Have used Rome Va Clinic for about 30 years. I have always been treated by friendly staff and feel very well taken care of. I’ve been referred to Syracuse Va if it has been necessary. A very caring clinic! That goes for Syracuse Va Hospital also!
Really good hearted people that work here and ya never know who your gonna see here lol but I love everyone at beacon and they actually understand you .....

Place saved my life. Counselors are all great and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. If you have an addiction and want a new start, a chance at life, you can get that at Beacon. I've been on the suboxone program there as well, they are just as good honestly

and helping with my mental health i was crying for a hour after i left my last session really hoping she comes back in december.

I love the therapy I am receiving at the Neighborhood Center, I have been making progress after only 3 sessions with Dr. Potts. We are developing a plan and enjoying a friendship.

I'm very happy with my first experience my therapist is extremely nice and she was very gentle did not scream or yell when I answered questions and she did not force anything to me me I'm very happy with my experience
