RCA Westminister has a 30 day program that literally has saved my life.This coming from a guy that went there thinking I would be there for a week. From the staff ( amazing ), to the facility and the lifelong friends I have met. The program set me up with a solid foundation of recovery. I am now a proud member of their Alumni Association. I stay connected on a daily basis with my lifelong RCA friends. And yes I took yoga for the first time in my life! 😄👍…Such a great place ! Save your life and spend the 30 days !

If I could, I would give the company zero stars. The only reason I’m giving five stars is for the incredible staff who work here. They are caring, hardworking, and the only reason this place runs at all. Sadly, the employer itself is terrible, and it’s unfortunate that such amazing employees have to deal with such poor management.

Being a client at Paramount Recovery Centers, makes me feel dignified and like I have hope. The staff here are absolutely amazing and are willing to go to any length to help in any way they can. From the BHT's to the therapist even going all the way to the top. Everyone who works here has everyone's best interest at heart and it shows with every interaction you'll have. Heartfelt Recovery Center is an awesome place to learn to love yourself and find your true self. Based on my personal experience, I would 100% recommend GateHouse to anyone struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. I've been struggling with substance abuse for many years with bouts of sobriety in between. I've seen my fair share of treatment center. None, in my opinion, compare to GateHouse. 1. The clinical team is top notch and go above and beyond to help educate clients and teach them new coping skills to ensure their success in recovery. Hunter (my clinician) met with me weekly and was a rock for me during times of uncertainty. She listens without judgement, shares based on experience and offers suggestions on new ways to improve my mental health. 2. Josh (Clinical Director) is a prime example of his profession. He has successfully helped my fiance and I work through past traumas, stemmed from our use, in weekly one-on-one Couple's Therapy sessions. There have been times where I've met with Josh when I was unsure of something and he's eager to be helpful. He leaves the door to his office wide open for clients. That says so much and I have a lot of respect for him and what he does for this community. 3. The curriculum is outstanding. It's informative, educational and absolutely attainable if put to use. Clinicians facilitate these groups, breaking the information down so that everyone has an understanding of what is being taught. I always leave Brittney and Geno's groups with a different, more positive perspective and new skills to practice in my daily affairs to better myself as a woman in recovery. 4. GateHouse Case Managers advocate for their clients and take time with each one in setting up aftercare plans and relapse prevention plans. They truly care for the success of their clients. Marcus (my Case Worker) has helped me attain appointments that better served my health. He has educated me on sober living and my options all while encouraging me to make choices that will be best for me. He's an amazing person and I'm grateful I was assigned to him upon my arrival at GateHouse. 5. During my stay at GateHouse, Couple's Therapy Group was formed, held once a week and facilitated by Geno. This group was crucial for my fiance and I and our road to healing. It was a safe space to connect with other couples who have gone through similar situations as us and gain new perspectives. Geno taught us new coping skills, constructive and healthy ways to communicate with one another, boundaries and how to ease ourselves back into our children's lives in the most caring and loving way. GateHouse's decision to incorporate this group into their program has benefited my fiance, myself and many more clients. 6. The BHT Staff are the absolute best that I've ever encountered. They too are working their own programs in recovery and have a personal understanding of what clients are experiencing. It's much easier for me, as an alcoholic, to listen to a fellow alcoholic rather than someone who doesn't have personal experience with substance abuse. Every staff member has their own amazing, unique qualities that make them an absolute asset to GateHouse. There's not one of them that isn't helpful, personable, and (most importantly to me) willing to hold you accountable in a loving, caring way so that you have the opportunity to better yourself. Personally, I believe they deserve a raise. They offer so much more to GateHouse other than their job duties. They have the ability to connect with clients based on their experiences inside and other side of work. Each one is a walking symbol of Hope and that the program does work, if you work it. All in all, I've had an amazing experience with GateHouse and feel that I have the tools that I need to start the next chapter in my recovery. Thank you GateHouse friends! My name is Kenneth Caudill, I entered GateHouse three months ago. In that time frame I learned more about myself and my addiction then I ever thought possible. I was scared and nervous at first with me being a first time treatment guy. Upon entering gate house you meet the caring and in touch ppl you'll ever meet. They don't look at you like a dollar sighn, they look at you like a human being and a person. The respect and kindness is unbelievable to say the least. I was just an addict and alcoholic who messed up and came thru there doors, but they made me feel right at home and like a person. The staff there will walk you thru the steps explaining everything to you as you go. They help you get comfortable and really at ease in the halls. They make sure they help you with all your needs from dentistry to EBT to eye glasses and so much more. They truly are an amazing bunch of genuine human beings. The instructors there are all well qualified and for me geniuses far beyond what I can see. There not only there to help you recognize your addiction and how to deal with it on an everyday basis. But to lend yiu an ear when yiu need it, or talk to you when things aren't going well. The techs are just as super amazing, friendly humerous and always willing to listen or poke jokes to make you smile. From transporting to UAs to just being genuine human beings the techs rock.... My thoughts " I said to myself. Im scared and I cant do this" Collin said "bro you can, I got you " Tab sealed the deal by saying we're happy your here, this is where you will get better" I believed them both. I hold the house staff aka techs high up there not just be ause I was a client but because I had a band of brothers willing and able to help me when I was lost" Between all of the techs at the houses and clinical, the instructors at clinical to the upper management all around I could not be more genuine then screaming "THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME" I will never forget any of you and I appreciate you 10,000 percent... I have had amazing experiences here, I’ve learned new ways and skills to cope my addiction to alcohol. I’m still in treatment here, and I would like to share with you all how I’ve been treated and how I will continue to be treated. The staff are amazing they are always there to help with anything; talking about things, if u need to get it off your chest, getting you what u need to be successful. I have a few favorite staff, those people include; Kyle Haskell, Collin Darby, and Wayne Theriault. These staff members have helped me on my journey to recovery, and will continue to do everything in their power to help me get to where I need to be to be able to stand on my two feet.

