I want to thank the staff and people at the Binghamton location. 2year 5 months ago I walked into their facility and it was the first rehab I've gone to where I stayed. The people there were caring and really sweet. I owe them 2years an 5 months of my life so far bc they helped me get clean. Even when I'd just sit there coloring bc I was shutting down mentally they were great. I've colored them so many things to hang up and show future people that it does help.

I have been here a few times.. the staff here is amazing!!! From coming in the door to you go out the door every one of them was very professional and they really care about you. I wanted to let them know that they saved my life and just wanted to say thank you!!!!! I'm going on five months clean and will never go down that road again.. they have even called me since I have been out to see how I was doing. It's a very clean place I recommend this place to anyone. They have a cousler named Patrick he is the best..

And sometimes they’re rude and disrespectful but they don’t notice they’re rude . But yeah rate it a 10 it’s not that bad but it’s not worser the turn about ranch ..

I've had I think 2 or 3 therapists there, I personally didn't feel comfortable talking to the first one but the one I have now is amazing 💗 also from what I heard, one of the teachers at the "school" my cousin went to when they were there Emotionally abused my cousin (who has autism and multiple other things.) Called him names, called out my cousin in front of the whole class to exclude and embarrassed him. From what my cousin said, the kids were very rude and got in alot of fights and the staff just sat around. Also the teacher was fired from what the staff was "aloud" to tell us

No one chooses to come to this place over another place, but here’s a review: The staff had no idea who I was when I got there. Of course, neither did I. They treated me like I was some guy off the street, and based their opinion of me on how I was acting, which, at the time, was terrible. Over time, I chilled out, and got to know some of the staff, and found at least one of them to be a decent human being. I never really got tight with any of the patients except one guy I got in a fight with and now we’re pretty good. It’s pretty much what you make of it, if you are expecting to be ‘healed’ you are probably going to be disappointed. If you are willing to look at what brought you there, if you are ready to accept some kind of responsibility for your share in it, you might find that GBHC can provide some time to try and address whatever it was that got you locked up in the first place. If you think the doctors and nurses are going to provide you with answers for life’s persistent questions, you can always keep looking. Food is alright, but could be a lot better.

I have been using family and children’s for the last 15 months. My first therapist unfortunately moved out of the area so I was put on a wait list. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful, and got me through the abusive relationship I was in. Fast forward to the beginning of September I received a phone call saying how there was someone available for me to see again. Perfect timing because me and my ex had broken up a week before hand and I was in a bad mental state. I then started seeing Bailey. She’s an intern but she has a very successful career ahead of her. She helped me through the beginning stages of my terrible breakup while validating my feelings, coaching me through the struggles of the breakup, and much more. She was absolutely wonderful. I was put on Lexapri through Holli and for the last month I’ve been on it, it has helped tremendously. I feel like an entirely new person. Hopeful, Excited to see what the future holds, and all around genuinely happy. Thank you ❤️

I have been in recovery for 6.5 years. I went to Marworth for the first time in 2016 and should have listened and stayed. I ended going back in 2020 when I was ready to change and they helped me so much and inspired me to become a substance abuse counselor. If it was not for the staff and my peers, I met through my stay at Marworth idk if I would be here today. I highly recommend Marworth if you are truly ready to put the work in, for a comfortable detox and supportive road to recovery.

Marworth was truly a great place. I don't mean a fun and good time place. I mean a great place to learn about my addiction. The staff and counselors are some of the best. Before I went to Mount Laurel and on to Serenity Mountain I was a mess. I was numb inside and had no joy as you can see from the first two photos.The Mountain truly changed me. I got the therapy I needed and I had a community of ladies who taught me to Diamond Art! I became Kelly “Spice” due to my tendency to break out into song and dance! I look forward to going back to share my story with others! I highly recommend Serenity Mountain! I loved it there and the energy is a more positive energy than other places I was at. Is it perfect? A little over a year ago I made the decision to go to Tully to kickstart my recovery from Alcohol addiction. The entire program gave me a new start on life, and I haven't looked back. Well, I have only to reminisce on the fond memories I have from this place. Counselors, medical staff, chefs and even the cleaners are all amazing. These people are truly amazing after coming from a crazy hectic poor care in Bassett Healthcare Cooperstown. The receptionist are extremely friendly and helpful. Doctors very thorough and polite and respectful they actually listen to you and go from there till they get the answer. My experience giving birth at this hospital was incredible. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and well cared for by the entire team. The doctors and nurses were extremely attentive, professional, and compassionate throughout the whole process. They made me feel confident and calm during such an important moment. The hospital structure is excellent, very clean, organized, and well prepared to provide comfort and safety for both mother and baby. I am truly grateful for the care I received. St. Joseph Hospital is NOT I repeat NOT A (insert slang word or words hear) joke. Not everyone knows everything and my experiences with the Arnot Rehabilitation Services was just as expected. They treated me with dignity, were patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I look very much forward to continue my Rehabilitation needs in the future. Do not take anybodies opinion about the care they provide including this one. If you are displeased just say so in a respectful manor.

From my very first session, I knew I had made the best connection & she was compassionate, professional & welcoming allowing me to feel very comfortable in processing my issues and feelings. She is, hands down, the BEST therapist I’ve ever worked with. I always feel comfortable to share honestly what I’m going through. Amanda is extremely supportive and dedicated to her job. One of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced was finding my Mom passed and without Amanda’s help & guidance, I’d be hospitalized due to the trauma of it all. Additionally, the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful calling to remind me of my appointments. My RN and Psychiatrist are also thorough and professional with their approaches. After many poor experiences with healthcare practitioners in the area, Eastside is a breath of fresh air, between the Primary Care office and Walk-In clinic, I have had good experiences.
