This place is great, Thank you Grace,Tina,Andrea, lauren, Jim, and everyone else i am missing. My experience with this organization was very positive and seamless. My counselor/session leader, Carol, was very accommodating, and practiced very clear and friendly communication, and treated her clients with tolerance and compassion, going above and beyond to provide each person with resources and information specific to their needs, and i was even able to learn a thing or two. Anyone in the position to have to be taking these classes isn’t going to be happy to have to do so, I can assure you from personal experiences, that there are other organizations in New Hampshire that are for more difficult to deal with.

I have enjoyed feeling better, mentally and finding .y self standing straighter. Doctor's Matt an Tecia Abatelli, and staff are so friendly an welcoming. With pain from my scoliosis most of my life, it feels amazing to not hurt as bad, even when I stand up straight. I feel more positive an friendlier than I have ever been. It's like a flower bloom ing. Thank you all. / It has been 4 months since this last review and I would still rate the C.W.C., at a 5. The things I learn and am able to do now, leave me in awe of the way I feel. In both emotionally and physically. I feel like I'm on the ferris wheel of life, the hights and I tend to come down again, all as I'm learning to push past my fears. An quickly learning to get out of my own way. Thank you to the Dr's and the staff. 🫠/ 8-24-'26. I have to say that since my last review, I am so much more amazed at how much more positive I feel. I feel like I can walk with out having to look down at where I'm walking. I used to do it a lot, mostly be cause my left leg wouldn't come up like it should. It always made me stumble on a flat surface. I stand straighter and at times I can wear a belt to hold my pants up. Sounds crazy but giving the fact that my rib cage sits on my hips, that is amazing! The muscle in my back is softer, the muscles in my butt cheeks are relaxing more. I love how I feel more than I ever thought possible. The Dr's Matt and Tecia Abatelli are very good and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I know that miracles are not likely, but so much better than I ever expected. My attitude is better every day, I just need to work on it all the time.

I showed up to the ER 07/14/26. My blood pressure was LOW and I couldn’t walk, I had lots of confusion and was a complete mess, most likely on the verge of dying. They handled me VERY quickly then sent me up to ICU. The nurses who helped me with my condition always checked on me and made sure I was given things at the correct times. They did all they could to make sure I will get better. From someone who was born and raised on the west side, this hospital is a true gem. I felt very cared for (especially in ICU). Shout out to the drs and nurses who helped me get better.

I went to Antrim House about five months ago, and I can honestly say it changed my life. When I arrived, I was in a really unstable place and didn’t know what my future would look like. The staff treated me with respect, patience, and real compassion from day one. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared — not just about getting me through the program, but about helping me build a foundation for long-term sobriety. The structure, accountability, and support made a huge difference for me. I learned how to be honest, how to take responsibility, and how to start creating stability in my life. Today I’m five months sober, and a big part of that is because of the tools and support I received there. If you’re on the fence about getting help, this place can truly be a turning point. I’m grateful for the staff here and for everything Antrim House did for me.

The people here have absolutely horrid grammar. The only good thing about this place was the deck swap card in uno and the weetabix... unfortunately, King Jessica/Julian would limit my eating habits. In all seriousness, when I first got to Brattleboro I was extremely nervous from the reviews I saw online being majorly negative (which then became an ongoing joke between me, my peers, and the staff - hence the beginning). That being said, for me, I found my stay there to be helpful and a good life experience to know that there's always someone who'll be there, even if you don't know them. I had lots of fun and made friends I'm still in contact with today. The staff is wonderful and only wants to help you, but I know this could be very different for other people going in there. So if you're like me, reading reviews as you drive over, just know that the living there can be hard and sometimes the kitchen will forget you ordered a grilled cheese, but you're there to get help and the staff is there to give you help so if you're cooperative, going to groups, and working on improvement - you're undeniably going to get better. Yes, some of the reviews are right and it can be a little scary to watch people be restrained, but you need to focus on yourself there.

The staff were amazing, it was difficult with the forced isolation and strict rules but after a while I realized it was necessary. Forced quiet when I couldn’t quiet myself. Caring and compassionate I needed them and proud to say I’m an Ally (LGBTQIA+) One suggestion PLEASE ! Have everyone sign a release of info to their PCP right off on the day of discharge. Get the process started because it is a long and broken system to navigate and this will shorten it. It’s the patient who suffers from the 30 days plus process and the communication and paperwork that it takes for the two to talk to each other. It’s just one less thing we have to remember or concentrate on while trying to get back into the world again.

His Mansion is a work based, live-in program that teaches how to overcome addictions by fully relying on God. I commited myself to growth and change and I have been clean and sober since becoming a resident on November 20, 2023. During the year, I learned to cast all my worries upon the Lord and rely on Him to give me strength. I faced the hurts of my past, rededicated my life to Christ, and was baptized in June of 2024. Before graduating in October of 2024, I learned patience and received joy that no one can take from me. This isn’t a bad long term rehabilitation program if you are looking for a program that is Bible based rather than Bill Wilson’s “big book”, but it’s by no means perfect despite all the 5 star ratings. Granite Recovery might be better for long term sobriety. It has a higher success rate. In all honesty, I did graduate but I probably should have been hospitalized for exhaustion afterward. You have to work really hard here- both physically and emotionally. Keep an open mind but don’t expect a happy ever after- it isn’t for everybody.

The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.

Okay then!!! Where should I start..Me Personally I will say that I like the staff there I mean some days are good and some days are not Good 👍, I learned that you Just have to be Patient, because it's not gonna get any faster getting your dose, because eventually you will get it and then you move on with your Day, I mean that I really like the nurses, whoever is working that day, I've had some 😞 difficult days and I will have a conversation with the nurses and they always have something positive to say and make me feel better ☺️, My Counselor she's the best because she understands me, and I'm not One to really put my self out there but she's very patient with me 🥺, and I love ❤️ that, The Security guard is also Great 👍, he treats you with respect, and does his Job well and I respect that..with that being said, I really like this program because you get treated with respect and responsibility for your action, Takin it One day at a time, like I'm doing,, I'm grateful to be here because I can still remember those rough days..but I'm 😊 good now thanks to everyone that helped me in HCRC..it works if you let it work, I'm tryin my best ❤️, sometimes it just takes a while longer for me, but I ain't mad at you, my time will come...Ty 4 helping me too remember what it was. Like to 💕 love myself..I learned that whatever you focus on grows...AMEN..If you focus on the negative, it's gonna continue being negative and it's gonna show, with that being said, There's so many things to be grateful for, your Character determines your faith... I am truly grateful for Springhill Recovery. Immediately I was made to feel at ease, safe & secure. I quickly realized that I was in competent, caring hands with all of the staff that I met. I learned so much about myself here! I can see where I need to work on a few things and I now have some of the tools to do that, thanks to the amazing groups, clinicians, RS staff & case managers at Springhill. I leave here confident in my sobriety & excited to continue my recovery program. I will seek connections with other people who are also in recovery because I’ve learned that absolutely nobody can do this alone! Thank you Springhill Recovery for teaching me how to like myself again! I am forever grateful for the gift & privilege of my new life ahead of me.
