The staff and service has been great just rejoined the the VA system was with the VA years ago but at other facility it was a nightmare but not here just a great experience so far.

After 28 years of being drunk or high and going to several different places for help. ATS has absolutely changed my life Ive been completely sober over200 days now there residential men’s facility is an old nasty mess of a 2 houses put together. I didn’t think I was going to stay a couple days let alone months. But the staff is so kind and understanding you feel at home. The health department is the best you can get. From onsite everything from nursing to psychology the doctors are great. Now I know there are nicer facilities clean new bigger. But they won’t help you get through the hard stuff like the love and compassion at ATS. I’m great full I was able to get a spot there. Because the after care is amazing you look forward to seeing these guys. It’s been an amazing journey and God bless ATS.

Phoenix House wonderful. I did m 30 days and got a lot out of it. Staff could’ve done better at controlling we think got heated and about chores. But the place was great ! It’s a beautiful Victorian house with lots of room. You get medical attention. And there a chiropractor right down the road too. The staff is very nice actually. A safe and clean place.

I loved the counselors and therapists all the medical staff everyone was caring and genuine about helping and about their own experiences. They turned a nightmare into a good experience. I have lasting memories from there group time and individual and there was always someone to talk to when I felt like breaking down. The memories of that kind of strength shared with everyone there will last forever. 5 years sober because of the pier program ❤️ forever grateful

I can't say enough good things about Kym Hansen-Duell. I have been seeing her on and off since my teenage years and can honestly say that she has helped me in so many ways I can't even begin to describe them all. She has been so accommodating with scheduling, quick to reschedule when she takes (much deserved!) time off, and understanding when I need to reschedule. With DBT and Kym, I am no longer "just surviving," I am thriving. She helped me find the me I was always meant to be and for that, I am eternally greatful. I have always been impressed with Pine Rest TC but Kym is the crown jewel of the professionals they have.

I've been going for a few years and both counselors I have seen are great. They really care and are willing to go above and beyond. Both have been available after hours if I needed it. Faith is very caring, knowlegable, and prompt with refill requests. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. Individual experiences will obviously vary, but I have not experienced anything that is remotely like what you see in the negative reviews.

I have been admitted to MMC for sepsis and my daughter was admitted to the NICU. Both times we entered through the ER. The ER staff were kind, friendly and professional. The team in the OR with Dr. Zuckerman were super friendly and compassionate. The various nurses and CNAs in the B3 Surgical Unit were all very kind and compassionate as well. The NICU nurses ans doctor are wonderful caring angels and incredibly supportive. I would recommend going to MMC to anyone who wishes to be treated with a high level of care and compassion.

I unfortunately had to go to the ER for a broken foot. Staff was kind, efficient and referred me to a great orthopedic surgeon. I had surgery at Munson a few days later and the surgical team was amazing also.

This hospital has been amazing. My mom came in to the ER after a bad fall while camping. She was admitted with a broken wrist and pelvis, and other hairline fractures. Munson is 2.5 hours from home, so by the time I made it up , it was late. Everyone I interacted with has been terrific. Shout out to Nurse David and Bree on Floor D. Also, thank you to goofy Dr. Leslie and Dr. McDonald for putting her back together.

I was recommended to attend sessions for (marriage), by court. I was pretty hesitant at first. After a I really made a commitment, an put serious effort in. My counselor and I really get into a little bit of everything and I have learned many ways to cope with my past behaviors. I love this place they really have me more than I can say. They dont just sit there an judge an not respond and are never negative, they sit there and help u thru ur issues and provide amazing advice an explain things so clear to where u understand which allows u to help figure out the underlying problem of why u do what u do. I would always reccommend them to any an all people. They care about you if your willing to take the chance to fix ur issues an get thru what ever your dealing with when it comes to addiction or sobriety anger or depression their always there if ya need them

NLCMH and specifically the FAST program and team are phenomenal and incredibly helpful to our communities. CMH employees have been quick to respond, supportive and professional throughout multiple experiences. Lauren Franklin is a name that stands out when thinking of the FAST team and is a positive, influential and intelligent mental health provider and has consistently supported clients, individuals and families throughout multiple communities. We are lucky to have programs such as CMH to support those that need it and we are even more lucky to have professionals like Lauren doing so!

I went to Bear River back in October of 2024 when I decided I wanted to get clean, I have always been a night owl and they wanted me getting up at 6 am showering by 7 and being to first group by 8 😂 I couldn't do it, I started like 3 days and was like well I think I'm going to head out, I was ready to get clean I just wasn't on a good schedule. But now
Now almost 1 year later I'm still not clean. I've been on MAT for one year and 1 month. One year and one month too long! I'm ready to step it down one more notch. I want off the subs and I know you guys can help me, the staff was so kind and considerate and very understanding that I just wasn't on a good schedule and that's why I left. But as I was saying one year later and I'm on a good schedule now! I have a job now, I'm in school now. And I really truly believe it was partially from my experience at Bear River Health! I have a lot to do with it and so does the big man upstairs. We all took part in my recovery, I didn't feel alone and I'm ready to come back and try for a couple months.. I know we can do this! Very friendly and professional S.U.D. recovery treatment center. With a much more realistic view of the starting dose of methadone. Giving patients much better odds as far as ceasing any illicit substance habits once they have started the program.

The nurses and services here are very professional yet down to earth and joyful. These services include nurses, your own doctor, and a counselor of your own choosing if they are not full and available. One is no better than the other, just better suited for the individual. They find ways to work with you and help you no matter your situation. And most of all they genuinely care! They also have the tools to help you in your situation, including a big which is transportation and filling out paperwork, such as insurance, DHS, and so on. Whatever it takes to give you a new lease on life!! It's not impossible anymore, give yourself and your loved ones a chance with people you can trust that really care for your happiness and believe in what they are doing!
