped my husband and I find the greatest gift in life and that was a child, a precious little girl who is now 22 and has started the process of adopting her first foster son. Lund didn t stop caring about our family after the adoption was final. Wanda has been part of our lives in one way or another. She was here for my daughter when she needed references for work, she was here when she started Fostering and the babies were reunited with their birth families. She always has comforting words when things are down and she has praises even things are going great. It's a decent place had some of the staff were absolutely amazing my clinition was good to they helped me a bit and I feel a bit better after experiencing the program the bed was kinda hard tho but overall I really appreciate what they did for me and my family so if ur struggling with mental health I think NFI is a good choice they were also very careful about keeping info confidential so that was good to

I go to the Rheumatology Department these people are the greatest I ever had to deal with. They fought for me when my insurance said no about my medication. My Dr and her staff fought and got it

This is a medical building affiliated with the University of Vermont, containing many doctors offices and labs. It is well laid out with ample free parking.

Wow, I was reading the very few reviews. Rules are rules..You get the leaflet/package when you first start the Process at Baart. You can travel,visit family in a different state which I have done many a time. There are proper channels you must go thru to get approved. You first talk to your immediate assigned Counselor. Then they review your record/UA's,Attendance..If I am not mistaken Dr. Brooklyn has the final OK. Then no problem. I am 100% Positive YOU DO NOT GET CALL BACKS when You do the Proper steps which are clearly outlined in the Agreement You/We signed from the beginning. I have been with Baart since 2015 transferred to St. Albans in 2017, I have a 100% perfect clean record/file. You/I do not get special treatment because of this. Yes it counts for alot. But rules are rules you want to be away even for 2 days and went thru the correct process YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET A CALL BACK (Guaranteed))) So all you people that cry and try and lay blame on the Awesome Counselors at St. Albans Clinic need to get a grip. It is quite a simple process.. This Program has saved my Life PERIOD... I travel wherever and when ever I need to,,,,but The rules require at least 2 weeks if I remember correctly.... before said trip to dot all the I's and cross all the T's..to get your doses approved and ready to travel with you.....I mean come on to complain about this is a totally ridiculous waste of every ones time..I laugh to myself when I see supposed grown adults act like they are in Grade School...But it's all good their are many people on a waiting list to take your place that will be thankful as I am for getting this chance to Live and Fly right...No Cry Babies Needed,lol, lol......

Maple Leaf Farms has been the ONLY rehab facility I've been in that I can't speak highly enough about!! The staff is so caring and genuinely is concerned about each patient and their individual needs. I made the decision to commit myself to their care in the winter or 2005. I'd been through the gambit of these types of facilities more times than i can remember, I didn't hold great expectations as i wasn't fully certain that they could tell me something I didn't already know or hadn't already heard. i was from Connecticut, released from Niantic womans' prison into the custody of a family member, who lived in Vermont. I wasn't remanded to complete a rehab. but in order to start to get my teenage daughter back in my life I agreed to do what they wanted. I never experienced such a verity of approaches to ease the discomfort of withdrawing from these hideous drugs! I was blown away that the curriculum my counselor had designed for me was working. Mostly in that I had fun going about my day with the other patients, people that where "like me" and we picked each other up off the floor when things got hard. Because if You don't find yourself experiencing uncomfortable feelings then you should take a better look at the facility your in!! It takes work , and Maplel Leaf made sure that when we worked hard we relaxed hard too!! Hands down BEST FACILITY YOU COULD EVER BE BLESSED ENOUGH TO BE IN!!! P.S. Howard is stepping up to the plate where others are failing. Support this organization with everything you've got. It might be our last hope.COMMUNITY WARNING: A Level 1 Trauma Center in Burlington Vermont and the BPD are cooperating in a system that denies mental health treatment and Howard is taking over.A friend was escorted out by security after saying they were going to hurt themselves. The nurses said "this is not a hotel" and that the patient was too medically stable to be allowed to stay there (they claimed hospital and insurance policies). Upon calling the police and informing them of the situation, ON ARECORDED LINE:Question: "Can the hospital discharge a patient if they have said they are going to harm themselves?"PO: "That is their policy, there is nothing we can do."Howard Mental health is stepping in today, but be VERY careful out there with your mental health friends. The system is being rigged against us because we are expensive and give bad feelings.Everyone is safe for now but the system is failing. Be careful and stay safe.
