Always have food personal items tons of clothes and what not for your house and always putting more out very helpful!

Not fancy but it did the job for medical detox. Most of the staff are recovering addicts. I felt very safe there. Medical staff on duty 24/7.

So there will always be those people who weren't ready so they throw shade on the program but o well as for me, 4 years ago this program saved my life, and since then I had gained my life back, along with tools money can't buy, and I also am now an employee, a recovery coach and staff on duty person. I think of your an addict and are ready to take your life back, you should show up here, and let us do the rest.

As both an inpatient and outpatient client since 2021 I give a lot of credit to the staff as well as my peers for motivating me to completely change the direction of my life on a new pathway of kindness, compassion, empathy and caring love. My gratitude is unending.

So I was in search for a new therapist since the one I've been seeing for 12years had made the decision to retire, I came across this clinic and read reviews and seen their rating and after reading what people said to have experienced with this clinic I made the decision to give them a call. I have yet to meet with a therapist yet so I cant say how they are but I can say the receptionist at the front desk was super friendly and very patient with me while I searched for my insurance card she answered all my questions and any concerns I had her name was Jennifer and i just wanted to give her a shout out for the experience i had with her you did a awesome job!

I love my therapist and psychiatrist. This is the first place I feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone has been very nice and caring.

I ve been going to new Oakland for some time now and the staff it s very warm and caring to you. Rebeca I believe in the front she s super helpful with checking in. Along with the team that s in the back and comes to the front when my family needs it

This place saved my life. The people are literally like family. They care and you know they genuinely really care. I ve never been treated like I ve been an addict for 30 years, they are compassionate and treat me with such I ve never been successful in sobriety until I met Dr Robinson and his staff. If you need a little time on some of your payment they will work with you within reason. Becky Brian and Lindsey always have a smile when they greet you. And I actually look forward to my counseling because Pam is honestly a friend who cares. She s so easy to talk to and always there for me. And if you have to go drop it s always a joy because she s one of the sweetest people EVER I really appreciate all of them and owe them my life Thank you so much Recovery Unlimited for helping me sustain sobriety.

This place is great! They get you in and out. Pam and the wed s nurse is awesome, and all the staff is great and they do help you, they helped me. They saved me, I highly recommend, you just got to stay clean and show up.

This place has saved my life. I have been going a long time. I live a normal life now. I’m able to go on vacation for a few weeks at a time. But you have to be serious about treatment. Just follow the rules and you will get your life back. I’m so grateful for the staffs help. They have been there for me.

you're trying to get better after the doctors violated their oath and prescribed fentanyl products and all kinds of opioids and got kickbacks take this place seriously they can help you get off the opiates without being very ill it won't fix the past but don't look at that keep looking forward and there's a lot of us out there who lost everything because of this well almost everything we're still alive

My experience with Oakland has been nothing short of life changing in a positive way. I went from being so scared and an anxious mess to being more open than I thought possible to my therapist Noel. I have recommended them to family, who now receives care from the center and a friend who will being going to her first session soon.Yes Dr. vora can be straight to the point and it took me the first time to get it as well. He is not there to counsel. He is there to treat your symptoms and help guide with the right treatment(s) to get better and find more quality in life and mental health.I'm a different, more whole person now than the first day I walked in this center. I'm forever grateful and so are the people who have to live and work with me. LOL

I really like the staff and my therapist Danika is awesome, but I absolutely dislike Dr. Vora. Avoid the Doctor at all cost. Google him and read his reviews on Google.Anyway! they are quick and use text messages to remind you. small place but whatever. I like it better than hill side center.

Wonderful experience, wonderful facility and wonderful faculty. I treated with Dr.Till about my high anxiety during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Not only did he give me all the tools that I needed to fix my own anxieties, but he also was kind, charismatic, and had a great sense of humor. People & programs like these are needed to impact the community in a positive way, and this facility definitely help me through a very difficult and stressful time in my life and the world. I have had a WONDERFUL experience. My therapist is warm and makes me feel safe to share, but is also honest and doesn't let me get away with non-sense thoughts. The staff when starting this process was helpful and I find the telehealth portal easy to navigate. I certainly recommend

Honestly, quite shocked at the negative reviews. I've never had a problem with anything - scheduling, billing, etc. and my therapist is definitely the right fit for me. I hope other folks find the help they need elsewhere.

The folks are easy to talk to, and they are accepting of anybody and all who come through the door.
