Awesome psychology group! I am impressed with how well they communicate through email and messages and how many therapists are available at many locations. I have had a wonderful experience since I have started going here. I have recommended my closest friends and husband here as well.

I didn t know how to navigate through a difficult situation and I saw Ron from Great Lakes at the Shelby location. He was great at helping give direction and next steps on how to move forward. I would highly recommend him and this facility for counseling!

My son and I are very much alike when we try to communicate we talked over one another. Our councilor at Great Lakes has helped us hear one another without feeling angry at each other. Its been a very positive experience!

My life is 100 percent better all staff are wonderful and the receptionist are sweet and caring and the people I have worked with are number one in my book.

As a former student, this program changed my life. Through discipline structure and relationship with God my life is back on track. The staff truly cares for you, your recovery, and most of all your journey going forward with your relationship with God. I highly recommend this to anyone who struggling with addiction and is serious about changing their life. Praise God!

Very helpful. Receptionist was a little short/rude but the counselors were terrific and it's hard to say she might have been having a really bad day you can't judge a person from one experience.

where to begin... I came here when i was at my absolute worst my family wanted nothing to do with me i had already been locked up in institutions and in jails multiple times i had lost the will to want to live life and really didnt even know it fully. When I came here at first i was resistant i could tell you everything everyone was doing wrong because i didnt want to look at my self but thankfully i had a therapist and dedicated staff who were extremely patient. I wasnt the easiest client to deal with i had so much anger truly i had self hatred that i made seem like hatred for others. I am truly blessed that i was given the opportunity to come here and they had patience and dedication to help me find my underlying issues and work through them. They offered me the abilitiy to live my life again and gave me the tools to do so and for that im eternally grateful.

I ve never seen so many helpful people as I ve seen at Serenity Point. It s amazing. The staff there make going to treatment an enjoyable experience. The programs there are great and really helpful but it s the staff that make all the difference. Everything any of them can do to help you out they are more than happy to do. If you are having a bad day someone is always there to cheer you up or help you work through whatever problem is bringing you down. They really show you that you can have fun when you re sober and that s a pretty great thing to do. There are so many people there going through the same kinds of struggles that you are and it just makes for a really good community of people who understand each other. When I was on drugs I didn t really think I could have a good time when I was sober and so never really wanted to get clean. Seeing all the people at Serenity really, truly enjoying themselves and the life they are creating changed something for me and I really saw how much better my life would be without drugs which turned into a willingness to get clean and sober. That willingness changed my life.

I have always had good interactions with all staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

The entire crew at Muskegon location was top notch!! Made a horrible experience bearable!! Would love to talk to Dave more at length sometime just cause he s a great person and easy to open up to!! Front desk staff Ben extremely friendly and helpful as well!!!

Helped me get back on my feet after a short but enduring prison bid

I was just recently successfully discharged from KPEP Muskegon and I must say that I was treated with great respect by the majority of the staff there. I was never disrespected by the majority of the staff. However, KPEP Muskegon now has a new program director, Keith Head, and I have to be honest, once he took that position, he totally flipped. He now ignores residents when they "try" to speak with him. He admits to shredding case notes sent to him without even reading them. When before when he was a therapist he made time to talk to residents. Therapist Charles Nash is a very rude person....thats all I can say about him. Now, my therapist LISA LAMPHIERE was absolutely fabulous and so easy to talk to and open up to. The security staff: Steve K, Dustin, Ron Baker, Austin, Don, Mr. B, Tiffany, Lexi, Jared.....Thank You to you all for making me feel like a person and not just a statistic.
