Place saved my life the staff is the best more than helpful they gave a real shot to actually change my life around in every aspect the people who run it are the best also the genuinely care and go above and beyond and that goes for everything you can truly get the help you need at any surface wether it’s step work, mental health , or addiction before this I shouldn’t of been alive about 100 times over again and I’m not even just saying it either it’s the truth people that work there personally know me from before and seen my struggles for a long time if this place saved my life I feel like if anyone puts the work in and takes advantage of they can to I thought I was part of the hopeless variety things are different now I been to more than 50 facilities … again not something I’m proud of but if you want to change your life paramount is it I’ll be forever grateful for everyone there they went above and beyond 🙏

Its hard to put into words how much Paramount changed my life. Ive been in a few treatment facilities over the years but this one has a different feel to it. From day one I felt like I was in the right place because the staff made it a point to welcome me and made me feel comfortable. I found all the groups very beneficial and the focus of mental illness and addiction made a huge impact on me. After completion of treatment I know I'm on the right path. I really can't say enough about Paramount, I just finished my treatment there, and I have tremendous gratitude for all of the staff for being a part of my recovery journey. I was overwhelmed that first day right after detox with all that happened with initially getting clean, but the staff is obviously well practiced at putting their new clients at ease. Loved the groups and their curriculum, it's clear they continually evaluate what works well and they listen to feedback. I felt like I was extremely well matched to my therapist and I made a lot of headway into having insight to my addiction and issues surrounding my relapses. I feel very well equipped after finishing the program to continue with my recovery and get my life back

Successfully completed IOP treatment with Ethan Green as my therapist. He was an amazing source of empowerment and strength in my recovery journey, his down to earth and human approach shatters any hesitation anyone may have to get treatment. I truly recommend this treatment center.

When I decided that 48 years was enough of living in a bottle and a spoon, I began to research what exactly I needed to do to get to a stage where I could put my life on hold, hire enough of the right people to handle my affairs while I was away. After accomplishing that, I boarded a plane to Boston 04-19-26 and arrived at Hillside detox and recovery program safely where I was treated like royalty. After 30 days, they convinced me to further my experience, knowledge, and skills for a successful life of soberiety by going to Woburn Wellness. Honestly, it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. At Woburn, I attended the daily groups. At first I didn't understand how the groups could possibly help me go home to a wife that drinks, and remain sober. But the longer I not only attended, but actively participate in the program, the stronger I felt about my soberiety. I was also blessed to stay at the Sober House in Stoneham. The accommodations at these 2 blessings were nothing like the 10 star treatment I got used to at Hillside. But they were perfect for this stage in my journey because they were realistic for life in the real world. [ ] Jasmine was my go to for everything. She treated me like royalty. I'm not going to try and play favoritism with the staff at Woburn Wellness because they all are my favorites. I love and miss each of them. From Ray the Driver, for always getting me to put on my positive attitude, every morning, to Violet who made sure my meds were filled, to Jaun, my Rockstar, Sean, the Big dog who was also full of wisdom (and a little bit of bs.🤣). My Southern Belle, Laura, who is my Clinician, (she is vital to my soberiety by keeping me thinking, and giving me ideas, even now that I'm home). Caroline who always is high on happy pills, and we have a bonded agreement that we shook on, and It's something that I take very serious, and very rarely offer it, is special in her own ways. Noah is a beast, but a gentle giant that best not get anymore bad haircuts. Zhenya is the sweetest lady until you merge into a subject she doesn't approve of. But even her reprimands are done gently yet stern. I could go on praising the staff but I would be remiss if I don't talk about the group. Obviously I can't mention names or discussions we had. But I consider each one of them extremely lucky to be part of Woburn, especially myself. The staff and group members will always hold a very special place in my heart. [ ] Should I relapse, it would be solely for the purpose of going back to Hillside, then Woburn and the sober house, to spend time with my extended family. God bless each member of staff, the group members, everyone at Hillside and everyone at Stoneham Sober house. If you're serious about getting Clean and sober, then I strongly recommend you start at Hillside and then go to Woburn. You will leave a completely new person. I know I did. After a year of sobriety back under my belt, I can safely say this place and the people within these walls saved my life and allowed me to see how worthy I truly am. Thank you.

