I didn't get a very fair deal there. They had bed bugs in detox and my clothes came up missing. There medical denied me of medical attention when I had phomonia. Bear river wouldn't give me a ride home when urgent care sent a letter back with me recommending i go home. I had a package delivered there using my snap card and they enjoyed my goodies. And it is supposed to be an all womens facility and there were trangenders there. I guess I had some bad luck. Other than nothing being done and no one returning my call the staff and the classes are very helpful . I am hoping someone can find it in there heart to do the right thing

Dr. Plumb has changed my life. There may not be many psychiatrists in traverse city but I’m fortunate enough to have DR. Rachel plumb as my doctor for 5 years now. I was recommended to attend sessions for (marriage), by court. I was pretty hesitant at first. After a I really made a commitment, an put serious effort in. My counselor and I really get into a little bit of everything and I have learned many ways to cope with my past behaviors. I love this place they really have me more than I can say. Its hard for me to put it all into words. Let's just say I would recommend them to anyone who really wants better for life.

They are amazing, they listen an truly care about helping others. They dont just sit there an judge an not respond and are never negative, they sit there and help u thru ur issues and provide amazing advice an explain things so clear to where u understand which allows u to help figure out the underlying problem of why u do what u do. I would always reccommend them to any an all people. They care about you if your willing to take the chance to fix ur issues an get thru what ever your dealing with when it comes to addiction or sobriety anger or depression their always there if ya need them

I want to give a shout out to Bay Mills Health Center. This amazing state of the art hidden gem is not far down the road from the casino in Brimley. It's professional team of staff persons are so friendly and easy to work with. I made an appointment at the vision clinic and got one for the next day! I was so happy to learn that they accept non-native patrons. They also accept public insurance. I had no wait time when I was there , also. They have state of the art equipment that takes detailed digital photos that shows every vein in your eyes. The equipment quickly determined what my new visual prescription would be. I also loved that the posts along the entrance walk had reminders of character qualities of excellence, written in both Ojibway and English. I might add that their staff demonstrated the things promoted there. I can't say enough good things about this place and want to encourage you, if your looking for services, to consider this facility.
