The people that work here. That’s the difference. This place will absolutely, do whatever they can to help you. I honestly, can’t stress it enough.
This is run by Diana and she’s not just a big shot that stays in her office. The first week she was here, she invited me in, just to ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything to make it easier for me. Her door is always open and I always feel welcome. Felipe has been great to me from the moment I met him. He always makes the ins. problems or billing, much, much easier. Heidi and the nursing team, Sage, the two receptionists, and of course, my main man, Darrin. These people are now all friends, to me and I care for them all.
I do all my work and whatever is asked of me. If I have an appointment, I show up. I follow the program and I’ve had very few issues. It’s been one of the best moves I’ve made in my life.
Give this place a chance if you want to change things. I would refer anyone that wants a fresh start, here it is. This is it. Anyone can build a building but the people are always the key. In any business.

Just had to say the program director actually spoke to me for almost an hour. I was a complete mess from crying over worry for my daughter who is not even at Pegasus House. Currently she is incarcerated and we are looking for a program. I googled residential and due to the holiday, I really didn t think I would reach anyone. Staff who answered transferred me to the Director who was actually there. Before I could say hello back, she told me to take a breath. She didn t know who I was.
