Inpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

You have to give at at least one star before writing a review, and for the current administration in place, that is WAY too much. We have been here for 5 administrations, yes 5, and the owners, as hard as they are trying, still are dropping the ball. These women are the most rude, obtuse, unhappy women that I have ever come across. Their main goal is to make sure that I’m unhappy, much like they are, but what they don’t understand is that I have divine intervention on my side. My FATHER will ALWAYS make sure that I am well, and constantly make sure mom is well and provided for. THEY will “REAP WHAT THEY SOW”, as we say, because “EVERY DOG HAS THEIR DAY.” As for mom, she mostly has a caring team of CNA’s and nurses that love her.. they know who they are.. I LOVE YOU GUYS FOR LOVING HER!! I stay strong and vigilant in this fight for my mom. To the current Pawtucket Falls owners… it’s not your fault, so don’t stop trying to get it right!

Your mom has been such a delight to take care of for all these years. Thank you for trusting our facility to provide quality care for your mom. This facility is now owned and managed by new ownership, Administrator and Director of Nurses. ALL NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM.... They are here to make a difference after so many turmoil Pawtucket Falls has had in the past.

Contractors beware!! This place does not pay their Bills. We replaced some broken windows and repaired their doors. It has been almost a year and it's excuse after excuse. Now they just say we will pay when we can. Unbelieveable!!

This place hires constructors to do jobs around then they don't pay. No reason why, they just don't pay. Don't pick up the phone, doesn't respoto emails or anything. That should tell you where this business is at.

Zero (0) or negative stars at best. This is the cheapest run place and should have their license revoked. They start CNA's which are working on getting a license. They fire employees rather than give them raises. The food is terrible the employees sleep at night. They have the worse records on file.
