I came to TPALS 5 years ago as a broken human being with nothing left inside and nothing left to give. I was very defiant in the beginning of the treatment process because of my experiences in the past and was never comfortable enough to open up to anybody ever. I graduated within that 5 years but I just did the program to get everyone off my back I didn’t take in any of the suggestions given or was not willing to take a deeper look into my life so I got my certificate and left. Only to come back 2 years later still broken but this time no substance brought me back. Within coming back I’ve had a few lapses but I was SO COMFORTABLE to come back into this place and admit to that and I’ve built such solid worthy relationships here. This place gave me my life back. Gave my children their mother back and my family has their daughter back. If it was not for this place I would be dead. I love tpals because they meet you where you are at and work with you to understand the true ins and outs of this disease. I never thought I would be free from the chains of hell with drugs and alcohol and this place helped me free myself. I graduated again but I still come here everyday this place is my home and my safe place. Even if there isn’t any staff I sit in the parking lot if I need to regroup mentally. Thank you to each and every one of the staff and counselors ! Yall are the real super heroes because super heroes don’t always need to wear capes.

I’ve been going to TPALS for years and they have been like a family to me. They have seen my best and worst—treating me with respect and kindness through it all. My individual therapy with Katie is productive and thought-provoking. She is truly a wonderful accent to TPALS. The group therapy sessions are some of the best I’ve attended with strong participation from everyone. I highly recommend TPALS and their amazing team.

So being part of the frequent flyers club in the world of therapy, I could never find anybody that could seem to help me. This place is second to none, and more specifically, Elle is the greatest therapist I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for her, I can only imagine where I would be now. Five stars for sure!!!

I would highly recommend Summit Behavioral Group to anyone seeking a stepping stone for their journey in recovery. The therapists and groups provided me with the necessary foundation I needed to start my recovery. I particularly looked forward to groups led by Ashley, the Alumni Coordinator, she was relatable and allowed us to feel comfortable sharing about ourselves. This is a great place to begin our lifelong journey!

I just finished a 28 day stay here. This was the first place I finished out of 12 rehabs. It was a good experience from the ride in to the ride out. They set me up with a really nice PHP, and the doctor worked hard at getting me the sublocaid shot when my insurance was denying it. The facility is nice, comfortable beds, personal tv in each room. The staff is great! Always there to talk to when you need someone. Med lines go quick. The food is really good and they feed you enough for 3 people. Shout out to Steve, the cook. His food is really good. I had Elizabeth as a counselor and she was super sweet and actually took the time EVERY TIME she met with me. She never rushed me. Uncle Ron is also really kind and caring. The rest of the staff is very kind and caring as well. All the techs were really nice and caring, but There were a few techs who really went above and beyond for the clients- Katrina, Danielle, Morgan. Thank you clearbrook for giving me a shot at sobriety <3

I completed 30 days in Brookdale May29th . I’ve been in 19 treatments over the years . Brookdale was the best I’ve been to. Top to bottom the place is amazing. I highly recommend .. anyone who has had some time and relapsed needs to check out Matt Delp RTR group he really hammers down causes and makes you look at relapse behaviors and brain chemistry.. I am grateful beyond words to have been able to went through the program at brookdale. I not only finished their program in 2025 but I also was there in early 2024 as well for my first time in treatment. They did all the right things to prepare me for a life in recovery however I had my own reservations in mind and wasn’t completely ready to listen and be honest. I knew immediately when I realized I had to go back, that I ONLY would go to Brookdale and nobody could’ve suggested anywhere else to me. I went back ready to fully listen and take suggestions and I got even more out of it the second time. Brookdale has many staff that has walked the same struggle as us clients so that helps a ton. The nursing staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and caring. One thing I noticed immediately is every single staff knows your name before you even meet them, this makes it so comforting to walk in to an uncomfortable situation. They have a very well planned structure and routine they get each and every client in to prepare them to get back to the real world. The days are full but they are very well balanced between education, fun, leisure time, and connection with your peers. Every single staff member is there for each and every client. The campus is huge and it made me feel like I was going to college with the structure and opportunities you have, and it would hands down be the #1 school in the country with the prestigious education you get. There is no argument, brookdale is the BEST place to send a loved one or yourself if you need help with addiction and or alcoholism.

My name is Sarah. I ended up in Brookdale after a two year relapse. It took me three weeks to get myself to agree to have Brookdale come pick me up. I chose Brookdale because the staff on the phone were genuine and kind. They answered all my questions with patience and put me at ease. When I arrived at Brookdale I was broken. I felt like glass ready to shatter into a million pieces. As I started meeting the staff I felt more at ease. They were all kind and welcoming. They all looked me in the eye and I felt seen. The beauty of Brookdale is there is going to be a staff that knows exactly how you feel. Someone who shares a similar story. I had a moment with a staff who looked me in the eyes and said “you are worth it”. In that moment I believed him completely without any hesitation. It was like looking into a mirror. I needed that recognition from someone like me who could see through the walls I built in addiction. I trusted him. I was going to be okay. Brookdale gives you the space and support you need to heal. The tools they offer are endless. Now, I have sober support and Brookdale is still apart of it. I followed their suggestions and I am thriving. If you or someone you know needs help with addiction there’s no other place filled with more amazing people!
