I am truly grateful for Springhill Recovery. Immediately I was made to feel at ease, safe & secure. I quickly realized that I was in competent, caring hands with all of the staff that I met. I learned so much about myself here! I can see where I need to work on a few things and I now have some of the tools to do that, thanks to the amazing groups, clinicians, RS staff & case managers at Springhill. The Washburn House program from the ATS (Detox) to the CSS program was incredible. I honestly will not be able to put into words how much this Program helped me so much in many different ways. The food, I did not have a bad meal in the 28 days I spent there. The camaraderie between most of the gentlemen and some women was amazing. Also, the staff. I could write a book on how helpful, thoughtful, caring, supportive, and genuinely there to help the clients in any way they could. Its hard to put into words how much Paramount changed my life. Ive been in a few treatment facilities over the years but this one has a different feel to it. From day one I felt like I was in the right place because the staff made it a point to welcome me and made me feel comfortable. I found all the groups very beneficial and the focus of mental illness and addiction made a huge impact on me. After completion of treatment I know I'm on the right path. I really can't say enough about Paramount, I just finished my treatment there, and I have tremendous gratitude for all of the staff for being a part of my recovery journey. I was overwhelmed that first day right after detox with all that happened with initially getting clean, but the staff is obviously well practiced at putting their new clients at ease. Loved the groups and their curriculum, it's clear they continually evaluate what works well and they listen to feedback. I felt like I was extremely well matched to my therapist and I made a lot of headway into having insight to my addiction and issues surrounding my relapses. I feel very well equipped after finishing the program to continue with my recovery and get my life back

This place was great I went here the staff went above and. Beyond to help me get to the place I choose for further treatment they also got me multiple things I needed like clothes and cosmetics literature for the 12 step program I do! The groups were good. The clinical staff was very good to me and made me feel at home! Also there's tvs in the room so that was cool when I had nothing going on and the smoke breaks were just enough. And spaced very good! If have to go any where again its gonna be here!

Any veteran struggling with their care should transfer to this facility. The staff is responsive, intelligent, and happy to genuinely help you. I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient. Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.

I’ve been to many treatment centers and I was nervous to try a new program and I’m glad I chose to try Blue Hills Recovery. There are not many programs that have both clinical and housing and to have this option and opportunity stepping down from a residential facility was extremely helpful and necessary. From the BHTs at housing to the group facilitators, therapists, program director, and clinical director at clinical were extremely empathetic, compassionate, and helpful. I chose Blue Hills Recovery because they specialize in trauma work and they provided the space and care I needed to start that work. I am specifically grateful for the clinical director Jodi and program director Ashley who went above and beyond to provide the space, care, support, and help I needed when I was struggling; they truly cared about my recovery and overall well-being.
