I got my teeth removed today. All the nurses were great. They were kind, funny, and very professional. They didn t pull you to do anything. They were right there to help you. Wonderful job ladies and gentlemen. It s a little far from where I live but I would go back.

Had a surgery there recently, and let me tell you I have never had such an amazing time at a hospital. The staff was so patient, tended to every need, and while I was under made sure my husband was good and didn't need anything. I have never felt so comfortable getting a surgery until meeting this group of amazing people!

I checked myself in here for some care recently during an incredibly difficult time in my life, and overall I am satisfied with the treatment I received. The medication I was prescribed did the trick in treating my insomnia and stress for the most part, and the staff was kind and accommodating. As far any criticism goes, I'll leave it at this: Drop the "woke" stuff. It's 2025.

This is the third hospital I've been in, in the last 8 weeks. They definitely know what they're doing here and I'll be up and around in less than a week... I've not been able to eat anything in those 8 weeks. It's wonderful to be able to take it slow & know I'll soon be well....

I usually have nothing but good to say (The nurses are outstanding.), but when I had to go in-patient after having almost died, I was trying to explain a suicide attempt as succinctly as possible to a resident psychiatrist who literally shushed me and held his finger to my face. So I said nothing. He was classist and blatantly discriminating against me based on condition. I ve been holding back, but that must be happening to all patients then. It makes us feel awful, plainly put. Please hire professional resident psychiatrists.

The people here have saved my life. They actually care and want you to get better. I have to talk about Erin the nurse though. She has been such a great influence on my life. She has always been there to help and encourage me to succeed but never ever have I felt judged by her for my previous mistakes. I ve seen some people get mad and say horrible things about her because they lost their privileges, only to later come and tell her thank you for holding them accountable and helping them to really get back on track. When you re an addict you place blame on others so much because it s the only way you can live with yourself, but then you come to realize that it s us who did wrong, they realized Erin didn t take their privileges they took them from themselves, and the same people have come around and told me she saved their lives as well. She is an incredible nurse. She cares so much and sets an excellent example. I hope that Foundations realize just how blessed they are to have someone like her. She s a treasure and a beautiful soul. I cannot say enough good about foundations and their staff. The nurses Erin and Edie are God sends. These people have helped save my life and I have many years clean and sober because of their help. People have preconceived notions and judgments about medication assisted recovery but you don t know how it really is. These people care. They don t want you stuck there. They saved my life over and over and I will forever be grateful. I m going on 19 years clean because of their help and services. If you or a loved one needs help, there s no better help out there than foundations. ADDED . I was reading the other reviews and I d love to address the one who says the nurses are horrible human beings. ABSOLUTELY NOT. When you don t follow the rules that are out there for your safety you lose privileges. The nurses are not being mean by having to tell you that you failed a drug test or you didn t show up to group so you can t have the same privileges as those who do what s right.. YOU DID THAT TO YOURSELF. And then he stated someone should burn it down!? If anyone did something so heinous because they can t comply.. you d be totally destroying so many peoples future. Not only would you take innocent peoples jobs but you d crush single moms in recovery and other people trying to make it! How incredibly horrible! If anyone out there wants to get their lives back these people will bend over backwards to help you. Please don t be turned off by a rant from someone who destroyed his own experience by not doing what s right. Part of recovery is taking responsibility for your mistakes. No one can ruin your recovery but you. Foundations is amazing and they care. Especially the AMAZING NURSES! I want to add about my counselor Sydney. I have never in my life felt more advocated for. She is absolutely amazing. The people here truly care and want to see people get better. The only people who have problems are the ones who are completely out of line and disrespectful. They re mad because they don t get privileges but they forget they are the ones who ruin it for themselves. The nurses didn t make you give a positive urinalysis. You did that. I have maintained my privileges for over a decade by simply allowing myself to live a normal life. And I wouldn t have this chance if it wasn t for the help of these great people. Thank you foundation s staff for helping to save my life. My son who I got clean for in the first place is now on his way to becoming a state trooper. I was a client for almost seven months. Everyone was wonderful here. From administration, the counselors and medical staff. I couldn't have been treated any nicer I did not feel like a reject because of my addiction. Everyone was genuinely nice! I recently moved out of state and was supposed to transfer to another clinic. What a mess the transfer has been. I have to guest dose for as long as I can because none of the clinics in the area are taking transfers and/or new patients They are overloaded. Clearfield did not start my transfer or call to find out any information until the last two or three days I was there. I understand that " Life Happens" and "Murphy's Law" is always lurking around a corner but I was told at the clinic I am guest dosing at had my transfer started earlier ,as they knew I was moving two months prior, my chances of being accepted would have improved tremendously. I am not blaming anyone but I hope a lesson was learned. I cannot afford to be rejected as a patient. My Opiate addiction is a life or death reality. I do not want to use opiates again and have an addiction as my only option when it does not have to be. I did everything I was supposed to on my end. I do however and in spite of the fouled up transfer recommend Clearfield Comprehensive Treatment Center 100%. They are a great team of professionals!!! On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 10.
