Way different experience today than from Mount Pleasant ER, last night.
Professional, empathetic,and the IV was placed in a way that there was no pain at all.
The long wait time hardly mattered , because communication was maintained.

I want to shout out to the Midland Hospital nursing staff on the 5 th floor. My husband just had a spinal surgery and the nurses and the ancillary staff were amazing in their knowledge and care to my husband. In particular Rachel, Amber and Sylvia were very competent, warm,receptive and very great nurses. We loved the whole hospital but wanted to shout out to these very top notch nursing staff.
