I also made a small hiccup on the end of my stay so stupid but they let it go with a warning seeing the progess I made as well as my fellow friend I made, her progress as well. I would 1000000000% recommend especially for women struggling with abuse. They specialize in really helping you find your inner strength . Also.. out of all the stays. This is the only one above a 3. So that tells ya something.. and its closer to 4 than 3 so great place !! Karina Petsche 7 months ago I was recommended here by FLACRA in Clifton Springs and I couldn't be more happier with my decision, was there from the end of May to the end of July, very caring and empathetic counselors and nurses along with the food service staff which is an army of one but she rocks it, they truly want to see you succeed and live a happy joyous life, they provide you with great information about addiction and also provide you with a wide selection of literature and even host NA and AA meetings with guest speakers, most staff are in recovery themselves so they can relate to your struggles with addiction, im 22 and currently 3 months sober, the age range is well diverse, I would recommend this ATC to anyone who wants to change their life around, I will never forget the staff who helped me overcome my alcoholism 🙏 Jonathan Tschetter 10 months ago

She was not in distress but Enzyme levels were alarmingly high and Dr. could not get a “Stat” appointment for scan. Parking is non-existent for ER patients had to drop her near entrance and then go park. Once in paperwork process was quick, receptionist very pleasant. Timeline: 2:40pm Check-in at reception 4:00. Taken into room to check vitals then sent back to waiting area. 5:00. Brought back to ER exam room 6:15. Blood drawn 7:30. Scan (remarkably this happened after Some prodding at nurses station. 8:30. Scan results (again after prodding) 9:00. Left ER Our nurses were very good and Dr who read scan very thorough in review of results. Problem is obviously the dead time in the process, especially once in an exam room. The 5:00-8:30 time line could have been cut easily by 50%. The staff acts like 4-8 hours at the ER is acceptable. I understand that it is a dynamic environment but that is the job! Staff and organize accordingly. Could have turned over that room and been making the hospital more profitable with some focused attention. The ER was busy but no people on beds in hallways. The entire program gave me a new start on life, and I haven't looked back. Well, I have only to reminisce on the fond memories I have from this place. And a big part of that is to the phenomenal help I get from my therapist and MAT dr. At Evelyn Brandon. My therapist is such a sweetheart. I can call or email her anytime of any day and she'll respond as soon as she can and help me through whatever. They act as more than drug counselors, they're life counselors too. Plus I have a once a week group zoom meeting that I attend through Evelyn Brandon as well that I've gained some real close bonds with other recovering addicts so that I know that I'm never alone in this life long battle against my demons. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get help with either their mental health &/or their drug&/or alcohol addictions.. trust me, life is so much better being free from substances. Dr. Wagner and the anesthesiologist explain everything that you will encounter as well answer any questions you may have. The OR prep techs, nurses, and PA are friendly and helpful. The post op nurse was very comforting and helpful. The transporters move you carefully, staff nurses and techs were amazing and experienced. The only thing I would say was an issue was the separation between men and women. You are allowed to speak to the opposite sex at all not even a friendly hello. The women are escorted everywhere and housed in a separate area meanwhile the men could walk all over all day. One day I started doing my own calisthenics trying to exercise when I was told I had to stop because it was against rules for safety reasons. On top of all that, I continue sessions to ensure that I am walking the best path I can - the weekly meetings, the degree of care during personal emergencies, and the actual reflection of the progress that I have made are all things that have helped me improve my life. I am a more whole person thanks to Delphi Rise. Healing one's self is never a straight path, but at least it doesn't have to be solitary or terribly crooked - Delphi kind of stands as an illuminating light in a terribly dark world. Yes, they will help you if you are struggling with addiction; they do that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through their Open Access program. They also help people who are homeless get into safe, permanent housing. They will help you if you are even at risk of homelessness. They help people returning from prison to secure safe, permanent housing. They have a Health Home System. They offer assistance obtaining and keeping a job or help you apply for disability and get a specialized attorney to represent you for the case. They provide food, clothing, personal items, even mobile phones to those in need. Nobody is turned away for any reason pertaining to race, sex, religion, nationality, age, or criminal history of any classification or subtype. 2 years ago when I needed help with everything a person could need help with, they gave me a safe and dignified living space in less than 3 weeks of asking for help despite my many social barriers. They gave me treatment for addiction that began immediately and they still support my recovery today. They've given me clothing, bedding, personal supplies and toiletries, a phone with prepaid service, transportation to and from their office when I needed it. They have supported me in every area of need in my life for the last 2 years and continue to do so now and in the foreseeable future. Every time I go to Delphi Rise I am greeted not only with courtesy, respect, and dignity, but with down-to-earth kindfulness and warmth. Someone from Delphi visits me at my home once a month to make sure everything is going well and that I have what I need. These other reviews giving 1 star and complaining about personal treatment absolutely blow my mind, and they are not to be believed. To everyone at Delphi - Darnell, Monique, Alex, Rob, Mike, Tasha, Tashaba, Martin, Dr. Ainsworth, Krystal, and Jill - thank you for what you do every day to help the less fortunate, the outcast, the homeless, the unwanted - thank you for helping people like me.
