Thank you so much for helping me get through my addiction, everyone at the clinic has helped me one day and one person at a time the people who work there and I do mean all of them where just great it’s really hard to do if you think you can do it on your own,but it took me a very long long time to figure out that I had the problem not my family who I have blamed on for a long time. The administrative personnel are great and hands on ,the nursing staff is attentive and caring, and the clinicians take time to personally connect to each client with compassion and empathy , this place helped to save my life ,words cannot express my gratitude, I found myself in a “ Hell on Earth” situation with my addiction,I couldn’t stop using but could not continue either, fortunately the people here showed me an alternative, that ended up saving my life, I don’t know where I would be if Lynn Comprehensive Services were not available to those of us who desperately needed it. Thank You for Everything.

I was there in late 2023. The staff from top to bottom showed me what it takes to achieve sobriety. I used for 30 yrs. The Ryan house and Lynn recovery gave me the opportunity to be free of every substance. I live in a sober house where the staff got me into. Now clean for 2ys on July 13.2024. thank you to the whole staff for the blessings I receive daily 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💯

Ryan House is a wonderful experience. The staff here are very responsive to client needs and really try to make sure each client has a recovery path that is catered to their individual needs. The recovery specialists are Boss! Each one of them understand what we go their intimately and each day they give the house a positive vibe! The women here are all amazing and no matter the likes and differences are extremely supportive of each other! 💜💜💜

There great! Have been dealing with them for 10+ years. And they have lots of locations. I’ve had to move 2 times and both times they had a place near by. They also do house calls. But now with Covid-19 there doing zoom.

Dr.Allard and NP Bird have been a big help. They listen and have good bedside manor.

Just finished a lengthy program with riverbend. Kyle made the class informative and interesting. He's a great presenter. Got the group engaged we th him and with each other . I can't say enough good things about it!

Coming Into the program I was very resilient and reluctant to get it done. It wasent long until Kyle roped me into one of the best programs I've ever taken. He made the information easy to understand, learn, and implement. Great team, and a great experience.

Did Gabby foundation is wonderful it's brilliant in itself my experience working with the staff and the other individuals there has been awesome do staff and the residents there are awesome their dedicated to watching once growth as well as helping you and areas of your life in all aspects to the unknown... life has gotten much better for me while working My program and living this thing called life I truly am great full for this program and its staff....

Very caring and kind employees. So much more respect than other clinics. GO HERE FOR HELP! Best clinic around. As long as you follow the rules, they will work with you in anyway they can. The staff actually cares about how you’re doing and they want you to succeed. That’s clear from the front desk, the Therapist’s, the nurses and Jessena who is the best!

Didn’t feel like a cold, scary, clinical place. Staff actually remembered my name and didn’t treat me like another number or judge me. They help by doing things other than just giving you meds which I liked. They got me some good resources to help with work, money and housing, stuff like that. They did have some long wait times on some days but they really helped me turn things around.

Starting off at a new place sometimes is difficult. But not at Brightview from the moment , I walked through the door. I felt welcomed, I had staff that advocated for me, to make sure . I received the treatment, I needed outside of Brightview. So that showed me. that . I wasn't alone . that people were listening . But the most amazing thing, I've witnessed, Is that the staff knew everyone by name. almost like on a personal basis. I could go on an on . I'm going to be moving on to another program. This new program. has some pretty big shoes to fill !!!

The people that work at this clinic are very nice people. The service is extremely fast and they treat you like a normal person instead of just an addict. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is on their recovery journey.

Danvers CAB saved my life. Sure it might not be the most comfortable sleeping arrangements, and food might suck. But it was exactly what I needed to experience to get and stay clean. The only employee I remember was a case worker named Bob that was extremely caring ak the time out of his day to keep my family updated on my progress. I am forever grateful for Danvers CAB!

I went there about 5 years ago so not sure if much has changed but when I went for like the 6th or 7th time I appreciated the place cuz I was sick n tired of being sick n tired! Tired of chasing heroin and tired of being sick. I can't say anything about the methadone clinic cuz I didn't go for that. There is no quick or painless way to get clean so it's going to be a miserable time but so worth it. I loved the staff, liked the food. There was a woman cook/chef idk but she was dynamite! Especially with what they have to work with. Speaking of, the staff has us to work with. Miserable,suicidal,mental cases! Not the most pleasant people at times. I believe the neg. ratings are from the younger people possibly spoiled? Who knows. IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO GET CLEAN THIS PLACE IS A GREAT START! GET THE FURTHER TREATMENT! IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT TO! Be honest with yourself about your character defects and work to fix them. THEY WILL HELP YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY WE USE! ABSTINENCE IS NOT ENUFF! YOU DIDN'T BECOME AN ADDICT OVERNIGHT, NOR WILL YOU BECOME HEALTHY AGAIN OVERNIGHT! YOU ARE WORTH IT! THEY CAN AND WILL HELP YOU! TRY IT THEIR WAY CUZ YOUR WAY SUCKS! good luck!

This is a review I should have written a LONG time ago. This review is for Jaclyn and Kristen. Jaclyn works directly under southbay, I believe. I hear about some of my peers’ experiences with early intervention, and while it’s always good, it still really illuminates how above and beyond Jaclyn went for us. She was always available, she always listened, she was the water that surrounded our stone. She listened when we needed her to and she advocated loudly when we needed her to. We’ve been out of the program for a YEAR and not a day goes by where we do not think or talk about Jaclyn. My son still asks for her. He has since been diagnosed with level two autism and we couldn’t haven’t gotten that diagnosis or help without her guidance and support. I was at the end of my rope and without tools, I feel that my child, despite my devotion and love and patience and empathy, probably would have been traumatized with out her because I simply did not have the tools to help or cope. Or the hand on my shoulder to tell me it’s okay, I’m doing a good job. She was always on time which was great for my sons very big need for punctuality, even as a baby. She was so personable and loving and was truly apart of our family. She intuitively picked up on small nuances and evolved accordingly. I wish I could have done more for her as we parted. Jaclyn was one of the best people I’ve ever met, and the world is better for having her in it. Kristen was also amazing. She was my sons behavioral therapist and she offered a lot of truly helpful insights. ABA can be quite controversial these days, but I never felt I had to change my son with Kristen, or make him fit into another mold. Though I’m not exactly sure Kristen did ABA specifically, I felt we all knew that’s what she was there for. She helped me to analyze what made my son tick and why. She didn’t try to change him, she helped me to anticipate his wants and needs and translated his special language to me. Jaclyn and Kristen worked phenomenally side by side as a fantastic team to offer us the support that every parent in my situation dreams of. I have often fantasized about attending a town hall or public forum to advocate for early intervention to be extended to children over 5 years of age. If you’ve made it this long, thanks for reading. This review was the least I could do for these people who have done so much for us.

Just had to say the program director actually spoke to me for almost an hour. I was a complete mess from crying over worry for my daughter who is not even at Pegasus House. Currently she is incarcerated and we are looking for a program. I googled residential and due to the holiday, I really didn t think I would reach anyone. Staff who answered transferred me to the Director who was actually there. Before I could say hello back, she told me to take a breath. She didn t know who I was. My daughter will be calling in the morning to complete a phone interview. Never will I forget the patience and kindness that was shown to a frantic mom
