When I called I asked if they accepted Medicare and priority health. So I set up appointment and they sent me the forms to fill out I did that then more forms came. Then I got message saying that she doesn t accept my insurance so I had her look for someone who did and they didn t have anyone who did. So she checked other offices they have and there so no one there either to accept my insurance. So if you have Medicare and secondary insurance don t bother calling.

After 3 sessions I had billed the amount of $172 just for 1 session total will be $512. They are not offering check in advance to aware you I contacted customer service and they said We can check as a courtesy not as a Warranty at the end is the same because they didn't do anything $500 for 3 sessions come on.

They told me my insurance would cover it but then I received a huge bill. I contacted the insurance company and they say it should be covered and they need information from the therapist. I called the company several times nobody called me back and I don’t think they even checked for me. My therapist ended up answering a month later and she said they wouldn’t cover it which I don’t believe since the insurance said it would be covered if they got the information.

I was always traumatized by therapy, it’s not easy for me to open up. Finally took the leap and got a therapist. I liked everything about it, I was improving on being more positive, I liked the check in process because it’s quiet and calmed my nerves. Things were finally starting to look up. Until my therapist never called me back. Never called. Never texted. Never emailed. They said they’d get back to me shortly, and then just forgot about me? Not really sure how you could forget a client, but this was the exact reason why I always hated opening up, because they just leave you. And that’s basically what happened. So now I get to add this to the laundry list of things I need to work out in therapy. And it’s upsetting because I really liked the therapist I had I thought we vibed well. But now it’s uncomfortable because they literally forgot about me, which feeling forgettable does not make you feel any better. This is a great place but I guess just get a therapist that’ll remember you lol 🥲

So i emailed to inquire about becoming a new client. Was called back same day. I was pleasantly surprised. Speaking with the woman i explained that i had never done anything like this. I Would prefer in person because i didn’t like zoom idea but again had never done this, so was unsure. I believe she took that as i didn’t want to attempt anything .. told me to call my insurance company and they would tell me where to go. Total turn off ... maybe i wanted to pay cash? Maybe you were recommended? Did not make you feel like that person cared about anything other than payment. Unfortunately that is the only thing i have to go on now since that has and will be my only interaction with this company. This is probably why it’s so hard for people to reach out for help or guidance. If you chose to call i hope you have a better experience than I did.
