Absolutely amazing staff! Love Heather and Maurice. They have a great residential program for substance abuse. They offer group therapy and one on one counseling sessions. Jeffrey that works in administration is also very caring and helpful in many ways. Anyone I know struggling with substance abuse I refer to DOT Caring Center. I have personally done the detox and residential programs. I have been in recovery since 2015,thanks to DOT and the caring team!

This place will save your life...if you let them! Staff was great... building was clean and no bedbugs ...lol

A family member was treated here. I went and visited during visitation hours. The staff I met were very kind. He had said the same. He got help not only with present recovery but tools to help him stay sober. They also helped him with his next steps like getting into a sober living. They inspired him to one day become a sponsor himself. He enjoys most of the company he had there. I enjoyed that Monday through Friday he would get his own personal phone for twenty minutes to make calls and texts from. It allowed me to send him photos to keep him involved. When I couldn't make a visitation they tried their best to accommodate and do a brief video visit instead. All around they greatly cared for him presently and his future. They even helped with transportation to the sober living. The only negatives were that sometimes you don't always get a very good roommate and theft happens. Plus the food wasn't always great he said, but you can't please everyone all the time with every meal when you get that many people together. I would suggest having more options during meal times though, possibly a microwave and some ramen or something for those who don't like whatever is served. Overall this place really helped him grow. I can't wait to see what the rest of his future brings for him and our family.

I have loved my experience here. I have seen 2 different people for different services and both have provided excellent and compassionate care. I m seeing tremendous results in EMDR therapy and can t recommend them enough. The staff has always been professional and kind, fostering a welcoming environment.

My therapist is a wonderful man!

I have been seeing my therapist for almost two years now. Personally he is the best. I called them on a whim knowing that I needed help and didn't know where to go. They took a look at what I felt i needed help with and matched me perfectly with someone who for me was the best. Not always is this the case. Some times you need to go through a few therapist to find the right one. They were spot on.

Awesome church! Visited recently. From start to finish, everything was done with excellence. I felt very welcomed. They do pre-service prayer which was very powerful. The worship was inviting and they let the Holy Spirit lead. The teaching lined up with the word of God. If you are in and around midland, I would highly recommend attending this church. I believe your life will be changed for the better!

This place changed my life. I was there from 2006 to 2008. From age 16-18. While the beginning of my stay wasn t very pleasant, but after I started to work my program and followed simple rules, I was able to graduate the program and change my life for the better. I m 32 now, with my own child and have always remembered this place while making some decisions in my life. I would love to come back and speak if they would have me. I was Here back in 1995 to 97 as a teen. There was maybe 2 staff who seemed to really care about. These used horrible shaming and demoralizing tactics to get us to comply to rules. As a Licensed social worker now I truly Hope they have adapted a trauma informed approach and work to heal and provide a safe place for youth. ..my star review was more of a way to post a review and share a success story. Not all of us kids in the home did bad we just needed love.

Amazing people of faith, so attentive and helped us with 2 funerals in the past year, they opened their arms fed and welcomed us to share peace and faith together

A great place with recovery meetings to suit anyone people are very polite and welcoming. A clean inviroment physically and figuratively. I would recommend these meetings to everyone looming for help with their addiction

I ve had amazing care here- I wouldn t be alive without the treatment I got from here.Update: I will specify there are some great therapists here. The DBT program especially saved my butt. However, I d never recommend the psychologists here.

All Staff were helpful and pleasant .Dr.D John introduced himself to my husband . Before my procedure . Dr. Explained everything he was going to do . ( cold feeling , needle prick , ect ) Answered any questions l had . And to call him in two weeks for follow up.Waiting area was clean well spaced. .

Westlund has moved to 203 S Washington St, Saginaw, 3rd floor. The Congress St buildng is closed.

The people here are awesome, always helpful. Always nice, always understanding and comforting. Great environment!

Have a son in there and he is doing much better

1016 can turn your life around, it has mine. They were tough but caring. Help me every step of the way. Didn't like it in the beginning but ended up realizing they were right and my thinking was all fu#@ed up. My life is clean now for about 8 years, and I owe part of it to them, the other part was my hard work. But with out them I would have never made it where I am right now, CLEAN. Thank you 1016, you saved my life! And many more.

Great place, great staff

I was here again but this time I was volunteered in. March,8-19,2025. Let's see how this step down CRU is all about that they had me go to. Health source has changed they separated boys and girls. The boys are allowed to walk 3 halls and the girls only have one hall to walk. Complete favoritism. So they let a fight happen the day after I left. A transgender was also being bullied to the point she cut her wrist. And from what I was told the staff let it happen. I'm not sure how true it is. Courtney and Dr Movva are real good. Some of the newer staff are kind and caring.Thank you the therapist Renee and Dr Rao and the staff for being there! You guys are all wonderful and treatment was good! I really enjoyed being there! Miss u all November, 2021.Rachel

The therapy is top-notch a place to go if you want to get better

Only did the crime victim panel. It honestly wasn't that bad but both presenters were making fun or teasing me, and i was one of the few that participated in questions and answers more than once. Im a grown adult so its whatever, little unprofessional and goes against their purpose as educators. Other than that, cant complain.

Good learning experience

When I got to the program I was like wtf... but as I stay for 13 months there I realized this is the place for me. The staff is amazing. To me this place breaks you down completely to build you back up. I learned a lot from this place. My kids stayed with me Most of the time.. not going to lie I had my ups and downs there but overall this place changed my life for the better
