I always gotten good care, the only issue I have is they keep pushing the DBT at me, when I told them I don't do good in groups or the skills are to hard for me, I was told DBT or go somewhere else for therapy, you should be able to provide me with a therapists, so my mental health services don't have to be scattered with a bunch of mental health agencies.

I have to totally disagree with some of the negative reviews on here. They help anyone who wants help. I have seen several people come in, and they are all treated great and with professionalism. I have got every service I asked for or was referred to. Everyone is polite, and they go out of their way to help when you ask. They always answer any questions I have, and they work one on one with my primary care doctor to give me the best help they can. I recommend Montcalm Care Network 100% and assure you that if you give them a try, you will get the help you need. They even help with transportation to appointments if needed. I can not say enough how appreciative I am for the staff there. Thank you.

I took my 18-month-old son to the clinic to have his ears checked for a possible ear infection. He had just been woken from a nap and was understandably upset. The first doctor wasn’t able to get a clear look because he was crying, so she said she would have a colleague take a look instead.
Dr. Helms then entered the room and, to my surprise, barely acknowledged us. She seemed uncomfortable with the fact that my son was crying—as if a crying toddler were out of the ordinary for a pediatric setting. She made no effort to comfort him or engage with him, which made the situation even more tense.
After briefly looking in his ear, she sat down and unexpectedly started asking questions about his developmental progress at home. I found this inappropriate, as she’s not his primary doctor and that wasn’t the reason for our visit. It felt intrusive and irrelevant.
I've been with this clinic for three years and have never had an experience like this. It was disappointing and unsettling. My child had already gone through a stressful situation—being examined twice right after waking up—and the lack of empathy or effort to make him comfortable was really disheartening. I honestly don’t understand where Dr. Helms gets her five-star reviews.

The intake system discriminates against those with disabilities and older people, and is simply ridiculous. Calling between 8:30am and 9:30am on T and TR only??! Just to make an appointment???!! I'm 55 years old and fumbled my fingers calling at 8:31am, and did not get an intake. I am leaving reviews all over that this intake system is indicative of how you treat patients. Carelessly.
I am also going to contact every clinic I know that might refer this place and explain that they put this ridiculous hurdle in front of desperate people who need help.
You will also be hearing from an attorney. Don't you dare respond with anything other than you are going to change this system. Do you feel like you can treat people like garbage because some are on Medicaid? Disgusting.

I came to Rose Hill in July 2005. I was put on the right medication but gained a few pounds. I went through the program being on three different crews. The work therapy program is top notch. In August of 2022 I decided to go off my medication completely. I lost weight but was very manic and went to the Hurley hospital psych ward then back to Rose Hill. The Rose Hill psychiatrist got me back on medication and I'm very successful today in the community. I currently have two regular jobs. I gained weight but am losing it on a healthy scale. My Foster Care worker barely cared about our family (so I would suggest if you have a Foster Care case maybe getting it transferred to Arbor Circle which actually cares about reunifying families- Bethany just wants to promote adoption). Also, Safe Families is a joke. I’m not sure if Jamison is still the head of that department but RUN if he is. He will report you to CPS if you use their services more than 3 times. Oddly safe families mission is to avoid that but Jamison wants your kids removed. Get help through Tony at the Safe Families in Grand Rapids. He’s a very kind man.
