Always have food personal items tons of clothes and what not for your house and always putting more out very helpful!

Staff is welcoming and genuinely cares about their clients. Dr. Young is great as well, he really listens and does everything he can to help us get better. Zoe on the therapy staff is the best.

So there will always be those people who weren't ready so they throw shade on the program but o well as for me, 4 years ago this program saved my life, and since then I had gained my life back, along with tools money can't buy, and I also am now an employee, a recovery coach and staff on duty person. I think of your an addict and are ready to take your life back, you should show up here, and let us do the rest.

As both an inpatient and outpatient client since 2021 I give a lot of credit to the staff as well as my peers for motivating me to completely change the direction of my life on a new pathway of kindness, compassion, empathy and caring love. My gratitude is unending.

Go to the Center of Hope to eat lunch. They treat everyone well and the food is pretty good too.

Amazing place with people who care about you and care about your life. Dashika is amazing and I absolutely adore her. I've been going for almost 6 years. I had 33 broken bones and was told I'd never walk again and that pain meds were going to be something to take daily forever. I haven't taken a pain pill or 15 at a time in the 6 years I have been here. The staff for the most part is great and I never feel looked down upon. If you are ready this place can help you amd they will care about you every step of the way. Building is rough but they really do try to keep it clean and functional. Best group of people I have had the privilege to come to know.

This place has saved my life. I have been going a long time. I live a normal life now. I’m able to go on vacation for a few weeks at a time. But you have to be serious about treatment. Just follow the rules and you will get your life back. I’m so grateful for the staffs help. They have been there for me.

So I was in search for a new therapist since the one I've been seeing for 12years had made the decision to retire, I came across this clinic and read reviews and seen their rating and after reading what people said to have experienced with this clinic I made the decision to give them a call. I have yet to meet with a therapist yet so I cant say how they are but I can say the receptionist at the front desk was super friendly and very patient with me while I searched for my insurance card she answered all my questions and any concerns I had her name was Jennifer and i just wanted to give her a shout out for the experience i had with her you did a awesome job!

They are wonderful. All you do is show up, participate to your comfort level and things start to help. Everyone goes threw things in life and it's helps to just listen and talk it out with them

I see Josh Fortney for medication management and Viola for therapy and I can say with confidence that I've never had better mental health care. I've struggled with therapy my whole life because of trust issues, and I actually look forward to my appointments with Viola. These people have been so good to me. I can't give them enough praise - I feel like I finally have the tools and support to take my life back from mental health problems and Viola and Josh showed me how. I have all the love for them - they deserve vacations and raises :)

I love my therapist and psychiatrist. This is the first place I feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone has been very nice and caring.

This place saved my life. The people are literally like family. They care and you know they genuinely really care. I’ve never been treated like I’ve been an addict for 30 years, they are compassionate and treat me with such ❤️ I’ve never been successful in sobriety until I met Dr Robinson and his staff. If you need a little time on some of your payment they will work with you within reason. Becky Brian and Lindsey always have a smile when they greet you. And I actually look forward to my counseling because Pam is honestly a friend who cares. She’s so easy to talk to and always there for me. And if you have to go drop it’s always a joy because she’s one of the sweetest people EVER 🫶🏻 I really appreciate all of them and owe them my life ❤️ Thank you so much Recovery Unlimited for helping me sustain sobriety. 😊

This place is great! They get you in and out. Pam and the wed’s nurse is awesome, and all the staff is great and they do help you, they helped me. They saved me, I highly recommend, you just got to stay clean and show up.

Wonderful experience, wonderful facility and wonderful faculty. I treated with Dr.Till about my high anxiety during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Not only did he give me all the tools that I needed to fix my own anxieties, but he also was kind, charismatic, and had a great sense of humor. People & programs like these are needed to impact the community in a positive way, and this facility definitely help me through a very difficult and stressful time in my life and the world. I have had a WONDERFUL experience. My therapist is warm and makes me feel safe to share, but is also honest and doesn't let me get away with non-sense thoughts. The staff when starting this process was helpful and I find the telehealth portal easy to navigate. I certainly recommend

Honestly, quite shocked at the negative reviews. I've never had a problem with anything - scheduling, billing, etc. and my therapist is definitely the right fit for me. I hope other folks find the help they need elsewhere.

The folks are easy to talk to, and they are accepting of anybody and all who come through the door.

Friends, members of my family and I have used this facility over several years. The staff has always been welcoming and thorough. The doctors assistants have always been very Pleasant. Dr Deosha Williams is an extraordinary doctor. She has a heart for each patient. She has an extraordinary sense of what’s going on with your concerns beyond the normal basis of medical learning. Most doctors are not familiar with holistic practices. She combines both traditional and holistic. She is concerned about your overall health not pumping you up with chemicals for a quick fix. Her personality and presence is always a joy. I very much appreciate doctors like her. They are few and far between.

COMPLETELY AWESOME. Today was my second time having to go there. My first visit was awesome also. But, the three ladies there today were outstanding. I really felt seen and heard. This is one of the best medical facilities with some of the best staff that I have not experienced in a very long time. Not only did they help within the visit. But, also took time out to direct me towards a primary doctor and hopefully an awesome dentist. I could not have asked for better. Limped my way into the office after reinjurying my leg, only to be met by the most wonderfully professional staff. All the workers were at the reception desk as I came through the door and immediately recognized my injury and went into action. NP Braden asked "did you hurt your leg again" I responded yes, she and her assistant went in the back while the receptionist checked me in. During my exam, I was treated with the utmost respect and the highest level of compassion possible. Never have I ever been treated so well at an urgent care facility. NP Braden and the rest of the staff deserve to be recognized for their dedication to the well being of their patients. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!
