This is probably the worst nursing home facility! They don t even deserve 1 star! Next month my grandmother will be in this facility a year. Due to this time she has declined rapidly and due to the lack of care she is on hospice care now. She doesn't even weigh 100 lbs. i went to go check on her today and found out she had 2 bowl movements, one during the night and the other that morning. During these accidents she was covered in poop which resulting getting all over her and all over the room. During my visit I discover there is poop all over the curtain that separates her from her neighbor! How disgusting is this to have been left and not a work order even attempted to be put in to have this changed??!! In order to get this changed I had to take the curtain down myself. To make matters worse she was not bathed after these incidents just wiped off with wipes resulting in poop still being left on her! After having to demand for a shower because she hadn t had one in several weeks they was not happy about wanting to bath her! This is completely unacceptable! And you would have thought someone would have put in something to have had the room cleaned first thing since there was poop all over the room but NO! I was told maybe it might get cleaned! Again unacceptable and disgusting!

A great facility, and the crew was amazing from the social worker to the cleaning lady. Mrs. Norman, Kacie Hicks and the nurses, the techs and my physical therapist, Olivia and the crew are all such a great group of individuals
