Services at Monadnock are primarily offered to older adults experiencing mental health issues who may also be experiencing physical pain and/or disabilities and emotional pain as a result of their mental health issues.

Referrals are offered to clients who may need treatment for substance use disorder in conjunction with their mental health treatment. They will provide you with referrals for acute or immediate crisis care, outpatient program referrals through the community and inpatient treatment or partial hospitalization (PHP) referrals.