This was my second time coming to NERC (hopefully last). I had lexi as my case manager and she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive and met with me almost everyday. She is so sweet, easy to talk to and extremely good at her job. I cannot say enough good things about her. 100/10! Ok

What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. There are recovery centers out there doing good work and recovery centers doing great work. This place is doing phenomenal work. They help people make lasting changes in their lives. Thank you all!

This is a wonderful detox and treatment center! They will get you sober and give you the tools and resources that you’ll need to stay sober. Kind, caring, knowledgeable people (Case Managers, Recovery Specialists, nurses, food service staff, cleaning staff), nice, clean facilities, good food! Couldn’t ask for more. The folks at NERC truly care about you and your recovery. Special shout-out to Case Managers Sara, Tara, Brittany, Grace and Diana, as well as Recovery Specialists Pam, Gretchen, Danny, Nikki, Nikyrah, Esmeralda, Lauren, and all others whom I haven’t mentioned by name. Rose is an amazing family therapist. There are a lot of great, caring folks working here who truly want to help you! They also offer free, confidential family support through their Magnolia program. I highly recommend New England Recovery Center for detox and Clinical Stabilization Service (CSS).

I just have to say this last year has been a struggle with my sobriety. But since I have completed their detox and rehab I have not had to go through another detox again. I then went through there IOP program which I highly recommend! When I graduated from that, I opted to do two of their 1 hour early recovery groups every week. I also meet with my clinician every 3 weeks. These services have made a huge difference in my recovery! I would highly recommend their programs to anyone struggling with chemical dependency no matter what the substance is. I really believe that they helped save my life this year. So if you're struggling, please reach out to AdCare. They truly do care about their clients, and the services they provide are just amazing!

Great staff, very friendly and helpful

They have many services and programs like intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient detoxification, dialectical behavioral therapy, Family Support Services, Parenting Groups, individual groups, family counseling, and dual diagnosis counseling. Just to name a few. Adcare Outpatient substance use treatment allows you to attend rehab programs while still attending to your daily responsibilities. They changed my life. The staff are caring and nonjudgemental. If you're struggling, give Adcare a try.

This place saved my life. And since I've left the program 7 years ago I've remained sober and had 2 more babies ❤️

I’m currently in blue hills care and have been since may. I was very resistant in the beginning but they are the first PHP program to break down my stubborn walls and help me become open minded to recovering and choosing to improve my mental health for myself. Jodi the clinical director takes time out her to talk to every single client no matter the time. All of the staff that work here have the clients best heart at interest. I relasped and blue hills took me back and I’m better than ever. I’m applying for a job and getting my life back from domestic violence and 22 years of mental illness. Thank you blue hills recovery for a second chance of a healthy life.

I came into this program as an older woman, scared and unsure of what to expect. This was my very first time in treatment, and after coming from an inpatient program where I honestly felt like I was treated more like an animal than a person, I didn’t know what I was walking into. From the first day, the staff and clients made me feel welcome and safe. I wasn’t seen as just a diagnosis here, I was seen as a human being. That meant everything to me. The groups were supportive, the staff truly cared, and I felt like my voice mattered. This program gave me hope and reminded me that healing is possible at any age. I’m grateful I came here and would recommend it to anyone who feels nervous about starting treatment.

I attended this IOP for dual diagnosis, and I can’t say enough good things. All the staff were incredible, from the director to the techs. The groups and therapists were supportive and truly helpful. I was there during a time when they were short-staffed, and they never missed a beat always making sure clients’ needs were met. Huge shoutout to Nick and Jodi, who really hold the place together and make it feel safe and welcoming. I’d recommend BHR to any family or friends struggling, this program truly makes a difference

Came off 170 mgs of methadone without any major problems. I slept, ate, and was overall content. Nursing and tech staff made the stay what it should be. I’m not really a taker but sometimes a smile from a random staff would get me out of the funk. They reduced my methadone 10mg a day from 170 until 20mg. I thought I would feel awful at 20 but the only problem I had was high blood pressure and sweating. All symptoms I could deal with. It’s detox! You’re not going to like everything about it! Atlanta, Mark, Christine, Joe, JAMIE! No techs or nurses ever made me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get off a substance. Especially methadone, in I feel 1000 times better without that crap in my body. I live in NJ, only one place would take my ins. The rest would only detox from methadone of a 30-40mg dose. Sunrise did not rush me and kept their word I wouldn’t receive surprise bills. They even didn’t bill me for things they should have. Shortly before I went there I was on a ventilator. I am Doing the work but this place helped get me across the line. If you complain here it’s your addiction talking. Has your addiction ever been correct with advice? Great place!
