The therapists were probably the nicest, most caring, therapists I’ve ever met. The groups here are my #1 favorite out of all of the places I’ve ever been and they are led by the therapists. The chef 👌🏾 literally didn’t make a single thing that I didn’t like, I loved everything he cooked. The house is extremely clean. The outings every week were one of my favorite things here as well. And if you asked the staff or therapist for anything they absolutely tried their hardest to make it happen. Adam is super kind and caring and always addressed any issues I had. I’m not an easy client but I appreciate all the staff here who put up with me. I left early due to me not being able to handle some of the stricter policy’s but it doesn’t change how I feel about the staff and my time there. I was 17 when I went to hillcrest treatment facility and heavily addicted to substances. As soon as I stepped inside I was welcome in with open arms. We had fresh meals made daily, fitness, and as well as other activities to get my natural dopamine back up, I made lifelong friendships and lifelong heart touching memories. It was the best time of my life and I stayed sober ever since then and I am 20 now, I bought my own car and I will be moving out into my own apartment soon. The caregivers and therapists and everyone involved was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were warm and accommodating. The structure was solid, but I never felt pressured or as if no one was listening to my needs. Quite the opposite. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help stabilizing , in an accepting and warm environment. The after care planning was top tier.
