Different things have landed my family in the emergency room twice in the last three weeks.First, my one year-old had a Febrile seizure in the middle of the night. We were in and out quickly and received great care from both doctor and nurses.Then yesterday, I became very dehydrated from a virus. After 28 years of being drunk or high and going to several different places for help. ATS has absolutely changed my life Ive been completely sober over200 days now there residential men s facility is an old nasty mess of a 2 houses put together. I didn t think I was going to stay a couple days let alone months. But the staff is so kind and understanding you feel at home. The health department is the best you can get. From onsite everything from nursing to psychology the doctors are great. Now I know there are nicer facilities clean new bigger. But they won t help you get through the hard stuff like the love and compassion at ATS. I m great full I was able to get a spot there. Because the after care is amazing you look forward to seeing these guys. It s been an amazing journey and God bless ATS.

I just got off the phone with a very considerate and professional young lady at the Cadillac VA. She was very informative and put up with my hearing difficulty.Update: I recently had my first appointment with my primary care doctor at the Cadillac VA Clinic. I've never been to any medical place where the employees were as dedicated and professional as the Cadillac Clinic. My primary care doctor, Marc Robinson, Ph.D., is the best in my 81 years of life. I've been going for a few years and both counselors I have seen are great. They really care and are willing to go above and beyond. Both have been available after hours if I needed it. Faith is very caring, knowlegable, and prompt with refill requests. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Individual experiences will obviously vary, but I have not experienced anything that is remotely like what you see in the negative reviews.

My family has benefited so much from our sessions at Pinerest. We have seen many of the therapists, and are handling our challenges so much better. I normally have not had great expirences with Munson (emergency room) BUT THAT BEING SAID! I had a hysterectomy (w/Dr Nowak) not only was he amazing which i could write a whole separate review on. But every single nurse i encountered was absolutly amazing. From the VERY start of my day till the end. From my registration nurse (she even came and checked on me in recovery and squeeze my hand real tight) to my recovery nurse, to my daytime nurse, and hannah my night nurse just made my night and truly was so kind and gentle taking care of me. Even the nurses not assigned to me but checking in were so kind. I will be great full for these wonderful ladies forever.Some nurses now adays dont seem to enjoy what they do and the caregiving aspect but all of these ladies showed me how much they cared about me and my comfort. I've lived here 35 years and every visit by myself and family has been exceptional. Staff are warm and professional with few exceptions, care has been excellent, and they're organized.ER can be a trial for all hospitals and patients, and Munson is no exception. Hours of waiting, numb overworked staff who appear apathetic. I believe that's the product of our healthcare system and culture, and not specific to Munson.

I have only rode the city bus to Hope Network, but I give them 4 stars because I ride the bus 3 days per week and the bus picks up mentally challenged adults at hope network, in which have jobs because thats what hope network does it gives them an opportunity to work in local factories.

I love this place all the staff are all wonderful! I was a user for 10 years! I got on methadone and I didn't think everyday the old rat race morning blues and how I'm going to get more ! 1 day, gave me a dose to take my cravings away! I go everyday and clean for 2 years! Love the doctors very nice and no judgment just caring and want you to get enough methadone so you stay away from the other drugs! They saved my life! Love this place

I've been struggling with addiction for over 30 years and have managed to be free from active addiction for 5 years.I have gone from taking 24mg per day of Suboxone daily down to the equivalent of 8mg per day! I ve been through 3 therapists at this clinic, they were very nice people. The service is great, the ladies at the desks are always kind and helpful.Only things I would say is that sometimes the therapists go against your opinions and judgement and make you feel out of place or out of control. BUT all of my experiences here have been pleasant. Loved my past two therapists, Mattie DeBoe (no longer a therapist, moved to higher position) and Kelly anthi.Compared to pine rests outpatient/inpatient care facility, this place is paradise. Their inpatient and outpatient facility has many many issues with the inpatient and resident facilities, the outpatient facilities are very helpful and welcoming, quite opposite of the inpatient.

1 year ago today I made the 5 hour one way drive in a blizzard to drop my love off. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. To drop him off in a parking lot and turn around and leave without him, broke my heart. But here we are 1 year later stronger than ever celebrating his sobriety thanks to the kindness and compassion from the staff at Bear River. They made everything as smooth as possible and we are forever grateful for the role they played in Joshua's recovery. I would recommend them to anyone needing to make this very hard life change.
