Great health care clinic for our Seneca people, staff is very courteous and take the time to listen to your health care needs. The staff members in the pharmacy help you quickly and will answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions. Average wait time for prescriptions is usually within a 1/2 hour and seeing a doctor is about the same.

My child cut her finger while carving pumpkins for her birthday and cut her finger on a very sharp Cutco knife! After getting through some of the hysterics and rising with mild soap and water, off to BRMC ER we went! Greeted by some amazing registration staff and signed in. Triage nurse came out and took us back and did the normal questions, and met with Kaylie the PA. Took a quick look and was assured that a little medical glue would do the trick. About 20 minutes later and we were all fixed up and headed home! Thank you for treating my little girl like a rockstar and fixing her up with a good story to tell at school!

While visiting relatives for the holidays, I fell on the stairs and injured several areas of my body. Besides several contusions, I fractured my arm, in the wrist area, and caused a head injury. I checked published ratings before choosing where to go, and almost decided against going to UPMC Chautauqua; however, I m so glad I ignored the negative comments! I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friendI have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to helpSo in my opinion if anyone is unsettled at there out patient facility I highly recommend the west Seneca spectrum office on orchard park Road
