Its all in how you carry yourself while your their, if you need help ask for it. Ranting amd raving around the clinic being aggressive is gonna get you treated differently. Go in and be a normal decent person, be civilized for christ sakes your experience will be much more positive. In the end like you, there only doing there job. Ive been there 6 years and ive never ever had an issue everyone's very nice and makes my short time there better, always talkative and very friendly. Without them i know i wouldn't be standing on this side of the ground. Where many of my friends and family unfortunately have lost their own fights and their no longer her with us today"RIP". So super thanks to all staff for all that you guys do each and everyday..

First of all I got to say I had a very good experience up to this point and hopefully continue a great experience with everyone here in the three months that I have been here. This team has been great and have gone way above and beyond . I also can compare from the clinic in Orlando that I was in beforehand . I agree 100 percent with the comment that the entire system sucks. It sure does but understand that there are federal guidelines they must abide by. Sometimes believe it or not when you screw up the system is not in your favor. However, thankfully I haven't screwed up. I've overcome many obstacles to work the system in my behalf. There is much help from this caring staff when you try on your part. Thank you for going way above and beyond Jen, Robin, Dr. Carteli, Erin, all the beautiful ladies at the front desk, and nurses! Seriously, I could not have come this far without and look forward to your help moving forward. Thank you so much! For everone that's going here have faith on the system but first and foremost have faith in yourself! You can do it and will!

It's a decent place had some of the staff were absolutely amazing my clinition was good to they helped me a bit and I feel a bit better after experiencing the program the bed was kinda hard tho but overall I really appreciate what they did for me and my family so if ur struggling with mental health I think NFI is a good choice they were also very careful about keeping info confidential so that was good to

Me and my fiancé put our son up for adoption a year ago due to the fact that we would have had a very difficult time taking care of him and we found a wonderful, caring, responsible family with the help of Lund, I highly recommend going through with them because they are super helpful and understanding!!

Lund helped my husband and I find the greatest gift in life and that was a child, a precious little girl who is now 22 and has started the process of adopting her first foster son. Lund didn’t stop caring about our family after the adoption was final. Wanda has been part of our lives in one way or another. She was here for my daughter when she needed references for work, she was here when she started Fostering and the babies were reunited with their birth families. She always has comforting words when things are down and she has praises even things are going great. First, I see the same guy gave a 5-star, then later 1-star review. As a place that deals with addicts, by nature those who don’t follow the rules is gonna be angry. Not saying that’s what happened, but it makes sense. Anyway, best place around. I had the best counselor for years here and my doctor now works here, Dr. White, and she is AMAZING. Her entire staff is great. I can’t say enough good things. Love you guys, thanks for teaching me how to live.

This is an excellent facility if you want to change your life for the better. The ciriculum is very strict and demanding. The facility is very clean and offers Excellent home cooked meals three times a day. The location and View is Amazing.🗻🏞️ Most of the Counselors are very supportive and are willing to put the work in if you are dedicated to your recovery. Also helps with your aftercare and sets you up to succeed in life. 4 stars because a very small percentage of employees are very passive with patients. Given the resources we’re working with in the North Country, and the smaller pool of healthcare professionals we have to occupy these positions, they do a great job. The front desk and nurses have always been extremely kind to me. The new dr my child is seeing seems very engaging.

They help you on your recovery experience not force you into it. They facility is clean and welcoming. They offer a collection of events and always trying new ways to reach the community

I love this recovery center!!! All the employees make you feel safe, comfortable and important, I would recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction, or that has loved ones that are struggling, the Family support is amazing❤️

Healing Springs is a welcoming recovery community resource center serving those in recovery, substance users seeking recovery, and family dealing with loved ones with substance-use problems and issues. The center offers a plethora of programs for those in recovery including 12-steps (AA, NA, MA, OA, CODA), All Recovery, and Refuge Recovery. It also offers different guided activities including Recovery Writing, painting, and jewelry making. Community activities include gardening, Saturday coffee and chat, fishing, and bowling. The center is staffed by both volunteers (many of whom are in recovery) and professional Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs). Some of the Center's CRPAs specialize in areas of family, veterans, incarceration, and hospitalization. Positive energy flows throughout the center and all of the programs which are offered. The Center is NOT a rehab, however it does provide information to those seeking rehab facilities. Come in. Sit down. Enjoy a cup of fresh-brewed coffee. Chat with someone. Feel the good vibes.

I recently sent a client to this facility. The client is responding well to the program and is embracing what the program has to offer. It's hard to find a good OP facility, but I will refer clients here to continue on their road to recovery.

Good place for recovery good counseling nice and friendly staff they try to make things easy help out with transportation issues and go the extra step to make things easier for you to get your life back on track

Was patient there in 2016/17. Counselors were great. People tend to forget they are only there to give you the tools and knowledge to succeed . You as an adult has to want to change your life around. Surrender plays a big part in that. Mike and Garry were great. The staff may have changed over the years from when it was a Father Young place but the concept is the same. Good luck to you all

Excellent outpatient facility. Great variety of groups and a staff that is both knowledgeable and caring. If you're ready to take the steps necessary to overcome addiction this is a fantastic facility to help you .
