Never been in there more than an hour. If that ! Most appointments are very fast & efficient. The girls at the front desk put up with a lot from rude phone calls to rude (Veterans ) patients. In & out . Great service Everytime I've been there. And I prefer NOT to be thanked for my service ! It was our duty to serve and protect. To the man that had or has prostate Cancer. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Move on , buck up soldier !

I could never say enough about Sarah Lebeau. I hope my spelling isn't to off!!! She came into our home and when I say she went above and beyond that doesn't quite cover it. She is a phenomenal woman. She gave my granddaughter hope and she believed in her. She never looked down... Only built up! There are undoubtably negative reviews, but I have encountered nothing but people willing to help while there. It is very safe, warm, and friendly. The caseworkers can help immensely with trying to get you stable, both mentally and physically. They have employment services to help get a person working. Counseling, prescribing, a lab for any required bloodwork, and I know they have more.

We have nothing but great things to say about her. She has knocked down her walls and allowed her space to feel comfortable. The mind is subjective and so is therapy, i believe if you have a bad experience you simply try somewhere else which may practice a different field of psychology that could help more. Therapist are a guide like a GPS, but I feel like too many people expect them to take the wheel and just fix their problems for them. I had a great experience and have been able to get myself not only in college but running again and I would feel comfortable going back if need be. Therapist were great and that’s all that matters to me!

I don’t think people consider the mental health crisis going on, and that a community office like this is going to have longer wait times. But I’ve been coming here for a few months now with my child. The nurse has been nothing but sweet to us. And takes the time to answer my questions as well as follows up with concerns! The nurse practitioner dose run late sometimes (10-20 mins MAX) and is done through video chat at the office. Which is fine! Video has always been clear and I don’t understand why someone would be upset about him over explaining medications?! It should be that way! And I personally respect that, he does take a while to get into but again. It’s a community office with large case loads! Front desk staff is very friendly! And returns calls promptly! Our therapist is great and really works with our family! And once the ball gets rolling which is going to take time appointments and visits get better. This office looks newly updated and clean from what I’ve seen thus far!

The most amazing and caring staff on the planet!!! Big advantages are- you stay in their facility the entire time and always watched by a personal care giver and nurse. Other places make you get a hotel room and they don’t watch you. Advanced Detox also prescribes you all the meds you need to recover as quickly as possible. Some other places don’t do this. Advanced Detox WANTS YOU TO WIN AND THEY STOP AT NOTHING TO MAKE SURE YOU DO JUST THAT!!! I am eternally grateful for every single person in that beautiful God serving organization. Just checking in on you guys. Thank You for all your help and the tools to stay clean. I left about four years ago and was at 120 . After about 45 days of going thru withdrawals I finally gave in to Suboxone. My next step is the shot. Hi Bill and glad to see you're still here. TY for always being cool and I'll never forget you. I think I was 518 and can only imagine what number you're on today!! Addicts do recover when they choose to!!!! Ty QBH for the tools to stay clean by making me go to group and therapy 🙌. Which made me start going to NA meetings. I believe in early recovery you gotta do 90/90. 90 meetings in 90 days to start change 😉😎. Remember to give yourself a break and get into NA to start working the steps of NA. The books how and why were my best tools. You must have a sponsor to work the steps. You can't do the steps alone because how do you know if you're doing them right 👍 and you'll have a friend forever.

I never had a better experience at a rehab. And I've been to quite a few about 4 total over my entire 26 years of sobriety , judge me, I cannot say enough good things about this rehab. They saved my life. They've always been there for me they said, come back, I don't plan on coming back and I don't plan on messing up again, but if I do or know where to come Loving staff. I came in during a crisis, and I left feeling stable, hopeful, and genuinely happy. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with open arms—there’s no judgment, just compassion, warmth, and professionalism. I was part of the face-to-face program at 28 years old, and everything exceeded my expectations. The group therapy sessions were incredibly powerful and gave me tools I didn’t even realize I was missing. My group leader, Kailee, was with me for the majority of the program and is genuinely one of the most bubbly, kindhearted, and knowledgeable souls I’ve ever met. She created a space that was safe, supportive, and uplifting every single day. Niki, my therapist, is truly amazing—so insightful, attentive, and caring. Dominique, the nurse, is an absolute gem—compassionate, patient, and always there when you need her. And Matt, the psychologist, didn’t waste any time helping me find the right medication and support. He took my concerns seriously and acted quickly, which made a world of difference. I recently experienced River’s bend for about three or four months and they did a fantastic job. The group therapy as well as the one-on-one therapy really worked. The tips they provided were useful. I came to Rose Hill in July 2005. I was put on the right medication but gained a few pounds. I went through the program being on three different crews. The work therapy program is top notch. In August of 2022 I decided to go off my medication completely. I lost weight but was very manic and went to the Hurley hospital psych ward then back to Rose Hill for a 'tune up'. The Rose Hill psychiatrist got me back on medication and I'm very successful today in the community. I currently have one job that I've held for almost ten years at Genesys Health Club. The program carries on after leaving campus. I'm in the Community Support Program (csp) with some appointments at Rose Hill Center. I highly recommend Rose Hill Center.

I got a lot of support for my mental health. Very professional and they care deeply for each resident. They helped me find my self confidence and self worth. Most importantly they work as a team. I got support not just with my mental health but they provided an autism specialist who greatly improved my quality of my life. I owe Rose Hill so much to my life also the offer DBT therapy which challenged me to improve myself and receive support to reach my goals. My DBT coach Laura gave me hope to a broggter future and helped me with dealing with extreme anxiety. I totally recommend Rose Hill for mental health and people who are on the autism spectrum. Would love to one day share my personal experience in hopes to reach out to people who would benefit services from Rose Hill.

Truly a wonderful opportunity to experience if you’re looking to change your life. Unlike the typical, more “hospital like” residential, Rose Hill encourages independence and helping you build skills to use in the real world. My time at Rose Hill, as a resident, has changed my life. I would say the biggest pros are: You get to keep your phone, they don’t stop you from vaping/smoking nicotine, you can have your car there under certain circumstances, you can go out on “day passes” into the community, there are many outings on a weekly basis, you get to go grocery shopping on a weekly basis as well, and you get your own, decently spacious room. Rose Hill has competent and caring social workers/case managers, therapists and floor staff. People you can tell that truly care. I’d suggest Rose Hill if you want to change your life.
