Went in with chest pressure and left arm pain. They worked me up in the ER and kept me overnight. The following day they did Heart Cath on me and found no blockage. The only problem, which was out of their hands was I had to stay in ER due to no available beds.

It depends on what you are there for and what shift and staff. It is like day and night. I have been in there and had the most compassionate doctors with a very accommodating staff. That did everything they could to help when I went in there with an abscess in my tooth.
But if you get the wrong staff, sometimes they are very short, and if there is something really serious, I would not put my life in their hands. My friend went in there bleeding out of his mouth, his ears and nose. He had a perforated ulcer, and they cauterized it, but did not know he had two other ulcers after doing a scope on him. They sent him home after six hours and he was right back and had to go to Midland. So I guess I would give them a 3.5 and this is a combination of all the interactions I’ve ever had with them. There are some doctors and staff that I can’t say too much about but then there are doctors and staff that are outstanding. It really is late night and day.

Only did the crime victim panel. It honestly wasn't that bad but both presenters were making fun or teasing me, and i was one of the few that participated in questions and answers more than once. Im a grown adult so its whatever, little unprofessional and goes against their purpose as educators. Other than that, cant complain.

When reading reviews remember there are multiple programs at this agency. We have a guardianship/conservator program outside of the therapy/counseling end. I was a junkie for almost 20 years
years. I went to the center 8/8/2018 and had to leave even b 4 I was ready for medical reasons and to this day I don't touch needles nor do drugs. I even have a medical Marijuana card for pain instead of getting back on pills where my addiction began. Don't get me wrong I still have days I want to use but with the tools I used there in the 45 days I stayed or so. I would like to share my gratitude with the treatment centers staff and the time I spent with my counselors and and I hope they reach out to me one day for my story. Thank you for my life back good and bad it's all me and my family together again. I am so grateful.

Professional, empathetic,and the IV was placed in a way that there was no pain at all.
The long wait time hardly mattered , because communication was maintained.

I want to shout out to the Midland Hospital nursing staff on the 5 th floor. My husband just had a spinal surgery and the nurses and the ancillary staff were amazing in their knowledge and care to my husband. In particular Rachel, Amber and Sylvia were very competent, warm,receptive and very great nurses. We loved the whole hospital but wanted to shout out to these very top notch nursing staff. I was really surprised to see these negative reviews, my experience has been great with, all employees, I don't feel like I want or need to make friends with other addicts, so I stay to myself and dose and go home, the counselor and I talk once a week virtually and she's great! If you are needing help please don't let these reviews detour you . I'm really glad I didn't read them before I went. I have no problem w the place , the Dr. Has a good sense of humor and the girls at the front desk are very sweet and helpful.

This place changed my life. I was there from 2006 to 2008. From age 16-18. While the beginning of my stay wasn’t very pleasant, but after I started to work my program and followed simple rules, I was able to graduate the program and change my life for the better. I was Here back in 1995 to 97 as a teen. There was maybe 2 staff who seemed to really care about. These used horrible shaming and demoralizing tactics to get us to comply to rules. As a Licensed social worker now I truly Hope they have adapted a trauma informed approach and work to heal and provide a safe place for youth. …..my star review was more of a way to post a review and share a success story. Not all of us kids in the home did bad we just needed love.

I’ve always have the best experiences in person and over the phone. The office staff is amazing and very helpful, Coco is wonderful and is usually working when I’m there and I always have the best interactions by scheduling appointments, etc. after seeing my doctor which is nice to have happen. I’ve had amazing care here- I wouldn’t be alive without the treatment I got from here.
Update: I will specify there are some great therapists here. The DBT program especially saved my butt. However, I’d never recommend the psychologists here.
