Brian Pelletier is an excellent therapist and should be valued by the firm. I've been with other therapists but he is the best. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and can relate to any situation. Highly recommend him and Light on Anxiety where he works. He has the skills and methods to treat your situation and will coordinate your care with other professionals.

Outpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Our family has loved light on anxiety! We have worked with them for our seven-year-old daughter, and for me personally. The whole process has been seamless, and everyone is friendly, helpful, and very kind.

I gave them my insurance and usually most places check on coverage. I find out that they didn’t check, instead they just sent it through. Of course the claim was rejected. It turns out that the behavioral part of my my health insurance is outsourced by another program. I told this to LOA, gave them who they should call etc. I was like ok I’ll just continue with them and be covered under out of network benefits, paying 40% instead of paying copay. BUT again, they fail to call my insurance company to check on coverage. Because they did not use the standard 52 min session (that is covered) they submitted for 60 min. Everything was rejected so I had to pay full 6 sessions even though I could have been covered with out of network benefits. I expect some sort of professionalism when running a health care business and some processes dealing with commercial insurance. AND on top of that…we got a therapist with barely any experience (I think straight out of grad school) who most of the time was typing on his computer instead of connecting with my daughter to help her mental health issue. Just a waste of time and money and added frustration in these times of high stress and anxiety.

My daughter started going to Light on Anxiety this year. It's her favorite hour of the week. She's learning how to manage all of her feelings. It's her time to breathe out. She's learning great tools for life. I highly recommend.
