Every single staff member has excellent knowledge to get you headed in the right direction after surgery. They listen to your concerns and modify your therapy if need be. And due to me asking them a question, they literally saved my life. They saw that I had a DVT and took me to a doctor's office asap. Ended up having a pulmonary embolism but managed to live through it. Had the staff at the PT office not acted as they did I probably wouldn't be here typing this review. The receptionist, who I believe was named Victoria, immediately noticed and offered me kindness and support. Her compassion and understanding helped me through a very emotional moment. I felt extremely respected and cared for—not only as a family member, but also in the way my mom was treated. Her kindness truly helped put me at ease during a stressful time. I just wanted to say going in I was nervous because I haven't heard the best things about this hospital, but I just wanted to say the doctor who was there yesterday around 3 was absolutely wonderful. He was so caring and listened to everything I said and was so understanding. They helped me with my pain flare up and ran all the necessary tests to make sure my condition was not worsening. I went here looking for medical transport to a larger medical facility like Buffalo for a unique problem I was having. As much as they were willing to do so, Buffalo was not accepting transfers, so they admitted me. I was there for a couple days until they found a great solution to my problem. Her name is Kristin, and she's absolutely fantastic. I always know I can reach out to her and get excellent advice. She actually took the time to work her way in through my incredibly thick walls I've built around myself, and put in the effort to actually understand me and how I work. She's never made me feel bad for anything, and knows how to push me to saying/doing what I need to. She's actually made me want to go to therapy. She just called me, from home, ON HER DAY OFF, to check on me because of an email I sent her last night.
