I wanted to take a few moments out of my day to acknowledge the staff at the Bradston street clinic. Especially Keiwon Crump. I don't usually write reviews... However, there is NO WAY that I could let this staff (and again, especially Keiwon) go without writing just how amazing, patient, understanding, and caring this establishment treats ALL of the people who walk through the door. (All due to the staff). The environment that Keiwon has brilliantly created there begins with staff at the door - whom without fail, always greets nearly each individual with a smile. If you have any concerns or questions, they are always ready and willing to make sure that before you walk out the door that whatever it is you may need is handled. At the front desk is where Keiwon typically mans the clinic. As you can imagine, there is a large variety of things that get sent through that station and in my experience I have never seen Keiwon look overwhelmed or be anything but cool, calm, and collected, and of course, professional! He is definitely the "go to guy" for any information of what you may need. He is very knowledgeable and always steers clients in the proper direction. I can't think of a single day he hasn't been there working, even all weekend (and what seems like) every weekend as well, on top of the regular work week. And I want to make sure I don't send the wrong information, Keiwon is working and over seeing FAR more than the front desk. That just seems to be where he works his magic from! The Bradston street clinic is lucky to have Keiwon to say the least. In my opinion, I get the feeling of why he is so compassionate about his job is 2-fold: (1) because he clearly is someone with integrity when it comes to his level of professionalism (2) he goes above and beyond for everyone because he really truly cares for the well being of the people walking through the door. Keiwon makes me want to go back into recruiting because he is definitely a stellar employee and just an all around amazing professional!!! He could work anywhere and with anyone. That's not a quality you can learn and is hard to find. I'm not sure if I should be writing this, but should anyone be looking for a once and a lifetime employee, check this guy out. In my experience when you work somewhere for a while and you are known to be a 100% trustworthy and responsible employee (to the point the top level staff sleeps better and night knowing they have less worries when Keiwon Crump is there) the more and more responsibilities you pick up but more often than not it doesn't benefit your paycheck. I only say that because I'm sure many professionals know this and have experienced it. It always happens to professionals who are dedicated like Keiwon! Thank you Bradston street staff for always helping my day start off happier!!!

I went there last year and everyone was so nice! They have such good food and gave you a menu to fill out what you wanted If you didn't want the main meal there were other options and you even got to pick something else. They also have a school thing where you and a few other kids (that would be close to your age) and skedaddle down two floors to this room that had a nice TV and three rows of three kids school desks with a teacher desk near the door that had a computer that would be connected to the TV and watch animal documentaries one time we even watch a one about ants you could also color or play with fidgets or kinetic sand for the times we got to go outside there were to options the playground (which was my favourite place to one it was HUGE and had so much fun stuff for all ages) or the field which had a medium sized fake grass area and had one or two basket ball hoops (they brought out basket balls and other sports balls) and had a gazebo and dark green picnic tables The rooms where we would sleep were basic but nice they had white blankets and cubbies for your stuff in your room for chairs they had a light blue foam square chair that fit under the desk near the bed the doors had small windows for when they checked on the kids at night my room number was 2 but there was 20 plus rooms my was super cold but it was probably cuz the vent was acting weird. I forgot but I think every Friday you could play bingo and win some prizes like fidgets or something either that or you got to watch a movie and color in the room that had dark blue carpeting and wooden tables and those square foam light blue chairs (I kinda hated them) but sometimes they had some clubs like crafts and stuff but sometimes we could be in the kitchen where we would eat and got to color or play a game once I play apples to apples in there

I didn't want to ask for help, but they respected my privacy and never judged. The staff were kind and patient. I liked the option to attend during the day and still care for my parents. Some parts were confusing at first, but they explained it all. Having someone who spoke my language helped me so much! It really gave me space to heal.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but the staff really knew what they were doing. EMDR helped more than I thought it would! Met some other vets too, which made a difference. Food’s okay, but care was solid. I'll never forget my time here.

I cannot say enough about Arbor counseling. All that work there are very professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable. My time there was very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if need be.

Arbour Counseling Services has helped me now for about 15 years. I am putting myself out there hesitantly. I don't know who will read this, maybe people I know, maybe not. I have struggled with Major Depression along with addiction issues. I've suffered tremendously in the past, unable to work, and slowly getting better. I would like to express my gratitude and happiness towards my counselors, first being Deb K., for helping me for fourteen years. And Ashley, the most honest, sincere, caring, funny and helpful woman. She went out of her way to help me. She is and will be very special to me. Thank you Ashley ❤️🌷And Chris, also, for guiding me with his special training. And my other many counselors. And Emily S., who will continue to help me. And last but not least, Martha, who's long term, dedicated employment has respectively earned my deep respect. Do yourself a favor and go check out CleanSlate at 411 Chandler St. in Worcester some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in a rehabilitation setting ever…… The dual secretaries at the front office We will happily guide you to whatever you need and I can promise you that….. Do yourself a favor and give yourself a favor And give yourself a Clean Slate…..!!

They were helpful very kind and understanding they helped me right I'm feeling so much better it's a blessing being part of them.

The hospitality and respect is absolutely awesome comfortable atmosphere making you feel welcome. Very acceptable to your needs in your situations great group of people and an awesome team. I would recommend anyone who is in need for the perfect place of his or hers situation. confidentiality is their key not mention, making sure that all your needs are met with a smile of welcome ..

*Update: It's now 2025 and there's has been a lot of changes at Worcester Arbour. New Director. My psychiatrist got an assistant, Nicole and she is amazing. Anytime I need anything she is on top of it. I'm with the same therapist and our relationship is getting more and more trusting. I encourage people to try this place out. Their partial hospitalization program is great for adults and adolescents. They are separate. Update, it's now 2023 and theres a new director for a couple of years now.I have to be honest and say this place has gone downhill. They barely offer groups and most of them are on Zoom which in my opinion is so impersonal. I switched my pharmacy for the first time in over 10 years and they haven't updated my chart so my psychiatrist sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy. This might not sound like a big deal but I use medminder a mailing service and all my meds come prepackaged by dose so having to pick up certain meds in a bottle and put them in each little container for a month or two defeats the purpose of having them prepackaged for me. If you're just looking for a therapist and not groups or a psychiatrist then you will probably be okay here but it you're like me and need more help than that you will be at a loss. My therapist is great so I won't leave but I thought they have declined enough update my review.

Very compassionate and professional counselors and providers.

I'm not sure people understand the difficulties with making a program like this work. You have lots of mentally disabled people giving one star because they can't color the picture they want or couldn't speak with their med doc right this very second. Considering the constraints and low pay the clinicians go through to just try to help people, the added digital slaps aren't really necessary. I've had no issues and have had no complaints in dealing with Dan or the staff here.

I went Mt. Auburn ER with fever and chills and was diagnosed and rushed to emergency with urosepsis. From the life saving care in ER to the testing and recovery process, I can’t give enough praise about my experience. The nurses, technicians, & doctors were very caring & professional. They literally saved my life! If I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars, I would.

Amazing prenatal and birth & delivery midwives and nurses! We had so much attention and care the whole time. Clean non chaotic rooms, room food service, and such caring nurses helping you with everything.
