But most of all I want to thank Harry for being an amazing person and being a father figure for me. My own dad never took me anywhere but Harry took me fishing for the first time in my life and that meant the world to me… THANK YOU HARRY FOR YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT!!! all of you have played a huge part in my life because of you all loving me until I loved myself now my daughter has her father back. Recognizing that giving up one thing to have everything is what this place is all about. I want to thank Harry an Eric for helping me get back on my feet an Kris and kathy for there amazing groups and the rest of the staff Rosa, Brandon and Nathon for always being there for us. They have a amazing on site chef Henry plus they got a amazing therapist on site Ofelia. I was recommended from a friend so now im recommending to whoever out there that is ready for a new chapter in there life this is the place.

Star City Rehab...When I accepted that I needed help! This is where I went. Didn't know what to expect !! I was greeted by kindness, and caring employees, Not only that, they are very understanding, respectful, and very supportive. The care that I received was really good. Made sure that I was doing well every day. The facility is beautiful & clean. They even made sure that you eat well during your recovery. Counselors are amazing.. I just wanted to share my experience while being a client at Star City Recovery. From the time I landed at Burbank CA to the time I boarded Burbank CA I was handled with the upmost respect, love, and care. This place is family orientated at a level I've never experienced before, not even with my own family. The staff cares for me as if I was one of there own, and if I wanted or needed something they made sure I had it. My insurance had cancelled within moments of being admitted, and these people refused to let that affect my treatment. They bit the bullet without a flinch, matter of fact they refused to let me run away, as I wanted to do BC I struggle with fight or flight. I was able to process my next move with total support, with wisdom from their experiences, in a safe environment. For that I am ever so grateful and thankful! I learned so much in the group's simply bc they make sure it's personal to each and every single client. I have heard amazing things about this place. My brother is currently staying there and he has said that Star City has changed/saved his life. He was really struggling before but now he sounds like a whole new person, excited to get back to living life to the fullest. He has told me about all the activities they get to do. Bowling, swimming, board games, trips to the movies, etc. It sounds like they are always doing something fun. And he has said the counseling and therapy has really helped him discover and address things he didn’t even know were there. It sounds so fun I asked him if non-addicts can go so I could join him! I’m excited to get my brother back and can’t wait to update this review in the future with all his successes.

Star City Recovery is Amazing, not only do they deal with the addiction aspect. They also addressed the mental health and sorting through emotions. I spent 19 years in my addiction Trying to get rid of my feelings and emotions and the hole I’ve been trying to fill all these years. I’ve been here two weeks and now I wake up excited to greet every day, the staff is amazing, and I can’t praise the owners enough, They are Attentive and ready to do anything to get you Help. Star City changed my life. It doesn’t get better than this facility . Henry, Harry, Erick, and Chris are the most amazing people they made the entire experience amazing you feel the love and support you truly feel that they are here for the people. I am forever thankful to them. This place is an amazing home it has rooms(with your own tv and bed), and amazing great food. The outings are very fun, they take you to amazing meetings, and the staff are beyond amazing . They are so passionate, patient, kind, understanding, supportive, respectful, and helpful. It’s like a family here They helped me get out of the darkest place and gave me hope for the future. They also make sure that you’re going to be okay once you leave. This place truly cares about its clients and I’m so grateful i got the opportunity to be apart of this great community of people.
