Helped me a lot with my traumas and amazing front desk. Wait times are short and therapy sessions feel quick and easy to schedule. Very supportive of lgbtq and call me my performed name.

If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be here. Loyal to their help in healing me after an assault in 2014; which left me with PTSD. I am forever grateful.

The receptionist is friendly, greets me by name. They sent emails in plenty of time for me to continue to schedule my upcoming appointments. My therapist is very effective. I have been in therapy at least 3 times before to make it through a difficult situation. This is the first time I have had EMDR and I can't say enough about how much it has helped me! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Roger D. Howard LMHC. He was easy to talk to and truly cares. I was in a time crunch and he went the extra step to ensure my paperwork made it on time. I'm truly thankful.

I loves seeing Dr. O'Connor, he really understands me completely and I really feel heard and respected. I strongly feel he really cares not only health, but for the total well-being as a whole. I really appreciate him. Highly recommenced! Just trust the process!

August 17-27 I was on the fourth floor and I spent 10-days finding out that I had found out that I have Stage 4 lung cancer and the love that was given to me was powerful and one of them was right by my side. This group of people were amazing. The vibe there was we all are a team. Watching these young people working with each other and humble manner. These young people can be a great influence on our society. If you ask me I will give these 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

My sister has been here since last night in labor and delivery and the staff has been wonderful! Grace has been her nurse for the entire day and has been nothing but kind, helpful, and amazing! Rachel and Dr. Brown have been incredible too!

This is the best hospital anyone can go too! Absolutely amazing! Being in the ER for the first time, every single staff attended to me right away, the nurse that assisted me Izabella SUPER SUPPORTIVE, AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL 💗 The doctor didn’t get her name also Awesome! When I was going through the toughest time of my life, I was admitted to Saint Joseph’s Hospital psychiatric unit. I was completely a mess and should’ve never recovered. Dr. Aslum saved my life! Prior to any medical diagnosis, she managed me with medication and found out what works for me and what did’t. She never gave up on me you and always asked me how I was feeling! If you see this woman, thank her for all that she does. She is an angel!

this honestly was not a bad place i wish i had stayed some people are just not strong enough to get professional help but i loved it the only thing i have tk say is it does have a lot of restraints i cant begin to be more greatful for this placement i love most of the staff it was like a second family i love them my scars are healing my mind is still processing and it was amazing i aant to thank all the staff who helped me..taylor hinds bogart lafluer mcnabb baker murray austin and i cant say them all but i wish i could i love yall. thank you!!

I was one of the kids there, twice. Definitely was good with activities and the staff cared about us. I was in Seneca, and it was pretty good compared to other places I've been.

I was a kid there from May 2022-June 2023 on Honeoye (former Grow 3) and I loved it there. It really changed my life. Some of my favorite staff were France, Pine, Kim, Jesse, Angie, Jen Carpenter, Taylor, Lauren, Lisa, Marcia, Cobb, and some of the nurses, Cassie, Lilly, John, Pam, Kelsey, I could go on forever. Some of the staff were quite rude but I never took it with a grain of salt because I know it’s a stressful place to work. I worked my way up to PC in less than a year and was always trying to make people smile. The school was my favorite part because the classes were smaller than an average sized class and teachers and TA’s really paid attention to the kids. I really enjoyed it there, knowing that whenever I wanted to talk, someone would listen. I highly recommend sending your kids here if they have any behavioral issues.

Stayed there for over a year. It’s a safe environment to get back on your feet. If you go into the program willing to do the work and not expect the counselors to hold your hands and do everything for you. And not use it as a B&B and sleep all day ( only adding that as it can be somewhat annoying seeing other clients sleep all day). It gives you the freedom to come and go and also to be responsible for your own progress. The staff is there 24/7 and will listen to your issues and do everything Liberty will let them do, which ties their hands a lot with what they consider “protocol”. The only downfall is a staff member going out of his way to find every infraction he can to get a few guys kicked out (rules that 99% of the staff bend to make stay there more bearable). Mainly because he has no actual job there and spends his days lurking around being miserable. The facility is cleaned by the clients, shopping is done by the clients and food stamps are all collected and used as a community pot for the groceries. If it was not for the staff and facility i would have not made it to my one year sober for the first time in 3 years.

St Camillus staff are so wonderful to my dad and all the residents ❤️ We know he is in good hands with them! Thank you St Camillus family❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

St. Camillus truly cares for their patients, they treat them with love, humor amd tons of dignity! They have become family to us!

My sister has been staying at St. Camillus in the Rehab section for 2 months now. She’s needed a lot of extra care and the staff has been great. We are very grateful for the help from Tom, Sheri and Kelly and the rest of the staff. Becky has been very helpful with the questions we’ve had about some of the procedures. Thanks to everyone!!

