I highly and fully recommend to all who have been a domestic violence abuser, past or present, to partake in this vital & crucial program. My experience at The Washburn House in Worcester is something I will always be grateful for. ❤️ Going through detox and CSS was not an easy journey, but the staff were there for me during some of the hardest moments. Their kindness, patience, support, and encouragement helped me feel that I was not alone. They treated me with compassion and respect and helped me take things one day at a time. I truly appreciate every staff member who took the time to listen, encourage me, and believe in me when I was struggling to believe in myself. The support I received gave me the strength and hope to keep moving forward in my recovery. I know recovery is a journey, and I still have work to do, but I am leaving with lessons, memories, and gratitude that I will carry with me. I absolutely love the staff at Spring Hill! The campus is gorgeous and healing. The ability to walk around and socialize in an open space is wonderful. I really felt cared for by the clinicians, case managers, nurses and RSes. CORPORATE, however is obviously very greedy unfortunately. You are a number to them. It’s a common problem but something you should know. Do not listen to promises of recruiters, there are many things said to try to get you signed up (commission) that are untrue (ex/ pool, trails, what you can bring or not etc) Know your rights. If you are sent for detox at BEDROCK, DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO STAYING. Go to Spring Hill and don’t waver

Its hard to put into words how much Paramount changed my life. Ive been in a few treatment facilities over the years but this one has a different feel to it. From day one I felt like I was in the right place because the staff made it a point to welcome me and made me feel comfortable. I found all the groups very beneficial and the focus of mental illness and addiction made a huge impact on me. After completion of treatment I know I'm on the right path. Its going to be a life long journey but Paramount gave me the tools I need to succeed. Much love and gratitude to all the Staff at paramount. I plan on keeping in Paramount in my life!

I really can't say enough about Paramount, I just finished my treatment there, and I have tremendous gratitude for all of the staff for being a part of my recovery journey. I was overwhelmed that first day right after detox with all that happened with initially getting clean, but the staff is obviously well practiced at putting their new clients at ease. Loved the groups and their curriculum, it's clear they continually evaluate what works well and they listen to feedback. I felt like I was extremely well matched to my therapist and I made a lot of headway into having insight to my addiction and issues surrounding my relapses. I feel very well equipped after finishing the program to continue with my recovery and get my life back

The staff and therapists truly care about their work and are generally very solid and helpful once you get to connect with them. However, the program isn't as intensive as some might need — I only saw my therapist twice in a two-week span, including intake. Organizationally, things can sometimes fall through the cracks (like belongings, medication, and laundry). Your experience will also heavily depend on the other residents, which can be a wild card. Despite a few operational hiccups, the caring nature of the staff and the quality of the environment make it a solid choice for treatment.

I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient. Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.

This place was great I went here the staff went above and. Beyond to help me get to the place I choose for further treatment they also got me multiple things I needed like clothes and cosmetics literature for the 12 step program I do! The groups were good. The clinical staff was very good to me and made me feel at home! Also there's tvs in the room so that was cool when I had nothing going on and the smoke breaks were just enough. And spaced very good! If have to go any where again its gonna be here!

This institution is affiliated with Harvard and one of the best in the entire nation. I was at the Betty Ford before this, and it was absolute garbage in comparison, both in quality of care and quality of the property. Every single staff member at fernside absolutely cares about patients and the staff outnumber and patients - which is extremely rare. Betty Ford was something like four patients per staff member. Here there’s typically 3MD’s, 3-4 nurses, multiple therapists, and an amazing private chef. At fernside you have industry leading experts with resources directly from Harvard meeting as a team to diagnose, underlying health conditions, and treat various addictions. You meet with them all individually multiple times per week and they speak with each other to discuss mental health, medications, etc. It’s like the show house. They have the time to do so because there are typically 4-6 patients and a maximum of 9. If you want a full breakdown and evaluation with individualized care, this is the place for you. I cannot say enough, kind things about this place; The only con is that it is $70,000 a month and they do not accept insurance.
