The staff was excellent! The front desk kind and understanding each time I called to see if they had received the script yet from my primary doctor? It took 6 weeks to get, Embarrassing for me, but staff was understanding and re faxed to my primary doctor.
The testing hard for me, but my tester reassured me, you are doing great and this is why you are here to find you areas of difficulty after 2 auto accidents. Neither accident was my fault… I have struggled to communicate how difficult comprehending, focusing, attention and hearing has been.

Great place to go for memory testing and brain training
Awesome psychology group! I am impressed with how well they communicate through email and messages and how many therapists are available at many locations. I have had a wonderful experience since I have started going here. I have recommended my closest friends and husband here as well.

I didn’t know how to navigate through a difficult situation and I saw Ron from Great Lakes at the Shelby location. He was great at helping give direction and next steps on how to move forward. I would highly recommend him and this facility for counseling!

My son and I are very much alike when we try to communicate we talked over one another. Our councilor at Great Lakes has helped us hear one another without feeling angry at each other. Its been a very positive experience!♡
