Absolutely amazing staff! Love Heather and Maurice. They have a great residential program for substance abuse. They offer group therapy and one on one counseling sessions. Jeffrey that works in administration is also very caring and helpful in many ways. Anyone I know struggling with substance abuse I refer to DOT Caring Center. I have personally done the detox and residential programs. I have been in recovery since 2015,thanks to DOT and the caring team!

A family member was treated here. I went and visited during visitation hours. The staff I met were very kind. He had said the same. He got help not only with present recovery but tools to help him stay sober. They also helped him with his next steps like getting into a sober living. They inspired him to one day become a sponsor himself. He enjoys most of the company he had there. I enjoyed that Monday through Friday he would get his own personal phone for twenty minutes to make calls and texts from. It allowed me to send him photos to keep him involved. When I couldn't make a visitation they tried their best to accommodate and do a brief video visit instead. All around they greatly cared for him presently and his future. They even helped with transportation to the sober living. The only negatives were that sometimes you don't always get a very good roommate and theft happens. Plus the food wasn't always great he said, but you can't please everyone all the time with every meal when you get that many people together. I would suggest having more options during meal times though, possibly a microwave and some ramen or something for those who don't like whatever is served. Overall this place really helped him grow. I can't wait to see what the rest of his future brings for him and our family.

Go for therapy, I see Amanda, she is one of the best therapist I've ever seen. Bonus she has a service dog, Yoshi, that tags along. The receptionist Tina is also the sweetest she is so kind and gentle.

I have loved my experience here. I have seen 2 different people for different services and both have provided excellent and compassionate care. I’m seeing tremendous results in EMDR therapy and can’t recommend them enough. The staff has always been professional and kind, fostering a welcoming environment.

I was struggling so much with my mental health prior to find State Street. I had spent years working with a family practice just going in circles with nothing helping. I’ve been seeing Becky for about a year now and my life has changed immensely. I feel seen, I feel heard. Not only has Becky been a saving grace in my life with her support and knowledge but the office staff as well are the most kind women I’ve ever met. I’ve called while in a crisis and the amount of care they shared with me lifted my spirits and gave me the strength to hang on. Words do not express how amazing they all are. I am beyond thankful and blessed to have found them. If you are struggling and are ready to see help. please give State Street a Call!! They are there for you.

Ever since I’ve started coming here almost 2 years ago, my journey significantly changed! I’ve always have the best experiences in person and over the phone. The office staff is amazing and very helpful, Coco is wonderful and is usually working when I’m there and I always have the best interactions by scheduling appointments, etc. after seeing my doctor which is nice to have happen. I’m very thankful for them and the doctors here! I recommend State Street Behavioral to anyone looking for a new doctor.

This place is amazing! Abraham and Gladsy Kemeli are skilled professionals! The office manager Nicole is great! I would give them 10 starts , the secretaries are really nice and they dont give ya anxiety!! I've had a lot of mental health professionals in my day. These 2 are clearly the best!

Hope Network is by far a remarkable place to be involved with and work with. Iv never seen a place with so much love and be called a business

I have only rode the city bus to Hope Network, but I give them 4 stars because I ride the bus 3 days per week and the bus picks up mentally challenged adults at hope network, in which have jobs because thats what hope network does it gives them an opportunity to work in local factories.

I have gotten the best care. All of the therapists and doctors and social workers, and staff are amazing. They helped me get my life on track after having a series of tough events. I owe my success partially to them. I’ve gotten compassion and understanding and the support I was missing.

Horrible place. No help. Made me wait 45min and still never seen me. Watched 10 employees play with a dog instead of assisting me.

Still ready to end it all. I am a worthless person and I don’t deserve to live.

My stay with the McLaren team was outstanding! My every need was addressed and getting me ready for release was done with quiet efficiency. Thank you.

Went in with chest pressure and left arm pain. They worked me up in the ER and kept me overnight. The following day they did Heart Cath on me and found no blockage. The only problem, which was out of their hands was I had to stay in ER due to no available beds.

It depends on what you are there for and what shift and staff. It is like day and night. I have been in there and had the most compassionate doctors with a very accommodating staff. That did everything they could to help when I went in there with an abscess in my tooth. But if you get the wrong staff, sometimes they are very short, and if there is something really serious, I would not put my life in their hands. My friend went in there bleeding out of his mouth, his ears and nose. He had a perforated ulcer, and they cauterized it, but did not know he had two other ulcers after doing a scope on him. They sent him home after six hours and he was right back and had to go to Midland. So I guess I would give them a 3.5 and this is a combination of all the interactions I’ve ever had with them. There are some doctors and staff that I can’t say too much about but then there are doctors and staff that are outstanding. It really is late night and day.

Only did the crime victim panel. It honestly wasn't that bad but both presenters were making fun or teasing me, and i was one of the few that participated in questions and answers more than once. Im a grown adult so its whatever, little unprofessional and goes against their purpose as educators. Other than that, cant complain.

Very helpful

When I got to the program I was like wtf... but as I stay for 13 months there I realized this is the place for me. The staff is amazing. To me this place breaks you down completely to build you back up. I learned a lot from this place. My kids stayed with me Most of the time.. not going to lie I had my ups and downs there but overall this place changed my life for the better
