My insurance company was fighting with me about seeing my PCP who I've been seeing for two years and continuing medication that I am currently stable on and have been on for two years. The company (CHC) does take my insurance and I was unsure why they would not allow me to see a specific dr in the same clinic but allowed other ones. Doug the call reprisentative, agreed and confirmed the company does take that insurance he took it to the manager of community health connections and got things handled for me, CHC delt with the insurance company directly. And I have the most amazing provider there, she fought for me to be covered on the medication that I am currently on and it is working amazingly. Shout out to Krystina Bonilla.
