Well this place will help save your life, but, you have to be willing to do the work! It's definitely worth the effort.

Its all in how you carry yourself while your their, if you need help ask for it. Ranting amd raving around the clinic being aggressive is gonna get you treated differently. Go in and be a normal decent person, be civilized for christ sakes your experience will be much more positive. In the end like you, there only doing there job. Ive been there 6 years and ive never ever had an issue everyone's very nice and makes my short time there better, always talkative and very friendly. Without them i know i wouldn't be standing on this side of the ground. Where many of my friends and family unfortunately have lost their own fights and their no longer her with us today"RIP". So super thanks to all staff for all that you guys do each and everyday..

It's a decent place had some of the staff were absolutely amazing my clinition was good to they helped me a bit and I feel a bit better after experiencing the program the bed was kinda hard tho but overall I really appreciate what they did for me and my family so if ur struggling with mental health I think NFI is a good choice they were also very careful about keeping info confidential so that was good to

Great services for disabled people

I go here off and on, it is a place to meet others, share a meal and join in on adventures. Adventures include group movie nights, trips to Maine, camping in Grand Isle, and various other places in Vermont. There are overnight trips and day trips, all of these events provide transportation from, and back to Westview. Evening trips deliver you to your home. Holidays are celebrated, with special meals. Art happens too, all supplies are provided. At noon each day a meal is served .

Highly recommend. Great experience with my clinician thus far. Plus, front office staff are welcoming & personable.

Had a different therapist every time I went never got to talk about what was wrong with me ( to busy doin paperwork or listening to what they had to say) and the nurse was Horribly rude… told me I was fine made me leave… I’m now going through a dr for my pills that I def need and no thanks to them I’m still depressed with very high anxiety …

I am very thankful that Conifer Park is still in operation. It took me a lot of years to enroll there. I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is professional. This includes the nurses, doctors and counselors. If you are struggling with addiction try Conifer Park. They will give you the tools to get your life back.

The counselors are kind, empathetic, professional, supportive, and they give help to everyone who asks for it. The first and hardest step is walking through the door. The help that you receive here is life changing and you can get the support that you need on your journey to sobriety. James, Heather, and Dr. Palmer will be there to help you or a loved one and they are only a phone call away.

This is a loving caring place where everyone seems to know everyone else. Michelle at the front desk is the heart and soul of the operation. I’ve worked with four case managers and they have all been excellent people.

They were very helpful in keeping me busy with arts & crafts. Very understanding & great food????

Me and my fiancé put our son up for adoption a year ago due to the fact that we would have had a very difficult time taking care of him and we found a wonderful, caring, responsible family with the help of Lund, I highly recommend going through with them because they are super helpful and understanding!!

Lund helped my husband and I find the greatest gift in life and that was a child, a precious little girl who is now 22 and has started the process of adopting her first foster son. Lund didn’t stop caring about our family after the adoption was final. Wanda has been part of our lives in one way or another. She was here for my daughter when she needed references for work, she was here when she started Fostering and the babies were reunited with their birth families. She always has comforting words when things are down and she has praises even things are going great. Maple Leaf Farms has been the ONLY rehab facility I've been in that I can't speak highly enough about!! The staff is so caring and genuinely is concerned about each patient and their individual needs. I made the decision to commit myself to their care in the winter or 2005. I'd been through the gambit of these types of facilities more times than i can remember, I didn't hold great expectations as i wasn't fully certain that they could tell me something I didn't already know or hadn't already heard. i was from Connecticut, released from Niantic womans' prison into the custody of a family member, who lived in Vermont. I wasn't remanded to complete a rehab. but in order to start to get my teenage daughter back in my life I agreed to do what they wanted. I never experienced such a verity of approaches to ease the discomfort of withdrawing from these hideous drugs! I was blown away that the curriculum my counselor had designed for me was working. Mostly in that I had fun going about my day with the other patients, people that where "like me" and we picked each other up off the floor when things got hard. Because if You don't find yourself experiencing uncomfortable feelings then you should take a better look at the facility your in!! It takes work , and Maplel Leaf made sure that when we worked hard we relaxed hard too!! Hands down BEST FACILITY YOU COULD EVER BE BLESSED ENOUGH TO BE IN!!! P.S. First, I see the same guy gave a 5-star, then later 1-star review. As a place that deals with addicts, by nature those who don’t follow the rules is gonna be angry. Not saying that’s what happened, but it makes sense. Anyway, best place around. I had the best counselor for years here and my doctor now works here, Dr. White, and she is AMAZING. Her entire staff is great. I can’t say enough good things. Love you guys, thanks for teaching me how to live.

As a person in long-term recovery of 20+ years in the Plattsburgh area, myself and several other successful sober people in the Plattsburgh recovery community have engaged often, throughout the years with residents and staff at Twin Oaks. I have attended several graduation dinners to celebrate Twin Oak participants' successful completion of the program - many of whom were graduating and moving on to secured employment and stable housing. I have always found the house to be clean, safe, a welcoming environment and found the staff to be compassionate, caring, willing to engage with the recovery community to assist residents maintain sobriety after they leave the facility. I am friends with several individuals who graduated Twin Oaks who are still sober today 10, 15, 20+ years later that have claimed that Twin Oaks and the dedicated staff there "saved their life". Believe the facility is a great place for individuals who are ready and willing to make changes in their life.
