I would give 5 stars to Scott. I would give negative zero to the front desk lady (dark hair lots of makeup) she was incredibly unprofessional and has no idea what is going on arrived 16 min late line out side and zero I am sorries. No care in the world. I did show her my appointment proof she was shocked I had one as she said they are walk in only? She said she can t draw blood. Then I would need to wait. I did. Scott was excellent, professional and apologizing and quick. For this reason I would go back. I would definitely listen to the reviews on frost desk staff. It s true.I did notice other reviewers w similar stories about walk in only response from owner- so I added proof that maybe this should be something that is no longer available to do. I ordered a lab test from a 3p and this was their instructions I had no problems scheduling an appointment online

Inpatient

Very unprofessional. Went yesterday and the only phlebotomist was outdoing mobile tests and no one was there to do testing. Told to call back and no one answered the phone during hours of operation. Went back today during hours of operation and the same botched Barbie who O spoke with yesterday asked the phlebotomist if I would have to come back due to the time which was 3pm and they close at 5pm. Horrible service. Unprofessional looking staff.

Good morning Beatrice,<br>I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience in our office. Our phlebotomy prices are on average less then a third of what you will pay in a hospital . We are taking care of the underprivilege part of our neighbors that can not afford the hospital prices. In order to keep the prices very reasonable I can only hire one phlebotomist and he is covering Spartanburg, Duncan, Cowpens and Gaffney on a post accident collections. That is why he was not in the office at the time you were there. I am still investigating how did we missed your call. We have an answering system that in a rare case that the phone is not answered , forwards the call to our mobile phones. If still no one picks up , there is an option to leave a message. We have not received a message from you.<br>As far as you calling our receptionist a " botched barbie" and looking unprofessional I find totally unacceptable. All our associates are wearing scrubs in the office. As every professional lady should, she is taking care of her hair as well . I thought judging people by their appearance was a thing of the past, obviously not.<br>Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
