The receptionist is friendly, greets me by name. They sent emails in plenty of time for me to continue to schedule my upcoming appointments. My therapist is very effective. I have been in therapy at least 3 times before to make it through a difficult situation. This is the first time I have had EMDR and I can't say enough about how much it has helped me! Highly recommend!

If I could give this place a place amongst the stars I would. I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. The experience is what you make of it honestly from person to person but I got so very much and I am heading to my next step any day now. One thing is for sure, Helio Health saved my life. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into. Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them. I have lived on the streets and if someone comes into this facility and states that the streets are better. Then they clearly have never been on the streets. It's all about perspective. If you're ready and willing to make your life better regardless of what you have to do and how it will make you, "feel". If we made people completely comfortable, with all this and that, then no one would leave. I have seen that with different facilities that have all this food and that but then they don't have the proper treatment or groups. But they feed you well. Pick your poison. Some kids act like spoiled brats and nothing is ever enough. Maybe you should change your perspective, it's amazing what is possible by thinking positive regardless of the situation. It's easy to come on here and judge when you don't see it through. Suffering is real. You can choose to let a little rain ruin your day or you can choose to make a rainbow. The choice is yours. We give you the necessary tools, now it's up to you to alchemize what is taught. I can choose to be better, or I can make excuses. What do you choose?

Soo.. my counselor Carolyn Diehl is the most phenomenal woman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'd like to say a few things about this lady. She completely changed my life even though she'll never say it had anything to do with her thats its all you. You put in the work ... yea yea yea but she really has. I've had the pleasure of working with her for a little over a year. I've never met a more dedicated, caring, courageous counselor in my entire life. She has saved my life more times than I can count by her group sessions where i've met some amazing people and built some great connections with over the last year. Her 1:1 sessions and yes her emails as well. She always checks in with you even though that may just be her job she never forgets and is always there anytime you need her. I've been through a lot this year losing a lot...and gaining even more. And I can say from the bottom of my heart I couldn't have gotten where I am today without her. She deserves the world on silver platter for the work she does day to day. And P.S to the agencies management she definitely deserves a raise for the work she puts in. She gave me my life back. Yes I know..everyone will say she's just a counselor. But, to me she's so much more. Thank you for being so involved with the work you do and caring as much as you do. I don't think I could ever repay you for being such a wonderful human being. There's not many people out there anymore that do the work because they actually care and I can say from my own personal experience she does. With her whole heart. To anyone that gets a chance to work with her stick with her she'll push you to be the greatest versions of yourselves. In the end I promise you'll thank her. You are one remarkable human being and I just want people to know you the way I know you. Thank you for everything you've done for me. Im so glad I walked in and decided to put the work in to change my life. To everyone who was ever involved in my care over at Helio I thank you all so much. You guys do such a great job. Even if I am just one person. Know that you saved my life. So, again thank you. #HelioStrong 👍💯😁🩷🧡💛💚💙💜

Okay so heres how these reviews are all going to look, either five stars and great words of affirmation, or 1 star and lots of excuses and negativity. There are rules and recommendations to follow, and when your ready to get sober you will follow them. And if you do, and put forth some effort, there's nobody at Helio Health that won't bend over backwards trying to help you bridge gaps. They don't work FOR you, they work WITH you. When I was ready for the nonsense to stop, and willing to do what needed to be done, Helio Health helped me change my entire life. It works if you work it.

Staff is kind and caring. My only concern is the ER. Went there twice in a short amount of time for same emergency. I have a great therapist here, Paige, whom I've been seeing over a year and a half... We're just getting into the crucial issues that have made therapy necessary for me, and she's helping me get a grip on the hidden pain, difficult memories, and emotional suffering that remained after a course of CBT with another therapist at a different clinic. CBT is great in some ways but to recover from C-PTSD requires some time spent in regular one-on-one psychotherapy, where trauma is addressed and emotions are released in a safe environment. As much as the CBT at the other treatment center I went to helped me with applying logic to my then out-of-control emotions, it was time for another tactic so that I could complete my journey of healing. This is that continued journey. I'm going to continue my progress here with Paige and am optimistic about my future as I break the lifelong hold past trauma has had upon me. Thank you, Liberty.

Stayed there for over a year. It’s a safe environment to get back on your feet. If you go into the program willing to do the work and not expect the counselors to hold your hands and do everything for you. And not use it as a B&B and sleep all day ( only adding that as it can be somewhat annoying seeing other clients sleep all day). It gives you the freedom to come and go and also to be responsible for your own progress. The staff is there 24/7 and will listen to your issues and do everything Liberty will let them do, which ties their hands a lot with what they consider “protocol”. The only downfall is a staff member going out of his way to find every infraction he can to get a few guys kicked out (rules that 99% of the staff bend to make stay there more bearable). Mainly because he has no actual job there and spends his days lurking around being miserable. The facility is cleaned by the clients, shopping is done by the clients and food stamps are all collected and used as a community pot for the groceries. If it was not for the staff and facility i would have not made it to my one year sober for the first time in 3 years.

Truly a blessing that this place exists. As a current resident I can honestly say that this place is great for anyone who's serious about their recovery. The staff is amazing, you can tell that they're not just here for a paycheck, and they genuinely try to make things as comfortable as possible. I spent the holidays here and they really made it easier to be here during that time. Jessica is phenomenal and she is super invested in the place as well each individual's treatment. As far as the usual questions and concerns: you get your own room, cable TV in each room, Wi-Fi available and you are allowed your phone and/or tablet, 3 meals a day (you have to give your food stamps while here but it's WELL worth it) and the cook (Nicossi) is not only great with the food but also a good staff member to have on hand, 2 washers & dryers on site, no smoking but what do you expect from a treatment facility? (Patches are available), on site medical staff, transportation is available for medical appointments as well as to cash any checks however you can't leave for any other reason (again that's expected), there are currently two 45 minute groups a day as well as a quick morning "check in", if you're in an MAT program you're transported to Helio's OTP clinic twice a week to dose and pick up take homes until the next trip, and the staff are really good at keeping a safe environment without coming off as total authoritarians. Again, this is a great place to begin your recovery journey and it's played a huge part in not only changing; but also saving my life. I just noticed that there weren't any reviews and wanted to give some information to those who might be interested in a program. Don't wait for "tomorrow" when you can begin the process of being a better version of you TODAY! 🙏🏻
