The PHP here is genuinely intensive in a way I needed at the time. Daily structure, individual sessions with a primary clinician, group work, and psychiatric evaluation — it wasn't just showing up and sitting in a circle. There's real clinical depth behind how the day is organized, and having that level of consistent support made a difference in getting stable enough to eventually step down. It's built for people who need more than weekly therapy can realistically provide.

I specifically looked for a place that offered EMDR, which isn't as common in outpatient settings as you'd think. Epiphany has trained clinicians who use it as part of the trauma work, and the way they integrate it alongside regular therapy rather than treating it as a standalone add-on made the whole program feel cohesive. If trauma is a significant part of what you're dealing with, it's worth asking about.
