I can't say enough good things about Kym Hansen-Duell. I have been seeing her on and off since my teenage years and can honestly say that she has helped me in so many ways I can't even begin to describe them all. She has been so accommodating with scheduling, quick to reschedule when she takes (much deserved!) time off, and understanding when I need to reschedule. With DBT and Kym, I am no longer "just surviving," I am thriving. She helped me find the me I was always meant to be and for that, I am eternally greatful. I have always been impressed with Pine Rest TC but Kym is the crown jewel of the professionals they have.

I've been going for a few years and both counselors I have seen are great. They really care and are willing to go above and beyond. Both have been available after hours if I needed it. Faith is very caring, knowlegable, and prompt with refill requests. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Individual experiences will obviously vary, but I have not experienced anything that is remotely like what you see in the negative reviews.

I can actually absolutely say that I have had a very outstanding experience with the Dr. I can assure you that the Dr I have and the Therapist that I had brought me out of a dark space. I was 22 years old. I’m 47 now. I will assure you that they give it 110% there all. I think the negative reviews will be with someone that doesn’t put their time in. Appointments and putting that first everything falls into place. It takes time. It’s not an overnight process. Hang in there and I know you will have a better outcome.

It honestly took me 28 years to even consider going or a CMH. But I am glad I did. I love my psych been seeing her for over 7 years now. When I went to counseling here, it took finding the right therapist for it to work out, but I have experienced that anywhere I go. It was nice to have my therapist and my psych in one building made my life a little easier.

I’m so happy Cadillac has a clinic now i used to drive to Grand Rapids and traverse city I really have no complaints about the new clinic the staff and nurses are wonderful people I’m a part of a new home nurse program from there where I get a nurse visiting me at home and a social worker sometimes we all do video appointments or meet at restaurants or coffee shops twice a week I meet with them they are helping me get out into the community more I had a social skills group with a wonderful doctor and fellow veterans to interact with which is great I live alone and don’t have a lot of friends right now so they have some really great programs there for things like weight loss also and when I have to get my injection there or go for an appointment with my psychiatrist everybody is always very nice I really have no complaints right now about the Va healthcare system the Va even has a phone app now you can order refills and send messages to your care team and providers from a device with the app I’m posting some screenshots of my phone app

Very friendly and professional S.U.D. recovery treatment center. With a much more realistic view of the starting dose of methadone. Giving patients much better odds as far as ceasing any illicit substance habits once they have started the program.

The nurses and services here are very professional yet down to earth and joyful. These services include nurses, your own doctor, and a counselor of your own choosing if they are not full and available. One is no better than the other, just better suited for the individual. They find ways to work with you and help you no matter your situation. And most of all they genuinely care! They also have the tools to help you in your situation, including a big which is transportation and filling out paperwork, such as insurance, DHS, and so on. Whatever it takes to give you a new lease on life!! It's not impossible anymore, give yourself and your loved ones a chance with people you can trust that really care for your happiness and believe in what they are doing!

I have only rode the city bus to Hope Network, but I give them 4 stars because I ride the bus 3 days per week and the bus picks up mentally challenged adults at hope network, in which have jobs because thats what hope network does it gives them an opportunity to work in local factories.

I was recommended to attend sessions for (marriage), by court. I was pretty hesitant at first. After a I really made a commitment, an put serious effort in. They dont just sit there an judge an not respond and are never negative, they sit there and help u thru ur issues and provide amazing advice an explain things so clear to where u understand which allows u to help figure out the underlying problem of why u do what u do. I would always reccommend them to any an all people. I have had 110% experience. You have to put your time in. Going to all Dr. appointments and counseling services. It’s not a one appointment deal. It takes months. The Dr that I have is a diamond in a rock . I got very fortunate to have a very disciplined Dr. The counselor I had was absolutely amazing. You may get a a Dr that doesn’t get you. Call and ask to try a different doctor and or Therapist. You have to put your time in as well. I can tell you that when I was almost 22 years old. That I was lucky to see a head Dr and it was the right fit. You know what it was a very hard time in my life why can’t I be like most of the world? That Dr gave me a light at the end of a tunnel. In the early 2000s it was so redequeless hard to have help with mental health. I will and never take it for granted. Don’t take it lightly if you get a chance at help.
