Place was horrible, very few good caring counselors. Recently there was a change at the top and seems to be better. Tiffany, Carly and Fawn along with the office staff are good and helpful. My therapist Carly listens to me. Allison Thomas my psychiatrist I trust. I have not had a bad experience with this office. Only problem is sometimes can be hard to get an appointment because they are so booked always. Otherwise very helpful and nice people

It's been a few years since I've been a member of RSS on River St. in Oneonta but I wanted to give a review. This organization helped me when I had no family or friends or anyone in this world. God lead me to RSS and they helped change my life. Sherry Stallone and her staff were kind., respectful and understanding when I was incapable and afraid and misunderstood. My agoraphobia would have taken over my life had it not been for the help given and received from RSS and the Mental health office they sent me to in Oneonta. RSS works with the community and the individual to enable people like me with mental health issues to become a working and contributing member of society. RSS was the VERY first step for me that opened all the other doors I could not open myself. They supported me all the way until I was able to be launched on my own. A little over a year ago I made the decision to go to Tully to kickstart my recovery from Alcohol addiction. The entire program gave me a new start on life, and I haven't looked back. Well, I have only to reminisce on the fond memories I have from this place. Counselors, medical staff, chefs and even the cleaners are all amazing. The 1 stars are from bitter people who just didn't want to put forth the effort. Thank you again Tully. Bill 2024 Graduate.

Tully Hill was the best decision I ever made. 13 months ago I decided I needed the kick start to recovery and Tully Delivered. Staff is awesome. Food...Forget about it 5 star. Watch out for the Tully 20. 20 lbs you gain there. :) Life is amazing without Alcohol. Can't thank them enough.

I want to thank the staff and people at the Binghamton location. 2year 5 months ago I walked into their facility and it was the first rehab I've gone to where I stayed. The people there were caring and really sweet. I owe them 2years an 5 months of my life so far bc they helped me get clean. Even when I'd just sit there coloring bc I was shutting down mentally they were great. I've colored them so many things to hang up and show future people that it does help.

I have been here a few times.. the staff here is amazing!!! From coming in the door to you go out the door every one of them was very professional and they really care about you. I wanted to let them know that they saved my life and just wanted to say thank you!!!!! I'm going on five months clean and will never go down that road again.. they have even called me since I have been out to see how I was doing. I had an overall good experience at commonwealth. The staff was compassionate yet they also were very professional. The nurses went above and beyond for me. The whole medical team at commonwealth is superior. Commonwealth gives you a multi layered experience they care for you physically, mentally and emotionally. I was not really easiest patient to care for and I still recieved excellent care. I want to recommend this rehab to anyone thinking about taking the recovery journey. Commonwealth will meet your expectations.

I had a very positive experience at commonwealth. The staff was excellent and very compassionate. My first few days at commonwealth rehab I was very sick. I really was not well the staff and the nurses took good care of me and they all went above and beyond the call of duty to give me the care I needed. Once I felt better I began to attend there education groups, which were very helpful and I did learn a lot. I would recommend this rehab to anyone struggling with addiction and wants to be free from this horrible disease. If you go to commenwealth I believe you will learn a lot and they will prepare you for a life you will enjoy again. Give commonwealth a chance to reform your life.

If I could give this place a place amongst the stars I would. I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. The experience is what you make of it honestly from person to person but I got so very much and I am heading to my next step any day now. I've used many tools I learned while in there but most importantly I learned to respect and believe in my program of recovery again and I plan to keep climbing. Thank you to all of you for believing in me until I could get my strength to believe in myself again . Just for today!

One thing is for sure, Helio Health saved my life. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into. Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them. I have lived on the streets and if someone comes into this facility and states that the streets are better. Then they clearly have never been on the streets. It's all about perspective. If you're ready and willing to make your life better regardless of what you have to do and how it will make you, "feel". If we made people completely comfortable, with all this and that, then no one would leave. I have seen that with different facilities that have all this food and that but then they don't have the proper treatment or groups. But they feed you well. Pick your poison. Some kids act like spoiled brats and nothing is ever enough. Maybe you should change your perspective, it's amazing what is possible by thinking positive regardless of the situation. It's easy to come on here and judge when you don't see it through. Suffering is real. You can choose to let a little rain ruin your day or you can choose to make a rainbow. The choice is yours. We give you the necessary tools, now it's up to you to alchemize what is taught. I can choose to be better, or I can make excuses. What do you choose?

Nicelee Hollanbeck is a wonderful clinician and really seems to "get" things. I joined a a close friend for counseling and really enjoyed the helpful group therapy offered. The only issue I really noticed is the alarmingly high number of scummy, trashy people that end up there on some court order and bring down the rest of the people that genuinely want to get help.

I was transported here via ambulance twice for the same health problem. The neurology team/an amazing anesthesiologist did everything they could to help me. From the moment I arrived in the Emergency Department, I was treated with urgency, compassion, professionalism, and extraordinary skill. During one of the most frightening and critical moments of my life, the ER team acted quickly and decisively. Because of their expertise, dedication, and commitment to patient care, they saved my life, and for that, I will be forever grateful. The exceptional care continued in the ICU, where every nurse, physician, technician, and staff member treated me with kindness, dignity, and compassion. No matter how busy they were, they always took the time to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and reassured. Every need was met with genuine concern and professionalism, and I always felt that I was in the very best hands. A very special thank you goes to Kelly, who is truly an outstanding nurse.
