Two experiences of completely different quality. First one made me feel like they really respected me as a customer. Second one, their customer service was abysmal and they resorted to practical extortion in the end. Perhaps they had a change in upper management between these two experiences. Edit: The delays caused by the footprint errors on my side do not reflect my review here. Also my review does not touch on the delays at all... The extortion I refer to is the retroactive charge for services that other companies provide for free typically through online programs (such as Bay Area Circuit’s instant DFM). In my previous experiences with board houses, I did not face a charge due to DFM’ing. When I brought this to the attention of a Gorilla employee, I was informed that these new charges were related to a management change. I call this practical extortion because I was only informed of these charges deep into this process and I would incur further delay if I choose to not pay these charges. More frustrating, most of the board DFM issues that you picked up were related to via sizes. I found the specifications about your via capabilities to be unclear. In your capabilities, you list your minimum FHS as 4 mils, a minimum annular ring as 1 mil and a minimum pad as 8 mils. I confirmed this via sizing with your team and designed vias of 4/8. However this was incorrect and I had to resize my vias to 4/16 to meet your DFM requirements. I’ve attached a snip of your fab capabilities to show the source my confusion. The customer service being abysmal relates to the combination of the previous surprise charge and your internal communication issues that added unnecessary delays due to unnecessary re-quotes. Internal communication issues which meant that If I hadn’t pushed back at particular point in this process, the wrong board would have been fabricated. During this whole process, I tried very hard to be polite, respectful and prompt. I find it disheartening that in your reply to my review, you choose to emphasize a mistake in our board unrelated to my comment in general. This is exactly why I described my customer experience as being radically different between my two runs.

Brett, your account manager here, responding to your review. I sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations or our standards. We have met internally to identify the delays on this job. Some components on the BOM did not match the footprints on the PCB. Going forward we will run a full DFA on any new builds for your team. This is something we typically reserve for production runs, not so much with quick turns. The extra day or two the DFA takes will save us all time and trouble on the backend and improve your experience exponentially.

I've used Gorilla Circuits for several quick-turn prototype projects now. The quality and pricing has been great. My circuit board assemblies have come back quickly and without problems, even when complex HDI structures and fine pitch BGAs are present in the design. The sales team is responsive and quick to get back with a quote. Gorilla has also been great about full turnkey services such as purchasing parts, sorting through BOMs, and helping resolve issues so I can get back to my other tasks quickly. Highly recommended.

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in California teaches participants constructive ways to stay clean and sober. Treatment revolves around helping individuals stop using the substance they are addicted to and learn healthy habits to avoid relapse.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use.