I’m two and a half years clean thanks to this place. To keep it short, I left detox and went to another facility that was extremely strict about AA and pushed it in a way that didn’t work for me. When I expressed that, it became an issue, so I chose to leave.. leaving was difficulty the other facility made me walk miles and miles before allowing myself a cell phone and left my stranded in the middle of nowhere. I got the courage after leaving to find another facility and CHOOSE NOT TO GO BACK TO THE LIFESTYLE I ONCE HAD. Finding Mayflower made all the difference. I appreciated that they allowed a more balanced, normal routine outside of meetings—you could relax, watch TV, do crafts, play basketball, and still focus on recovery. They also offered a different approach to sobriety that felt more supportive and personalized. What really stood out was the medical staff—they were always there when I needed them and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time getting sober, and I’ve stayed sober ever since because of this place.. great food as well. I’m so thankful for this place because without them I don’t know where I would be today. If one place isn’t a fit for you in recovery please find the next place and do not give up!

would get 5 stars if one bht didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and didn’t act so hostile towards me. when this bht was working i felt uncomfortable to talk to her, or even do anything in front of her because she made it show she didn’t like me. but besides that it was great.

Resilience was a really big stepping stone for me. It was exactly what I needed when I got there. Great community of people that will do literally anything to help you. They’re always available. The lunch provided is also really good too!

Resilience was really helpful for a friend of mine. They offered EMDR therapy for a lot of the stuff they had been through and they found it very helpful. The therapists were very warm and kind. Groups were very informational too. Would definitely recommend!

This was one of the lowest points in my life and even though I knew drastic changes were needed, I didn’t know where/how to start. My friend put me in touch with Mathe at Bedrock and it only took one short conversation before I knew I wanted my recovery to start at Bedrock in Canton MA. Bedrock was my 1st and hopefully last facility I’ll be in and I was blessed to have gone there. I would recommend this place to any and all that are battling addiction. The nurses and staff are all very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and kind. They want the best for you and that’s how they make you feel every day. Taking part in all they have to offer while there definitely makes the time cruise by and really taught me a lot about my addiction. before I knew it I did what not so long ago I thought I never could do. I had a really positive experience at Bedrock and there were a lot of things about the program that I appreciated. Like anywhere, it isn’t perfect, and some of the groups can feel repetitive at times, but honestly I think there’s a reason for that. In early recovery, we need to hear some things more than once before they actually stick. I walked away with things I know I’ll continue to use outside of treatment. I especially want to shout out Mathematics. His groups were always entertaining and engaging, but he also wasn’t afraid to give you the tough love you needed to hear. He has a way of being direct without making you feel like he doesn’t care. You can tell he genuinely wants people to succeed. I also don’t know how he manages to stay in contact with and support so many people after they leave, but that says a lot about how seriously he takes what he does. Another thing I actually really appreciated was having a decent amount of downtime and some access to the outside world. I know that can be controversial in treatment, but for me it was beneficial. Recovery doesn’t happen in a bubble, and eventually you have to go back to real life. Being able to see what was happening outside, reflect on how it affected me, and then bring those struggles into groups or talk about them with staff gave me the opportunity to work through things while I still had support around me. I would much rather start learning how to handle those emotions in treatment than have everything hit me at once when I leave, which can be one of the most vulnerable times in recovery. Overall, I’m grateful for my experience at Bedrock. There were good staff, good groups, enough structure to keep me focused, but also enough breathing room to actually think about my life and what I needed to change. Treatment is ultimately what you make of it, but I definitely left Bedrock with more insight, tools, and support than I came in with.

Their compassion, patience, and sense of humor made some of the hardest days much easier to get through. Recovery has never been easy, but having people who genuinely believe in you makes all the difference. The friendships and support I found here gave me hope when I needed it most. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like a person—not just a patient I can’t recommend this recovery center enough. The staff go above and beyond every single day, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did for me. I will never take my time here for granted.

This is the best recovery program ever!!! Staff is top notch here. After leaving a 30 day rehab I entered this outpatient program and I can't say enough. I love everyone there, their professionalism and their passion. I would highly recommend anyone in need of help to go to Topsail.
