This program has done so many good things for our family and my son who attended this year. Our son had been struggling for almost a year after a very bad car accident and he unfortunately began to abuse his pain pills. They really strive on the fact that you go at your own pace through the program to ensure that you are getting the most out of it. They do not want you to move alongside others their just because they may be going at a different pace than you. There are many different groups to choose to partake in and you get to customize things in terms of what is of interest to you. It is a very beautiful and tranquil center to receive treatment at. He was able to focus on himself in all areas, body, mind and spirit. The staff ensures a clean and inviting center to be at, they all work together to make sure that you are well taken care of and they offer great meals by an amazing cook as well. We are thoroughly grateful.

I'm very happy with the results I got from going through the program at BRS. I was prescribed pain medication by my doctor after I'd gotten in an accident and I was having trouble getting off them. My husband found BRS for me and it was a really good place for me to go. They put an emphasis on their client's comfort there, which was something I needed. I'd never needed help like this before and it was weird for me at first to be in treatment for a drug addiction. The staff there were wonderful with me and they handled all my tantrums while I was going through detox very well. There were a lot of tantrums too. Every day I wanted to leave and every day they convinced me to stick it out. Which I'm very grateful for. After detox, I was surprised by how much I liked being there. The facility itself is really nice and I was comfortable there. I'm so glad my husband chose BRS as the rehab I'd go to because I don't think anyone else would have handled me and all my dramas nearly as well.

My brother went to BRS last year and I'm amazed at the results. My brother spent 10 years addicted to crack cocaine and truthfully, I never thought he'd get sober. He went to a lot of treatment centers before BRS and none of them helped him. There are some major differences between those other centers and BRS though. They don't take a one size fits all approach to treatment there. They have multiple programs and my brother was able to do a treatment program that he hadn't done before. One that actually worked for him. He was also there for 4 months. He's always been to 28 or 30 day programs and it was never enough time for him. Plus, the BRS center is great. It's a beautiful place and they have a bunch of amenities that helped my brother feel comfortable there throughout his whole program. Lastly, the staff were wonderful with him. They made sure that my brother did his program and did it right. Going to BRS worked for my brother. He's sober now.

When I finally got with a representative they gave me the same information that all the other organizations had. The representative was kind. However there was not much assistance.

I always gotten good care, the only issue I have is they keep pushing the DBT at me, when I told them I don't do good in groups or the skills are to hard for me, I was told DBT or go somewhere else for therapy, you should be able to provide me with a therapists, so my mental health services don't have to be scattered with a bunch of mental health agencies.

I have to totally disagree with some of the negative reviews on here. They help anyone who wants help. I have seen several people come in, and they are all treated great and with professionalism. I have got every service I asked for or was referred to. Everyone is polite, and they go out of their way to help when you ask. They always answer any questions I have, and they work one on one with my primary care doctor to give me the best help they can. I recommend Montcalm Care Network 100% and assure you that if you give them a try, you will get the help you need. They even help with transportation to appointments if needed. I can not say enough how appreciative I am for the staff there. Thank you.

I have DR Gascon and I have asked to be changed providers due to him literally not caring about ny health or treatment with responses like " give me your top 3 complaints i cant fix everything in 1 day" you're 40 yo youre gonna be in pain" when it comes to my service connected injury. NLCMH and specifically the FAST program and team are phenomenal and incredibly helpful to our communities. CMH employees have been quick to respond, supportive and professional throughout multiple experiences. Lauren Franklin is a name that stands out when thinking of the FAST team and is a positive, influential and intelligent mental health provider and has consistently supported clients, individuals and families throughout multiple communities. We are lucky to have programs such as CMH to support those that need it and we are even more lucky to have professionals like Lauren doing so!

First of all... It is Definitely a Red Flag if my own doctor has expressed Their concerns of the way my child couldn't released from MCN to get help with other networks to get my children the care they needed! Worst worst feeling as a parent!
Then home based therapist has continue to ignore my concerns of drug involvement bc he says that my child said he isn't on it and now my child is an addict from Not getting the help he needed then and now and of course when I have asked repeatedly to speak to or with an supervisor they haven't told me to find out Why he isn't listening. They refuse to give a name and a number. Asked therapist as well as every staff member there been told that my concerns need to be addressed to my therapist! That makes No sense!!! Then to make it worse they charged my insurance for things they didn't do. For example appointments the therapist canceled but still showed up in my driveway for saying I canceled when they did. When I confronted my therapist he said he was there in the area for a different appointment. Which I have text messages to prove. Services I was suppose to be getting that I wasn't. Caused more damage then good. Pine Rest said according to their survey my son filled out on his own with no one around Pibe Rest said my needed to stay in mental and behaviorial hospitalization, but MCN wouldn't release him.

It is not easy to be there 24/7 to support, sometimes very difficult emotional and traumatic experiences but THEY are… They are there without judgment and with nothing but genuine and sincere love and care for those in need.
