This is the place if you’re really struggling and need some outside help. The rules are pretty simple. However my big Downside is this is a for profit company. For the 80 or so they get from each patient it should be invested into quality case workers. I’m not saying they are all bad but I’ve been here for about 5 or so years, and I’ve just been given my 7th case worker granted only 5 we’re supposed to be permanent. The case worker I just finally got Is the only one you’ve hired that has personal experience.

Great place ,always friendly and helpful.Jessica and Marisa have been thru it all which is very helpful hearing other people's success stories! 💯👊
Son stayed for 60 days. It was great that he was nearby and we could visit and eventually he could visit us. Most of the staff is caring and helpful, his personal counselor was very good and got him more time when he needed to stay. They accept insurance which was good because this type of treatment can be costly. Son has been doing great and in his own for about 3 months since leaving Wilson House. so grateful

Great place, great counselors, they helped a lot. You get out what you put into it and my personal counselor was very good (tim).
Other reviews are just not accurate. If you are not following the program, you will not be allowed to stay. This is helpful for people who want to be serious and avoid the BS. Nobody is put on anything
Everyone that attends this center tells me nothing but good things about it. Gateway in Pawtucket is horrible. My social worker gets paid to not do her job; also they charge me $60 a month to not give me my check. One of my social workers withheld 8 checks and no one cared or did anything. What can a person do when this happens? Who do I turn to? Do I call the Pawtucket police and report them for robbing me because that's basically what it is.
