The staff is nice and gentle. I had a good experience for my appointment.

Surgery was on a Friday and I stayed in nice room until Sunday when I was discharged. My care team was so excellent and kind. Everyone was polite and did their very best for me. I felt comfortable under confident care. The food was good, kitchen sent up some nicely designed plates.

My mother was treated so well. Nurses and staff very polite ,professional, and respectful. Doctor called us the next day to follow up on care. Later one of nurses called again to confirm post care & offer to help schedule any appointments with her primary doctor. Thank you all! side bar: I noticed during their busy morning that nurses, staff, and the doctors were so respectful & patient with people that were calling in, coming in, and visiting.

Friendly staff, very respectful and they do their job. I have had nothing other than five star service here at Medmark Hayward.

Been coming here for a long, long time Through my recovery I have had many counselors some better than others funny how things happen my husband transferred to Medmark from BAART in Oakland crazy we both ended up on Rich’s case load { R.I.P. RICH another great counselor } so you know we both can’t have the same counselors so of course I got kicked to the curb. Best curb I got kicked to { so to speak. } which is currently Nicole Martinez, the best I’ve ever had , She definitely help me get to where I am now she goes above and beyond helped me in my life so much, I don’t even know what I’m gonna do when we goes our separate ways 😔..I wish I can take her with me. This Rehab facility is special in many ways, one of the facts being the location is somewhere convenient for anyone to access the place whether by public transport or car, the workers here and the ones who run the facility are not only just trained experts, but they are also incredibly compassionate people when it comes to their interactions with other people. The place is kept clean and looked after to keep the staff and customers comfortable.

At tranquility my expectations were beyond met. The staff really cares! There’s always an open bed at tranquility!

Tranquility is the best place I’ve been to. They have taken care of me very well and equipped me with the right tools to succeed once I left. The houses are very clean and well managed! The food is amazing! If you or a loved one need help with mental or substance abuse issues, I highly recommend coming here. Big shoutout to Omar, Askari, Jeremy, Janelle, Drea, Berto, Chef Mary, Chef Narciso, Jennifer, Abid, Elias, and everyone else that works there. They’re all great!

I had been losing my battle with recovery for almost fifteen years when Wellness Retreat was recommended to me. I came here severely addicted and further traumatized by what I put myself and my family through. I needed a place where I would be treated with dignity, individually recognized for what has been ailing me and personally encouraged. This what I found here, and with a genuine compassion I have never seen or felt as an addict. There is an exceptional quality here, from checkng-in through medical treatment, group processing, education, abundance of nutrition, therapy excercise, wellness and technical assistance. With a maximum of five other clients to go through the recovery process with, the Directors of the program and even the CEO rolled up their sleeves personally caring for my recovery process. For the first time in my life since I was introduced to substances I don't hate life without them. It has been almost five months since I left wellness Retreat and I still go back on Monday afternoons to join the dance classes that gave me so much hope and happiness when I was feeling so low and dark in the beginning. This is more than a Rehab, this is a Wellness Center. If you want a life worth living without drugs and alcohol, start here.

The medical center is located in an absolutely beautiful, scenic, rural location. The medical director and staff generally take excellent care of these veterans. I've been visiting there for over 2 years.

Easy traffic and parking if go there early on Fridays. Staff is very nice. Grounds are beautiful with a lot of frequent wildlife strolling by, esp early or late. One thing I would request- return of the deli. There is no place close by to get food when there are several appointments to do.
