Dr. Plumb has changed my life. There may not be many psychiatrists in traverse city but I’m fortunate enough to have DR. Rachel plumb as my doctor for 5 years now. I’m comfortable enough to tell her things i wouldn’t normally tell a psychiatrist. The front staff is incredibly helpful and supportive. I’m grateful for ATS.

I can't say enough good things about Kym Hansen-Duell. I have been seeing her on and off since my teenage years and can honestly say that she has helped me in so many ways I can't even begin to describe them all. She has been so accommodating with scheduling, quick to reschedule when she takes (much deserved!) time off, and understanding when I need to reschedule. With DBT and Kym, I am no longer "just surviving," I am thriving. She helped me find the me I was always meant to be and for that, I am eternally greatful. I have always been impressed with Pine Rest TC but Kym is the crown jewel of the professionals they have.

I've been going for a few years and both counselors I have seen are great. They really care and are willing to go above and beyond. Both have been available after hours if I needed it. Faith is very caring, knowlegable, and prompt with refill requests. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Individual experiences will obviously vary, but I have not experienced anything that is remotely like what you see in the negative reviews.

While on vacation near this hospital, my 3 year old fell and broke her collarbone. The staff (from triage to nursing to X-ray to the physician) were kind, gentle, and compassionate on what was clearly a busy night. My daughter wasn’t scared at any point and left with a sling and a smile.

We had to take our 3 year old granddaughter to the ER while on vacation. Everyone was very professional. Doctor was so kind and knowledgeable. Nursing staff was terrific. They are amazing, they listen an truly care about helping others. They dont just sit there an judge an not respond and are never negative, they sit there and help u thru ur issues and provide amazing advice an explain things so clear to where u understand which allows u to help figure out the underlying problem of why u do what u do. I would always reccommend them to any an all people. They care about you if your willing to take the chance to fix ur issues an get thru what ever your dealing with when it comes to addiction or sobriety anger or depression their always there if ya need them

I can actually absolutely say that I have had a very outstanding experience with the Dr. I can assure you that the Dr I have and the Therapist that I had brought me out of a dark space. I was 22 years old. I’m 47 now. I will assure you that they give it 110% there all. I think the negative reviews will be with someone that doesn’t put their time in. Appointments and putting that first everything falls into place. It takes time. It’s not an overnight process. Hang in there and I know you will have a better outcome.

It honestly took me 28 years to even consider going or a CMH. But I am glad I did. I love my psych been seeing her for over 7 years now. When I went to counseling here, it took finding the right therapist for it to work out, but I have experienced that anywhere I go. It was nice to have my therapist and my psych in one building made my life a little easier.

Recommended by my doctor and glad he did! All the therapists are amazing. Friendly, and know what they are doing. I had dry needling, massage and stretches for my plantar facials on both feet, I was amazed at the results, no pain at all after 5 weeks, twice a week. Again, all the therapists are there to help you be your best, every one of them! I have been to three different therapy places for different ailments and aches, and ATI stands above them all.

I’m so happy Cadillac has a clinic now i used to drive to Grand Rapids and traverse city I really have no complaints about the new clinic the staff and nurses are wonderful people I’m a part of a new home nurse program from there where I get a nurse visiting me at home and a social worker sometimes we all do video appointments or meet at restaurants or coffee shops twice a week I meet with them they are helping me get out into the community more I had a social skills group with a wonderful doctor and fellow veterans to interact with which is great I live alone and don’t have a lot of friends right now so they have some really great programs there for things like weight loss also and when I have to get my injection there or go for an appointment with my psychiatrist everybody is always very nice I really have no complaints right now about the Va healthcare system the Va even has a phone app now you can order refills and send messages to your care team and providers from a device with the app I’m posting some screenshots of my phone app my primary care team is great they ordered me a new light therapy happy light isn’t that very nice of them it came to my door the other day I’m very pleased with the staff in Cadillac no complaints here I’m posting a picture of the light
