this treatment center is as far away from recovery as you can get! The facility itself is so incompetent. It is astounding, nothing gets done on time, there is no concern for the people there. Stupid rules are implemented on every level, schedules are completely erratic, they pretty much do things whenever they want to. Medication is a nightmare, if they don’t have someone to pass out medication – no one seems to want to work there – inmates just don’t get their medication, psychiatric medication, blood pressure medication, diabetic medication whatever no matter how important it is, they just don’t get it . The staff is rude, just trying to make the places close to prison as they can. Recovery is not possible with that much stress. And yes, we were inmates not clients as they tried to say we were. oh, and they lost my property which included my wedding ring. I saw the property room, and it was a nightmare, no order whatsoever, it was obvious they could not find something in there. they made me wait for two hours to be released while they looked for it, they left my husband in the full sun in the parking lot for that time and told him they would call the police if he came inside to sit in the air conditioning. I am looking for a serious way to file a grievance against this facility

I don't know what they want to achieve by not feeding the patients correctly but this is just wrong. They have to learn to pay attention to the sings of need because they just can't ignore medical issues. Also they could fix up the place to make people more comfortable.
