Staff is amazing. The doc's and other doc's are simply amazing. You can tell that everyone there cares for veterans. They wouldn't deal with us if they didn't truly care and you can tell that they do. Once these masks come off I can't wait to see all their beautiful smiles.

St. Joseph Hospital is NOT I repeat NOT A (insert slang word or words hear) joke.
Not everyone knows everything and my experiences with the Arnot Rehabilitation Services was just as expected.
They treated me with dignity, were patient, and extremely knowledgeable.
I look very much forward to continue my Rehabilitation needs in the future.
Do not take anybodies opinion about the care they provide including this one.

| Arnot Ogden Medical Center offers various healthcare services, including addiction treatment, to adults in Elmira, New York. This center specializes in inpatient treatment and follows 12-step programming. This means you will receive the same programming offered to those who attend Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous. What’s interesting | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Thank you Dr. Snellgrove for truly listening to me and as a result, giving me back my quality of life. After several years of progressively worsening pain originating in the butt/hip area , off and on numbing and throbbing sensation (upper thigh mostly), and muscles weakness encompassing my entire right side, eventually being told by the director, herself, of orthopedic surgeon at another healthcare facility that it was mild arthritis and prescribing pharmaceuticals like candy on Halloween.
If my circumstance had not force me to move to the area, I never would have started seeing Dr. Snellgrove and most likely would be using some kind of walker, wheelchair, or been (unnecessarily/prematurely) operated on by now. Thank you for being an intuitive, intelligent physician. Thank you for referring me to an excellent specialist, who took the ball and has given me back my quality of life, without drugs, surgery or whatever that would have not been in MY best interest.

After many poor experiences with healthcare practitioners in the area, Eastside is a breath of fresh air, between the Primary Care office and Walk-In clinic, I have had good experiences. I don't feel judged and they actually listen. I would give 5 stars if not for the fact that you do sometimes need to call multiple times to actually get someone on the phone.

I have always had a positive experience here. My therapist is such a warm and caring person. The office staff always goes above and beyond to help those in need. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I am honestly surprised at some of these reviews. As to those giving a poor rating due to not getting calls back, we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Everything changes and changes again. I have been coming here for over ten years, and am happy with the service they provide.

Looking at the other reviews I'm a little shocked honestly. I go to Kyle and can't say enough positive things about his counseling. I've seen a lot of therapists on and off and never quite found a fit. Partially because I wasn't at that place myself, partial because I've had not the best experiences in places. But honestly, this guy has helped me so much I can't even explain it! He's very respectful of people's time and attentive whenever I work with him. He's always up to date of where we've been, are, and goals to work towards. My understanding of myself, my traumas, and my reasons for doing the things I do have never been deeper. I've got a history of anxiety and depression along with S.U.D and have worked with my fair share of mental health professionals but, thankfully, I don't have to go through the awkward intakes or first sessions that amount to nothing are long over. HIGHLY recommend!!!
