90 Day Residential Recovery in Cleveland
The Keating Center’s sober living program begins with a three month residence. During this time, residents will attend group meetings facilitated by people in recovery who are trained counselors. You’ll be expected to find a sponsor and attend daily 12-step meetings.
I like that residents are supported by their peers in the residence who are on a similar journey. Sharing your story and hearing from others will help you build a sober network, learn from each other and encourage each other in reaching long-term recovery.
I also appreciate that the facilitators all have lived experiences of addiction. These folks can be invaluable mentors for you as you begin your recovery journey.
Transitional Program>/h3>
After the three months, residents will move on to the transitional program where you’ll continue to live in a supportive and sober environment. During this stage, you’ll find a job and begin to pay a nominal fee to support the center’s programs.
There is still lots of required programming during this stage including seven 12-step meetings a week. You’ll also attend after-care meetings once a week to support your ongoing recovery.
Three Locations in Cleveland
I think it’s great that the Ed Keating Center has three locations to serve the community. Their main location is called The New Rock and it can house up to 80 men in the 3-month program. They also have a men’s facility on East 93rd and they have the Jean Marie House for women.

Other Forms of Payment
Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.
Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Treatments
The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.
Drug rehab in Ohio provides comprehensive treatment to address the physical and psychological needs of those struggling with substance use disorders. This may involve inpatient and/or outpatient care.
Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.
Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.
