So there will always be those people who weren't ready so they throw shade on the program but o well as for me, 4 years ago this program saved my life, and since then I had gained my life back, along with tools money can't buy, and I also am now an employee, a recovery coach and staff on duty person. I used to go here. The nurses are nice and the front desk personnel are friendly. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to past experiences with my medicines not being up to my expectations and having to switch to a civilian doctor. But otherwise they are ok.

Amazing place with people who care about you and care about your life. Dashika is amazing and I absolutely adore her. I've been going for almost 6 years. I had 33 broken bones and was told I'd never walk again and that pain meds were going to be something to take daily forever. I haven't taken a pain pill or 15 at a time in the 6 years I have been here. The staff for the most part is great and I never feel looked down upon. If you are ready this place can help you amd they will care about you every step of the way. Building is rough but they really do try to keep it clean and functional. Best group of people I have had the privilege to come to know.

This place has saved my life. I have been going a long time. I live a normal life now. I’m able to go on vacation for a few weeks at a time. But you have to be serious about treatment. I see Josh Fortney for medication management and Viola for therapy and I can say with confidence that I've never had better mental health care. I've struggled with therapy my whole life because of trust issues, and I actually look forward to my appointments with Viola. These people have been so good to me. I can't give them enough praise - I feel like I finally have the tools and support to take my life back from mental health problems and Viola and Josh showed me how. From a retired nurse; It was fine. I was there to support a friend that was there for a minor surgery. He was agitated about the whole surgery thing. An issue arose with Surgeon availability due to his being needed for an emergency. The entire time we were there the nursing staff and all handled my friend with the upmost professional care and support. Thank you all in pre-op. Great job.
BTW. We left before the Doctor returned so we get to do that again, and hopefully with post-op. 😂

Actually I messed up and put five stars when I meant to put only one star if I could put zero Stars I would have put zero Stars!! My experience at McLaren Flint ER was completely awful I went in for a simple thing that was going on my ears we're bringing very loud and since I have a brain aneurysm already I was very scared so I went to the er. As soon as I got there they checked me in and I took a seat in the waiting room about an hour and a half later they called me back for a CAT scan and I went there I came back out sat in the waiting area. After about another hour or so they called me back to give me an IV and I asked them what they were going to give me through it they told me fluids antibiotics and it was it so as soon as I put it in and I was all set I went and made it back in the waiting room well I couldn't make it all the way to the chair I was sitting in in the waiting area my boyfriend was there next to me and I told him immediately I think I'm having an allergic reaction I don't know what's going on but I felt completely awful and weird. I was very scared at this point. My vision was changing and everything was closing and not me. Well let me remind a little bit they do ask you what medications you're on when you first check in at registration and I told them that I am on a medication called methadone will come to find out they ended up putting narcan in my IV and you cannot have narcan when you're on a medication like methadone it causes precipitated withdrawal. I immediately went into precipitated withdrawal which is withdrawals times about a billion and it was so bad I was freaking out they wouldn't take the IV out of me so my boyfriend had to pull it out of me at this point I was so so so so so so so sick. Well right after he got the IV out of me security came up to us with an officer and they told me that I had to leave cuz I was refusing treatment I told him no I was not refusing treatment that they gave me the wrong treatment and that they needed to fix this and reverse my withdrawals. what they did not do. So I ended up getting escorted out by security and a police officer. If you are on any type of medication for opioid dependency or addiction recovery. I highly suggest not to go to McLaren or you might get narcaned.

Not fancy but it did the job for medical detox. Most of the staff are recovering addicts. I felt very safe there.

So there will always be those people who weren't ready so they throw shade on the program but o well as for me, 4 years ago this program saved my life, and since then I had gained my life back, along with tools money can't buy, and I also am now an employee, a recovery coach and staff on duty person. I went to this office for an evaluation in December of 2021. I saw Dr. Gerard Williams. I understand that there are a lot bad reviews. However, Dr. Williams was AMAZING! He was funny, personable, and never made me feel judged. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Williams. This man is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He truly wants to help his patients.

I had given up on therapy years ago due to never finding the right one. Last year in May 2024 I met my Therapist through Meridian Professional Phycological Consultants, P.C. She completely changed my life around and is still here through all my struggles. She fits me in when I need her, She listens, She calms me, She gives me advice that I take and it always ends up working. I don't know what I would have done without her!!

Wonderful experience, wonderful facility and wonderful faculty. I treated with Dr.Till about my high anxiety during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Not only did he give me all the tools that I needed to fix my own anxieties, but he also was kind, charismatic, and had a great sense of humor. People & programs like these are needed to impact the community in a positive way, and this facility definitely help me through a very difficult and stressful time in my life and the world. I will forever be grateful for that. I would definitely recommend this place to coworkers and friends. (Five Star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

I've gone to at least 10 chiropractors over the past 25+ years and have to say that Dr. Kenny Rogers is the best! He is kind and extremely knowledgeable as well as a great listener! He explains how the body works so a lay person can understand and uses multiple 'gentle but effective' techniques to fit each situation. You can count on Dr. Rogers always having a 'next step' to reach your goal. My back and neck issues keep getting better and better!
Another plus: Dr. Rogers will assign 'at home' exercises to augment what he does.

I've had many back surgeries in the past, if I ever have any pain I go see Dr Rogers, he's very caring and takes almost all insurances, he and fixes the issues I am having, and I get right out and feel much better. I highly recommend him!!

Friends, members of my family and I have used this facility over several years. The staff has always been welcoming and thorough. The doctors assistants have always been very Pleasant. Dr Deosha Williams is an extraordinary doctor. She has a heart for each patient. She has an extraordinary sense of what’s going on with your concerns beyond the normal basis of medical learning. Most doctors are not familiar with holistic practices. She combines both traditional and holistic. She is concerned about your overall health not pumping you up with chemicals for a quick fix. Her personality and presence is always a joy. I very much appreciate doctors like her. They are few and far between.

COMPLETELY AWESOME. Today was my second time having to go there. My first visit was awesome also. But, the three ladies there today were outstanding. I really felt seen and heard. This is one of the best medical facilities with some of the best staff that I have not experienced in a very long time. Not only did they help within the visit. But, also took time out to direct me towards a primary doctor and hopefully an awesome dentist. I could not have asked for better. Absolutely hands down the best that I have experienced in many years. Thank you so much flushing urgent care. Have a beautiful summer!

Limped my way into the office after reinjurying my leg, only to be met by the most wonderfully professional staff. All the workers were at the reception desk as I came through the door and immediately recognized my injury and went into action. NP Braden asked "did you hurt your leg again" I responded yes, she and her assistant went in the back while the receptionist checked me in. During my exam, I was treated with the utmost respect and the highest level of compassion possible. Never have I ever been treated so well at an urgent care facility. NP Braden and the rest of the staff deserve to be recognized for their dedication to the well being of their patients. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!