Syracuse group helps people ! Changed my heart and mind in a positive way and that change was much needed and appreciated .

its the only place in syracuse for an alcoholic drug addict to get real help. rehabs are a joke and they just want to make money off you. other aa groups in syracuse dont care about you enough to help you in the ways this group does. this group makes a difference and they go out of there way to be of maximum help each and every day

So far, so good. Never have I felt at home as I feel here. I have done some friends along the way and they encourage to do better every day. Everyone here is very nice, and the staff is always courteous with clients. They have helped me a lot.

Aug 17 2023 is the day my life changed. I'm from the south. I had lived in the woods for a large part of my life. I was broken. I was angry and I was scared. The staff from nurses to counselors and even admission staff were amazing. They gave this homeless sick angry man hope. I'm 20 months sober now. They even helped me go from treatment to a transitional living facility. All I can say is go. Take that first step. They have you. I am eternally grateful.

Alright, people. Here's the deal... I'm going to give a bluntly honest review on the positives, as well as the negatives that come with placing yourself, or you're loved ones in this specific facility, Dick Van Dyke(DVD) and do so in as little text as possible. I will give as much detail as possible, and the ONLY thing I will not inform you on is the names of any patients(OR Prisoners as the Court Or Parole Mandated ones call themselves 🤣). To give reference to why you should trust the Information I'm giving you, or that you can give your loved one to make a logical and well informed decision before making one, this place truly is special in a way, it is also, not for SOME people, if you deal with certain, let's say, mental health or PTSD during sleep especially, and/or, triggers that make you...Let's say, explode and have angry responses, or, if you are someone without a lot of self control, or you dealt with tremendous amount of violence in your life that caused you issues currently with your temper, this place, really may not be the right fit for you..This was my first inpatient rehab experience, but this is FAR from being my first facility I have stayed in, I have been to jail in multiple states, mental health hospitals as a kid, group homes, and juvenile lockdown facilities in southern California, I am now 28 years old, and a father of two wonderful children out west, and though the past has a way of creeping up on me and effecting how I deal with things, they are my world and my reason for placing myself in this place. However, let's start off with the positive aspects of D.V.D first. So, Positives- • You get you're own room, you do not have to share you're room. •Theres only about 3 hours out of the day you have to attend groups and their split up. •EVERY COUNSELOR Is Awesome, PLZ give Laura A Chance, she comes off very stern and doesn't mean to, but in my last night, she proved to be the one person who helped me the most, and was the most caring! She just, doesn't mean to come off the way you may feel at FIRST, I didn't really give her much of a chance and that's on ME. •Andrea, where do I start with her..🤔Well, she's thee BEST staff in there, and even tho my violent, PTSD filled, lifetime of L.A Gangbanging crooked ass self walked in that place full of trauma, full of anger, pain so deep in the soul it has no escape, and even when I snapped a few times, she the one who ACTUALLY calmed me down, and truly cares..2 feet from a beast with 3 eyes she can see with more than just 2..and knows she was sitting across from somebody who used to get down with the demons and danced my whole life with the fk'n devil..She has all compassion & all desire to help and be somebody to lean on. I promise, she won't reveal it but she more gangster& more experienced than she looks/gives off. I, am just somebody filled with anger, pain, massive loss, watching my homies get killed right Infront of me, PTSD that is so hard to control, it would shock even the worst of men. She ain't budge, but my issue is, I didn't either, I should have opened up more to her. Best damn woman I've met in a very long time, in another life I woulda married her lmao she cool as a fan •95% of the staff truly care, the women in this facility deserve the upmost respect. I lived a life of gangs since 12 y.o, selling/doing drugs, facilities, I'm someone who does not know how to talk about my trauma or express it non-aggressively, they still wanted to help me & they WILL help you. Ann Marie, Andrea, Laura, everybody EXCEPT CRISTEN T..I appreciate you all.. •DONT attempt to build any type of conversation with your nurses, most are nice but no unnecessary talk with your nurses. Especially CRISTEN T, leave that angry woman right alone if you have a temper. I came way out of my character reacting to her and snapped. •I was taken a lil off foot by my initial reaction to Laura, even complained a lil, but I found her to be the most caring & helpful my last night •Prison Food From 5 Points Prison.. •Disgusting showers. •Half the patients are mandated&want to get high.

If you're struggling with addiction. I would highly suggest this ATC to help get you on your personal road to recovery. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Only reason they get 4 stars is because they suck at teaching accountability here which is very big for early recovery especially when addicts first leave rehab. Besides that, this place is worth your time!!!! Get help and get clean!
