Kim Kern and the people at list psychological services are all unique helpful understanding considerate and talented. Never thought it could be a benefit to me, and I went in very skeptical. However with their help in counseling I feel like a new man.

Very highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced counselor (Jay) carefully assisted my family members to get on the same page and work towards individual and shared family group goals. This made an enjoyable, remarkable and functional difference in the way our group operates. Thank you!

I have been utilizing list for twenty years. For my marriage and ultimately my divorce, thru my daughter's drug addiction and ultimately her death. then thru my other daughters cancer diagnosis and quick death and my mother's dementia and death. List has always been there giving me the tools i needed to get thru.

I been going for two years it took me a few tries before I found the right counselor that I can open up to but once I did she s an amazing person doesn t make me feel bad about myself gives me confidence and dose whatever she can to help me

All Staff were helpful and pleasant .Dr.D John introduced himself to my husband . Before my procedure . Dr. Explained everything he was going to do . ( cold feeling , needle prick , ect ) Answered any questions l had . And to call him in two weeks for follow up.Waiting area was clean well spaced. .

The agency is amazing they make you feel like family. They do things that are family oriented events. Not just a client. All of the staff are amazing, especially Kaitlyn, Dustin, and Kara just to name a few.

I like how staff is very friendly and helpful. They give advice and our very caring.

I had good luck with my therapist. It's hard to connect with someone and tell them about your life. I feel like I have better tools to manage my emotions and mental health.

Not fancy but it did the job for medical detox. Most of the staff are recovering addicts. I felt very safe there. Medical staff on duty 24/7.

So there will always be those people who weren't ready so they throw shade on the program but o well as for me, 4 years ago this program saved my life, and since then I had gained my life back, along with tools money can't buy, and I also am now an employee, a recovery coach and staff on duty person. I think of your an addict and are ready to take your life back, you should show up here, and let us do the rest.

As both an inpatient and outpatient client since 2021 I give a lot of credit to the staff as well as my peers for motivating me to completely change the direction of my life on a new pathway of kindness, compassion, empathy and caring love. My gratitude is unending.

Absolutely amazing staff! Love Heather and Maurice. They have a great residential program for substance abuse. They offer group therapy and one on one counseling sessions. Jeffrey that works in administration is also very caring and helpful in many ways. Anyone I know struggling with substance abuse I refer to DOT Caring Center. I have personally done the detox and residential programs. I have been in recovery since 2015,thanks to DOT and the caring team!

This place will save your life...if you let them! Staff was great... building was clean and no bedbugs ...lol

A family member was treated here. I went and visited during visitation hours. The staff I met were very kind. He had said the same. He got help not only with present recovery but tools to help him stay sober. They also helped him with his next steps like getting into a sober living. They inspired him to one day become a sponsor himself. He enjoys most of the company he had there. I enjoyed that Monday through Friday he would get his own personal phone for twenty minutes to make calls and texts from. It allowed me to send him photos to keep him involved. When I couldn't make a visitation they tried their best to accommodate and do a brief video visit instead. All around they greatly cared for him presently and his future. They even helped with transportation to the sober living. The only negatives were that sometimes you don't always get a very good roommate and theft happens. Plus the food wasn't always great he said, but you can't please everyone all the time with every meal when you get that many people together. I would suggest having more options during meal times though, possibly a microwave and some ramen or something for those who don't like whatever is served. Overall this place really helped him grow. I can't wait to see what the rest of his future brings for him and our family.

So I was in search for a new therapist since the one I've been seeing for 12years had made the decision to retire, I came across this clinic and read reviews and seen their rating and after reading what people said to have experienced with this clinic I made the decision to give them a call. I have yet to meet with a therapist yet so I cant say how they are but I can say the receptionist at the front desk was super friendly and very patient with me while I searched for my insurance card she answered all my questions and any concerns I had her name was Jennifer and i just wanted to give her a shout out for the experience i had with her you did a awesome job!
